It was silent in the capital of Jalanat, Jala Soma was sitting in his comfortable chair in the living room just as every day, reading his letters. one of the letters caught his attention.

"Riots in Shinsun"

He opened the letter, curious what it was about. he started reading it.

"Dear Jala Soma,
we have confirmed reports of riots around Shinsun, the cause is most likely that the people are upset about the tax raises, we have tried to stop the people using water canons, SWAT teams, nothing worked. the property damage was about $ 50000, i think we should try and figure out what we should do about this, please propose a meeting in the congress soon this matter has to be discussed,

Jala Soma went for the telephone, the moment he tried to grab it a bomb exploded down the street, he immediately went to the window to see what was going on and he saw 5 armed men moving over the streets, they were attacking his house! Jala Soma immediately dialed 911 to tell that terrorists tried to storm his house. police forces showed up as quickly as possible but found Jala Soma held hostage in his own house. the situation was to hot for the local authorities to handle as the terrorists carried AK-47s and several grenades, an international broadcast was sent out shortly after the storm.

Jala Soma, our beloved president has been taken hostage in his house at Plinic Avenue, 5 men stormed his house with guns. the local authorities cannot move in. they are formally requesting the help of the other nations to take down these terrorists, the local authorities fear that these 5 men are members of a much larger organization, possibly related to the riots in Shinsun.

We are sending forces to recapture the city immediately! We do not take terrorist attacks on allies lightly. We have 5 cruisers and 10 transports headed for the city immediately.

The State wishes to express our deepest concern involving the President of Jalanat, Jala Soma, being taken hostage by possible terrorists, but we will not send any form of armed man or woman to Jalanat, due to a recent terrorist attack in our country. We will, however, investigate these terrorists -whenever the country recovers from tonight's tragedy, of course - and hopefully provide valuble information to the government of Jalanat on these terrorists and the possibility they may have been involved in a terrorist organization soon.

the situation seemed to have escalated in Shinsun, the riots became more violent. the terrorists in Jaliun were indeed linked to the terrorism in Shinsun. in Shinsun 10 terrorists stormed an office building and took the workers hostage, the authorities arrived as quickly as possible, the Terrorists dropped a note. the government had to release a famous politican from prison or they would start killing hostages. the politican was Gordon Raya, he was put in prison after he was found dealing drugs, he was for the lowering of the tax rates just before he was arrested. it made sense that the terrorists wanted him free. the authorities could not comply to this, they had only a few hours to respond or the hostages would get killed.

In the days of old I remember listening to the radio, we aided a nation in a similar situation once I think it was named Meroron, though I ensure you that you nation will not share the same fate as that nation did.

We have pinpointed an exact plan to free Jala Soma, there are 5 armed terrorists in total in his house, 1 is overviewing the streets from the bedroom window with only a blind spot just along the fence, our men can move in there, the other 4 are in the living room holding Jala Soma hostage. our request from you is to send an undercover spec ops to the front door to negotiate with the terrorists while 5 of our spec ops will move along the blind spot of the terrorist. as soon as our men are in position we shall throw a flash grenade into the house to temporarily incapacitate the terrorists, we can then take them out without the risk of losing Jala Soma. please respond soon

I am sending a Tobasayasaal right now to oversee the task on our fastest airplane. But we are still limited to distance, we will have to refuel in a Falkasian airfield by our estimates and arrive in Jalanat in at least 2 and a half hours. That is the fastest we can move to your nation. We dearly hope noting goes awry within 2 and a half hours, and if something doe do your best to contain the threat.

We do have a time limit but we are stretching it as far as we can, knowing that the terrorists in Shinsun are very closely related to the terrorists in Jaliun the effect that will take place in one area will have effect on the others, the terrorists in Shinsun will start killing hostages at 12 'o clock midnight if the Famous Politican Gordon Raya is still not released, however if we save Jala Soma we will heavily demoralize the terrorists in Shinsun and that would mean that we have a better chance of overwhelming the terrorists there.

Jalanatian seas blurred quickly below as Tobasayasaal watched outside of the Pataari plane's viewport. He was talking to his men, and one of them had a question
"So they had to get decoys sent to them from three hours away? Hmm, they must've wanted their men ali--"
"Shut it, we wanted to help them, and that is how they want us to help them."
said Tobasayasaal.
"I bet we could get any nation to love us if we shipped off human shield over to them."
"Fine, you do it" Said Tobasayasaal pointing to another man, who simply gulped and nodded. Soon enough the men felt the ship decelerate and the pilot saying something to Air Traffic Control. The man who was ordered to to the job, Marmuskoar* took off his face veil and try to dress as a Jalanatian even though he did not look like one, it was slightly obvious that we was some form of foreigner in Jalanat. He started going towards the place where he was ordered to go.

*Just to take note the oa are pronounced separately, like in Iyaroak.

To Jalanat: We in Comorostan have much experience in terrorism. We would like to offer the assistance of three of our SWORD teams, experts in counter-terrorism.

An unmarked DC-3 aircraft abruptly altered its course, now heading towards Jalanat. On board, 10 soldiers, were instructed, that they would not be returning home after all, and that they should prepare for combat.

send your men to the Shinsun Trout Sales Office at location 257, seawalk avenue, we are going to storm that office, there are at least 10 armed terrorists holding the workers hostage. be advised they have threatened to shoot hostages.

Shinsun, Jalanat

The unmarked DC-3, came in low over the city. It maintained an altitude of 500 feet, as they approached the target, the soldiers in the back, prepared to jump. When they had reached the proper point, one by one, the soldiers jumped from the plane, and deployed their parachutes. Twenty seconds later, they were on the ground. They dumped their chutes in a nearby dumpster, where they would not be readily found, and moved towards the position the government had instructed them to meet at. The DC-3 continued over the city, before turning towards the Beatus.

President Eden of Jakra is willing to dispatch a FSF (Federal Security Force) CT team and 200 paramilitary riot police (also FSF) to Jalanat to assist the government.

We would like to help our allies Jalanat by sending in our most elite HAWK team, Team 2. This team consists of the 12 men who assisted Comorostan when they were attacked by terrorists.

all help is being accepted, as for the plan of the trout sales office, we have sharpshooters on a building across the street, if your teams move in our sharpshooters will take down as many terrorists inside the office as possible.

The C-130 banked low over Jalant's airport. Once on the ground, it disgorged 3 Fuchs transport vehicles, each packed with SWORD operatives. From the airport, they sped on to the trout sales office.

Jalanese Spec Ops land on the rooftop of the Trout Sales Office, they placed a satchel on the door leading to the top floor, as soon as everyone was in position they would blow it open and storm in. the sharpshooters had clear sights on several terrorists near the window, they were ordered to hold fire untill all the teams arrived, the total estimated ammount of terrorists rose drastically, the ammount of terrorists could be well over 45 men.

The Beatusian team, neared the Sales Office. They entered a building across the street, through a rear entrance, cleared the building, and readied themselves, for an assault, from the front entrance to the building.

The SWORD teams arrived at the Sales Office. The 6 intelligence people went to liase with the Jalanese, while the snipers got into position on 3 sides of the building and the tac (Tactical) teams moved for a three-direction assault.

The Sharpshooters on top of the roof across the street fired at the first terrorist, picking him off cleanly, this was the starting shot. the plan would start now! the spec ops on the roof of the office blew the satchel and went in quickly, eliminating the terrorists on the top floor moving down as quickly as possible.

As the sound of the first sniper shot rang out, the Beatusian team started firing from it's position across the street. Two stood at the door providing cover fire, as the other eight crossed the street, taking up positions on either side of the main doors.

At the sound of fire, the SWORD snipers fired, taking down their targets. At the same time, the tac teams breached the doors and moved in, killing anything with a weapon.

The 6 Jakran Air Defense Force C-130s landed in Shisun, they disgorged 200 riot police and 9 riot control vehicles (RCVs) armed with water cannons and pepper spray mortars. The FSF paramilitaries themselves carried paintball guns(with pepper spray ammo), batons, riot shotguns, tear gas and a pistol for lethal backup. Wearing their riot suits and shields in hand they boarded the waiting Jalanat army trucks and headed twoards downtown where the riots were the worst.

Unfortunately, we must withdraw our teams due to a recent uprising.

The Order has seen fit to deploy two Regiments of Federal Guardsmen, the 35th "Blutbrief" Special Tactics Force (S.T.F.) Battalion, the 4th Regiment of the Special Forces Operations Detachment (SFOD) - Advanced Paradrop Service (APS), and the 3rd Battalion of the SFOD - Federal Guard Advanced Combat Unit (ACU) to aid in defeating the terrorists, with support from the Federal Air Force.

For more explanation on units being sent, simply ask and a reply will be sent fully detailing the unit(s) in question.

your help has been accepted, the battle at the Trout sales office is raging on so send some men over there. the spec ops on top of the office went down more floors, clearing the rooms one by one. their mission was to link up with the teams coming from below. as soon as they would link up they would know the office was taken, then the operation at Jala Soma's house could start. due to demoralization it would make the entire operation easier.

The five KH-77 Skyshade gunships zoomed through the skies over the Jalanese capital. They were colored completely pitch black, with the only marking a dagger encoiled by a red serpent. They lowered altitude and began to circle the Sales Office slowly.
One of them stood in the open side door of the Skyshade, gripping the safety bar above him. He case a watchful gaze over the Sales Office: the Beatusian team was hammering hard on the terrorists within the building, and Comorostan's SWORD teams were clearing out the building.
The one standing in the door gazed into a pair of binoculars, linked directly to the FLIR of the Skyshade. He could see multiple targets in real-time thermal vision: the SWORD teams, the terrorists, and a cluster of signatures clumped together, undoubtably the hostages.
He keyed the microphone earpiece in his ear:
"All Sehir teams you are go, I repeat, go."
At once, four Skyshades descended to the building. Two of them hovered directly above the building, the other two descended to the front and back of the building while spraying those sides with covering fire from their chain guns. The Skyshades on the ground disgorged their cargo: Two teams, each with eight men. The Skyshades hovering above the building let down a series of fast-rope cables, down which came another sixteen men. Each man was heavily armed, and garbed in black and gray camouflage, with no national markings on their uniforms.
As the teams at the front and rear stormed the building, the teams at the top split into fours. Each one layed a packet of explosives on the roof, and they simultaneously slammed their detonators. Four neat holes were blasted into the roof of the building, and thirty-two Special Purpose Operations Division commandos began their part of this counter-terrorism operation.

ooc: first of all you may want to read the topic, there was already a staircase door blown open in which you could enter, also the trout sales office was NOT in the capital but rather in the harbor town of Shinsun, however there was also terrorism taking place in the capital known as Jaliun concerning the hostage taking of President Jala Soma.

ic: The Jalanese special ops saw the SkyShade Forces moving in, they regrouped with them and started taking out the terrorists, on the 7th floor there were several hostages, one spec ops team member used thermal vision to see if anyone was standing near the door, he saw a terrorist aiming his gun at several hostages, they were sure that when the door would open the terrorist would open fire, instead he placed a breaching charge, hoping to eliminate the terrorist while keeping the hostages safe. with a click the breaching charge exploded, the door shattered, the impact of the blast killed the terrorist and the Jalanese forces stormed the building killing the terrorists temporarily incapacitated by other conditions of the blast. they secured several hostages wherunder the manager of the office, they immediately brought them to the rooftop where a trauma helicopter was waiting.

The top team finally linked up with the team storming the ground floor, the hostages were secured and the terrorists were eliminated. one of the terrorists who surrendered has been interrogated, it was now Official these terrorists really were linked with the terrorist activities in Jaliun.

Meanwhile in Jaliun the terrorists dropped a note, this is what it said.
"We heard about what happened at the trout sales office. but now if you do not release our politican we will shoot Jala Soma! you have one hour."

A cop picked up the note, he came back to his collegues, crying. he showed the note. there was a real time pressure going on now, the plan had to be set in motion right now, an undercover agent had to move towards the house to "Negotiate with the terrorists while spec ops would move via the fence past the blind spot of the terrorist guarding from the 1st floor to move in.
