No it's not.
Now what do you do?
1. You check out the stickies at the top of this forum on how to roleplay, and you start applying them.
2. You check out this thread (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=584292), where you will find a number of nations willing to help new roleplayers learn the basics. Contact them, asking politely for help.
3. You stop making many annoying "I declare war on ..." threads. It is not forbidden to RP an attack the WA (though whether you'll get anyone to acknowledge it is another matter). It IS forbidden to make lots of threads on the same topic. Make a reasonable introductory post and RP events in a single thread.
OR
4. You continue bothering other players until it reaches the point where we ban you.
You would not be the first player to lose a nation that way; therefore, I'd recommend steps 1-3.
I've closed the multitude of threads you have on the one topic because they were dying under the weight of sarcasm, disbelief and OOC discussion.
Regular players please note: spam, flaming, flamebait and threadjacking is still against the rules.
