ic: Federation of Serbian Soviet Union would like to propose a small trade agreement with the nation of Lynion in exporting some of our goods to Lynion which includes processed foods, organic vegetables and fruits, woods, and industrial equipments to the nation of Lynion. We will be exporting goods worth 150,000,000 million universal dollars and we wish to import goods from the nation of Lynion.

The purposed trade agreement between the two nations wasn't looking well for the FSSU. Not only had it made an attempt with a nation that blocked all trade offers to them, but for anyone with nuclear weapons, it was going to be hard.

Lynion had finally known peace after the bloody battle between the Vamperial Kingdom and Northam-York. This allowed key officals to return from war and to have a larger say in affairs. This was going to be interesting since a number of key personal were against this trade deal. Among them were Sherman, Woff, Lee, Tzu, Jian, Vamp and Rathma.

"This has to be the wildest attempt to make a trade deal with us," started Vamperial Headmaster Rommel as Rathma was already shaking his head. "We can't start trading with nations that are unstable,"

"I agree," stated Rathma while Lee glanced at him. "Our policy of both trade and military aid have always being strongly against unstable nations with nuclear weapons. First of all, if they can build a pathetic 500MT Warhead and put it underground never to see the light again, ability to put in around $12bn or $12m into an education system, how are they going to pay us back?"

"Rathma has a point," stated Lee. "This nation has being building nuclear weapons and haven't used them yet. If we start to trust them now, how do we know that they're not going to back stab us?"

"Lancaster* Kidd," started Jian as he turned to the Grand Lancaster. "What do you think of the purposal?"

"I've being through the details of what they wish to buy and may I suggest that I give a breifing of the items they suggest and where we stand on it?" Kidd suggested as everyone was keen to hear what he had to say. "First of all let's go down the list. Processed food and organic vegetables are on the list. We have vegetables grown on Lynhavox and from our Vamperial Colony of Univax which supply the entire kingdom alongside the vegetable farms on Union and the Vamperial Colony of Lynx. Processed food we don't need," explained Kidd. "Industrial equipment we don't require since we supply our own and import equipment from our allies. Fruits can be discussed about with them. Wood we got plenty of since Union and Colony of Lynx are our major supplies for wood which means," stated Kidd as he looked around at the others on the Council. "Fruit is the only product we might take in,"

"Question is, will it be worth our time," High King Vamp asked.

"They'll need other products to sell if they want a trade agreement to start," Kidd concluded.

With the purposed trade agreement you have suggested between the two nations, hasn't gone far with the Vamperial Order and the League of Wolves since most of the products we either don't require or already have. What I do suggest is write a list of what you suggest you need and what your willing to trade with us. Dispatch somebody to represent your nation to Lynx Island and they'll be able to discuss the details with the Vamperial Order and the League of Wolves.

IC: The Trade Minister of the Federation of Serbian Soviet Union Pavle Blaskic wishes to discuss with Lynions top officials in establishing trade on organic fruits and vegetables as it looks like the Lynion nation may only be accepting Fruts and Vegetables at this time which we may supply per year. Fruits and Vegetables which are included are Oranges, Lemons, Strawberries, Rasberries, Kiwifruits, Tomatos, Paprika, Carrots, Olives, and more.

We would also like to establish trade in the Vine industry by supplying vine to the Lynion nation if possible and if such an agreement was established.

OOC: I don't think you get the picture. What you need to do is this:

1) Actually dispatch someone to re-present your nation with a list of items to purpose trade with. Sending telegrams won't get you far with the Vamperial Kingdom but sending someone might get you somewhere.

2) Actually have something. Fruit and vegetables won't get you far with the Vamperial Order. Get creative and purpose some ideas and request for ideas for your nation.

3) You've got no idea I'll take fruits and vegie's only. The only thing you know is MOST of the products won't be required. Your nation doesn't know which one.

OOC: True, well i am thinking maybe for the government of FSSU to approve a funding program to build a strong IT sector within the FSSU and if it is ok to establish trade under the IT sector of both nations of ours to do a deal.

OOC: You need to purpose it to the Vamperial Order first. I suggest you start sending your ambassador to Lynion.

OOC: I would go as far as approving your nation the authorisations into our waters and start a trade on fishery, fishing industry sector and allowing a portion of our waters for your nation to build a port in our coastline, establishing a joint fishing industry of providing fish and sea food process food and with our fishing industry, to allow a portion of our profits to goto your nation, to establish some form of trade in the fishing industry maybe??

Or we can grant your nation 500 years of free rent to one of our islands in building hotels, restaurents and clubs to promote tourism between the two nations of ours?

OOC: What is the link to your nations embassy program to apply for an embassy in your nation and in a few days i'll have the proposal written up with the help of Falkasia or Salzland, i will send either one of them a telegram and asking for assistence in creating the proposal to establish trade under the IT sector, fishing sector or Tourism sector.

OOC: I'm not going to state the link to the embassy program until I've seen the purposal. I suggest adding another two sector's you wish to expand. I also suggest that you have back up plans in case one sector fails you.
