He was on a Ship heading for Sussex, the Throneworld of the Imperial Federated Systems of Romandeos. The Mission was for a Trade Agreement and possible Alliance with The Powerful Romandeos. This was in hopes of expanding the Hyperborian Economy and start new trade routes.
