Seeing the situation the RAF (Royal Air Forces) of Teu, Sae, Uotter, last but not lest Teer and the RAF (Republic Air Force) of Sanctuary opened there bases to the people fleeting The Wolf Hold. To keep them from the main civilian bases, none of them knew what to expect but the president of sanctuary, the home of the hybes (hybrids) saw no other choice.

In truth the rest were too guilt ridden not to. They had no idea what to expect but the red serpent (the red cross for the region and the NHS for the commonwealth were clearing beds (give them money, leave the medics to it)).

Prime minister Salato waited for the worse she had felt compeled to aid the situation, but..well whe was not what she appeared to be.

The Evacuation of The Wolf Hold Civillians had begun, the central command had ordered that as many of the civillian population was to evacuate whilst the military fought a rear guard action. Also they were attempting to evacuate any critical cases of injured battlefield soldiers out of the country so to not take up room for soldiers who could be sent back out inot the field. So far all of the casulties taken had been from air raids and the bombardments on Fort Thoran and Foxmount as so the first of many Il-76MD Skal'pel-MT apporached a country that had offered them sanctuary.

"This is Echo-Tango-Mike-5157 requesting landing clearnace at any airbase with medical facilities, we are carrying a load of 50 critical minors who were injured in a Battlehawk Air Raid, I repeat request immediate landing clearance"

"This is Uotter control, take a course of thirty two west, we have an escort on route" came the reply.

The truth was Uotters medical facilities were on alert for a local problem and the runways were not safe as a Celt Fighter noted the under carriage was in trouble, not that it was seen.

"What is the status of the young, can you hold on for a little? Sulitie air base, you have a problem your under carriage has had it. Can your charges hold on?"

"This is the tacen tribe clear the mountains then land in the foam, we are creating an landing strip., to red serpent you have our location"

"Echo-Tango-Mike-5157 Neagative, these children were hit by high explosive bombs and then they burnt in the school. We need imediate acsess to ground hospitals......Damn it, we just lost one of the children, we need to land now! I can't clear the mountains I am streching my fuel as it is" The pilots voice was exasperated as he could hear the screams of 49 under 12 year olds in severe pain.

"This is Saeie base one. You have permission."
Off both sides of the air craft two Celt fighters seemed to appear and lead the aircraft in. It was clear that the commonwealth did not like acknowledging this bases existence.
After landing the air craft captain was told that his aircraft had ditched and somehow all on board lived, his flight recorder would say so. He would too.

His charges would be given the best of care, but though it would happen here he would credit it to medical corvettes. What had happened had not happened.

After the first plane had landed more Il-76MD Skal'pel-MTs were on approach, this time a group of 4 alongside a Airbus A310 was transporting over 400 civillians from Port Palla, most of them suffered from shrapnel wounds and almost all of them had some form of burn. It was chaos onboard the Il-76MDs as doctors raced from overcrowed end of the plane to another over crowded end. The person incharge of this part of the effort was Senior Flight leftenant Mariblle Durep. She was piloting the lead Il-76MD. "This is Echo-Tango-Mike-1467 leading Evac Group 4 we need landing clearance for 4 Medical aircraft and one civillian aircraft, I repeat...." She reated the message and awaited the response.

"This is homeland control, can you clear the mountians, I repeat can you clear the mountains!" came the reply.

In the drewn desert they were clearing runways near the rail lines that could carry the injured to hospital, the desert tribes were setting up medical facilities to deal with the walking wounded. The Mat rail system was already kicking in and bringing methane fuel at speed to get the planes up for another load.

"This is Evac Group 4, yes we can we have recived extra fuel and we can clear the mountains, infact we are just passing over them now." Clearing the mountains, Flight Leftenant Mariblle Durep saw the makeshif landing strip and she began to put her plane into a slow decent, the other 4 aircraft followed her angle of decent.

Five minutes passed an the IL-76MD came to the end of the strip and quickly made way for the next aircraft comming in for a landing. Mariblle Durep was amazed by the specises that were there to great them.

"come on in on the beckons" came the reply.
"We have fuel for your return trip, if one is possible, we can adapt your craft so we can refuel them, both in and out mid flight."

The following air bases within the Commonwealth are being set up to recieve refugees from your nation: Niflheim ADB, Helheim ADB, Muspelheim ADB. Additionally, the Commonwealth Fourth Expeditionary Fleet is on patrol in your area. The carrier FSS Achille's Vengeance can host an additional 700 refugees.

The captain of Echo-Tango-Mike-5157, the one that had landed at a Sae #1 was hurried aboard a medical corvette. He suspected that the large lupines (Large wolf like antho) had ensured that his flight recorder was loaded with him recorded a ditching. The medics could not but admire them for what they had done for the kids. The surgeons has stabilised those that could be the ones that there was nothing to be done with had been sat with by the wise women.

What was odd was that the wise women despite there size and odd appearance seemed to calm the dieing children. They also seemed to out rank everyone when it came to the children there was nothing to be done for. They seemed some how to give them peace.

The staff of the base could only explain it as "They are wise women, they know more than you or I"

Those that had not been taken out by air were on the corvettes to be taken to the mainland with the crew and the dead. The medics that had come with them were confused by the wise women, the children seemed to go peacefully when one talked to them. They had checked there were no drugs used, they seemed to know something.

The captain of Echo-Tango-Mike-5157 still had to look after his charge and asked "What will happen to me and my passengers?"

"You will be given an honorary knighthood for ditching the plane. Your medical staff will be sent to drew or where ever to help out. You might figure that we are not experts when it comes to humans."

In fact the captain had not seen another human that was not from wolf hold.

"Kids recover quick, if they recover, we will foster them here. A refugee camp is not a place for a child or anyone. With luck we will find their families and well what do you thing we will do? The fostering is only a short term thing."

"How ever your aircraft will be dismantled to ensure that there were no recording devices, sorry about that, but I suspect the ones out in the drewn desert could use pilots rather than planes."
