You cannot declare war on the WA. You do not have nuclear weapons, you need at least 100million population before you can consider starting a project.

OOC: TNS has a government budget of 5.7 billion dollars, I'm sure he can scrounge together 10 million in today's nukes. Also, the Manhattan project cost 24 billion dollars in today's dollars over the course of six years (it continued after the war). So in theory this guy could afford it.

That's OK, all our Nukes rocket powered, so technically they are Nuclear Missiles, not bombs.

The B-2 Spirit was en-route to the Techno-Soviet border, already they could see the flickering lights of the city.
Radio chatter from The New Soivet Union was still suprisingly low, and the bombers managed to get within range before being spotted.
The pilot stared at the lights, and thought of the millions he was about to kill.

The only thing that's actually prohibited by the rules is godmoding – i.e. claiming what happens to other people's stuff. If you see someone doing something you find unrealistic, just ignore them. There's no point of busting into someone's threat and whining WAAH WAAH YOU CAN'T DO THAT.

OOC: Given that even the largest NS nations (those founded in 2003-2004) only have pops of about 10 to 12 billion, there is nobody with anywhere near that sort of dominance on NS. While it's true that nations of that sort can crush just about any individual nation they wish, they can't impose their will on the whole world the way a RL superpower can. I doubt that anyone will ever get close to it either.

Actually, my planes CAN carry five nukes. They can't fire the nukes though, as the nukes are carried as storage. :D
