OOC: Assuming by Concord I guess you mean the supersonic passenger jet that was removed from service a few years ago in RL, I should tell you that just because it happened in RL, it doesn't mean it happened in NS, unless you wanted it to. For example, it is still in service with Ustio Airways (U.A). For some nations, WW2 never happened and other world events sometimes don't apply.
