"Tulonion" was just another ship of the Federational naval forces,it was bought from Universal Defense as End All class battleship and has seen action in more then 20 naval conflicts but now it was used for something different,it didnt launch its terrible missiles or to fire its massive cannons it was preaching a message of peace and love.
Aboard FES "Tulonion" everything was ready for the arival of diplomats for imprending peace talks in Wolf Hold.
This Federational vessel will be considered a neutral ground for both sides of the bloody conflict that was raging in The Armed Republic of The Wolf Hold.
Federational officials allready had a plan that both sides should accept to ensure peace and prosperity for themselves but first they needed to wait for the both sides officials.
A younf man in a naval white uniform standed on the deck of the mighty ship,and looked into the horizon,behind him was the Wolf Hold coast smoking from artillery barrage and missile bombardment.
Everything was set for the peace talks,as Admiral Mihalov waited for his guests.



OOC:sorry for the short intro.

The Battlehawk Ship Goldstar was anchored a few miles away, from the ship a Pair of Blackhawk Helicoptors flew towards the ship.
"FES Tulonion, this is Battlehawk 'Griffin 1 and 2', request approach clearance" the Pilot of the lead Blackhawk said.

The Rest of teh Battlehawk fleet was nearby, but out of radar and weapons range.

Onboard FES "Tulonion"


Comm officer aboard "Tulonion" responded:

"Griffin 1 and 2 you are clear to land,welcome aboard"

The Two blackhawks proceded to the landing area and Landed. From the two Helicoptors emerged the diplomats and two bodyguards.

From the mainland came to AH-60L Attackhawks, they were painted the jet black and crimson of the Wolf Legion. As they neared the FES Tulonion, the pilot found the correct frequency and began transmitting.

"This is Wolverine 1 and 2 carrying the Wolf Hold representatives, requesting permition to land"

Taking advantage of the cease fire, what remained of the 2nd Fleet now stood in the entrrance to lupus bay.

Admiral Mihalov waited for both delegations in the briefing room now refurbished to be a conference room for the peace talks.

The Battlehawk group was led to the breifing room

"Look there sir, the Battlehawk are already here" The pilot pointed out as he put down wolverine 1 down next to the blackhawks. From the first Attackhawk stepped the 1st Wolf's Marshall and 2 Wolf Legion Commandos, from the second another 4 commandos. The group looked coldly at the battlehawk delegation and headed for the conference room.

"Hello gentlemen please take your seats on the right side,how was your flight?"
"Also i suggest we start immediately."


Admiral said gently trying to sound friendly.

The Battlehawk Delegation was made up of a Fleet Admiral several admirals and half a dozern captains.

The 1st Wolf's Marshall sat down, and two of the commandos obviously officers sat down next to him. The remaning 4 commandos stayed standing.

"Lets get started shall we"

"Yes, can't wait" The Fleet admiiral commented dryly

"Yes,please,our idea was this"

said the Admiral as he gave out large document to both sides..


Pre-agreement

1.Both sides will stop hostilities during the negotiation.
2.Wolf Hold will pay 50% of the war costs to Battlehawk.
3.Battlehawk will withdraw its forces from Wolf Hold teritory.
4.CISFOR peacekeeping force will be dispatched into Wolf Hold.
5.CISFOR will jointly operate with any international peacekeeping force that would volunteer to help.


"Off course this document is just a pre-agreement so ammenments will be added"

The Documant was passed quickly around the Battlehawk Delegation, taking a quick mental count on the officers expresions and body launguage

"I have no problems with articles 1,3,4 and 5 however article 2 i find trouble grasping the concept. The airbase was a legitimate target yet we will be willing to pay some reparations, what about the civilian casulties in Port Palla, the 50 children hit by bomb or the Central Hospital complelty leveled, those werent legitimate targets. Do the familes that lost people get money?" asked the Wolf's Marshall his espression set in stone.

"Article 2 is about the complete war cost both on Wolf hold soil and for the airbase raid.Of course those civilian targets arent legitimate but that is war."

"Legitame target?" The Fleet admiral asked amazed "It was an unprovoked attack on Battlehawk soil"
"As for the Hospital, you put a hospital right next to a Navy base and you put AA and SAM emplacements throughout a city?" He continued "How stupid do you have be, in a war such installations would be targets, yet you park one next to a school, park, hospital?"

"We will pay compensation for the airbase raid, but not the costs of the war, we are here for peace talks not surrender, surley asking for compensation for the deaths of children isn't too much?" then hearing the Battlehawks coment hs face gained a sliht hint of anger. "YOU fired 400 cruise missiles at a civilian city! You say we had AA and SAMs there, that I will not dispute but you just launched indescriminate weapons against the city, not to mention the hospital is no where near the Naval base!"

"There was a Anti-aircraft-artillery emplacement next to it, we did not fire at Civvilian targets, in fact we made efforts not to, but your tactical...dicisions made that difficuly" The Fleet Admiral snapped

"Gentlemen,please!Stop with these barbaric arguments!We are here to forge peace,NOT to indulge hate!Please give me your sugestions about the agreement so we could move on!"

Admiral said obviously insulted by the fight..

"No wait, sorry Admiral, does your nation put a SAM or AAA launcher next to a hospital?" The Fleet admiral asked

"Im no autorized to answer that but let get back to the point why were here today,Gentlemen do you accept the agreement?"

Admiral asked both sides.

"Dispite the foolharding placement by the Wolf Hold, the Battlehawk is willing to pay compensation for the death of the children" The Fleet Admiral asid "As for the rest, yes"

"Foolhardy emplacements.....speak for yourself their blood is on your hands" shaking his head the marshall then looked at the admiral,"So far we agree with this pelimenary agreement"

"Then we only need to sign the agreement"

said the Admiral with a smile on his face giving out the final documents to the diplomats...


Final version of the peace agreement

1.Both sides will stop hostilities during the negotiation.

6.After the signing of the Peace agreement no.2543 any hostilities between the Republic of Battlehawk and the Armed Republic of Wolf Hold will cease to exist.

The 1st Wolf's Marshall forced himself to pick up the pen and sign the document, even though every fibre of his being wanted to pull out his Desert Eagle and shoot the Battlehawk admiral in the face.

Please forward this message to your respective peace delegations.

Having noted the fact that both parties have agreed to a temporary cease-fire, the Armed Republic of Salzland wishes to forward the following peace proposal. Unfortunately high-level diplomatic staff are unavailable to attend this conference in person, though we trust the Government of Cukarica to keep us in the loop, as it were.

Point One: Wolf Hold military units will immediately stand down to peacetime readiness levels. (OOC: RETCONED, IGNORE)

Point Two: Battlehawk and other Coalition naval forces will withdraw to a point three hundred nautical miles off the coast of Wolf Hold. Any land forces already deployed will be permitted to withdraw without being engaged by Wolf Hold units. (OOC: RETCONED, IGNORE)

Point Three: The Armed Republic of the Wolf Hold will negotiate with representatives of the Republic of The Battlehawk to establish a fair timetable to pay reparations for the attack against the RBS Valley airbase. (OOC: RETCONED, IGNORE)

Point Four: The Armed Republic of Salzland, upon receipt of an itemized list of civilian infrastructure in the Wolf Hold damaged by Battlehawk retalitory strikes, will provide funding to repair or replace damaged civilian facilities. This funding will run up to but not exceed $200 Billion in value. (OOC: VALID)

Point Five: The Armed Republic of the Wolf Hold will publicly announce any and all Weapons of Mass Destruction in its current arsenal, and move these weapons into secured storage if they are not already located there. (OOC: RETCONED, IGNORE)

Point Six: Preceeding points remain open to negotiation, and additional Points may be proposed by any party, including The Armed Republic of Salzland, until a final peace treaty is signed and enacted. (OOC: RETCONED, IGNORE)

As he and his two fellow officers read the transmission they didn't seem worried at all untill they came across point 5, the Marshall looked at the admiral with eye like daggers and tossed the transmisson to him. (OOC: I retracted my offer because I didn't finish typing it until the peace agreement was already signed. Consider it retconned out of existence. I'll still be willing to kick in up to $200 Billion to repair damage to your civilian infrastructure though.)

The Battlehawk group was stood talking, almost everyone had at least one hand on their weapons.

"Sir, what are we waiting for?" Asked the 1st of the Wolf Legion Officers. "For the Battlehawk to leave colonel, I wan't them clear of the ship before we get on the helicopters" Replied the Marshall

"What are we waiting for?" A captain asked
"For the Wolf Hold to leave" The Fleet admiral responded "I'm not going anywhere with those missiles pointed up my backside"

"Somthing is up, why havn't they left yet....." Asked one of the commandos who was no visibly holding his gun. "I don't know, tell the crew cheifs on the Attackhawks I want their mini-guns manned" Replied the Marshall.

"Why haven't they left yet?" One of the Captains
"I'm not sure, but I don't like it, get the marines to man the Blackhawks M134's" The Fleet Admiral ordered

"Sir, The crew chiefs report that the M134s are ready, also the 2.75 inch rocket pods and the Chain gun all have green lights but sir.............the Battehawk have also manned their M134s" The Marshall thought for a second, "They wouldn't try anything onbaord this ship would they?" he wondered aloud

"They appear to have armed all their weapons" A Captain reported from coming back over
"They're insane, lets get off before they blow our heli up" The Fleet Admiral ordered and the detachement was soon aboard the blackhawks, every weapon was aimed at the Wolf Hold chopper in case they tried anything. The Rotors began to turn.

"Sir! Battlehawk delegation is leaving sir, weapons however are aimed at our helicopters" The Marshall nooded. "To the helicopters men! Tell the crew chiefs that I want are M134s pointed at there blackhawks untill they are out of range" The Crew Chiefs brought there guns to bear whilst the men boarded the helicopter and began spooling the rotors.

"Keep your weapons trained on them" The Fleet Admiral ordered as the Blackhawks lifted off

"Keep your weapns trained on them! Rotate the bird to bring frontal armor to bear, we don't want them popping an RPG in our tail, above all HOLD FIRE!" The Marshall ordered as the 2 Attackhawks begn to lift off, there frontal armor with the 2.75 inch rocket pods and Chain gun facing the Battlehawk Blackhawks.

"They are pointing their rockets and chain gun at us" The Pilot reported
"Evasives!" The Admiral ordered. The Bkackhawk began evasive manovours

"They have initiated Evasive manuvers sir!" The Pilot called back into the crew compartment. "Drop flares and activate counter measures! Get Wolverine 2 in the air"

"They're going hostile!" One of the younger captains annouced amazed "Bastards, treaty lasts for twenty minutes!"
"Get me on the loud speaker" The Fleet admiral ordered "Wolf Hold aircraft, cease hostile attack immediatly, you are in breach of treaty!"

"Get me loud speaker! Normilise aircarft movements!" Picking up the broadcaster "We thought you were going hostile! Never matter now, we are heading back to the mainland, the DT have shown up"

"Oh...sorry" The Fleet admiral said nodding to the pilot "DT...they said something about coming, what you do to upset them?"

"You remeber the nuclear sub, well that and we executed their couuier and aircraft personel when they offered us a treaty" The word 'treaty' was said with a good dose of sarcasm.
