A State Prisoner slouched is head as he walked forward to the launch pad. His feet were not bound in chains, but he could feel the cold of a metal rifle barrel kept to his neck. The prisoner knew they were using him as a test pilot on a new Pataari rocket, and if something bad happened the ground crew would be utterly fine with his death, as if he was a test rat. The prisoner stood watching engineers working on the rocket, and he started trying to run away. He knew what happened to the last pilot, and he'd rather wish to be executed on the spot which is what happened.

Half an hour later another prisoner was gathers and forcibly crammed into the cockpit the rocket, he spoke one last sentence before the hatch was closed
"Isn't there supposed to be a space suit in here?"
The hatch was slammed shut and the crew on the launch pad retreated to the command bunker. The prisoner felt an ominous rumbling from under him, the buggers didn't even have a countdown for him, and as he was halfway through a thought he was forced down into his seat interrupting it. As the rocket seemed to bank at a odd angle to the prisoner he blacked out...

OOC: For fun I'd like this rocket to crash into a consenting nation for the hilarity of potential situations.

IC: It was a beautiful day in the ASoGM, with the plants in full bloom, the sound of laughter in the air, and the United Manufacturing company picnic being well attended. Located on a small island within the territorial waters, the Dynamic Adventure water park was the host for the company picnic. Unfortunately, it also turned out to be the crash site for the manned rocket from Ulanpataar. Upon impact, there was a tremendous explosion, as unburned rocket fuel was compressed and ignited. Hundreds of people were killed instantly, and many more were severely injured from shrapnel, burns, and the concussive force of the blast.

Calls to emergency units were made, and soon, investigators arrived to find out what caused the carnage.

The prisoner woke for a few seconds, only to see a large mass of earth outside of the small port hole in front of him, all he could say was
"Damn."
And the rocket dug into the land of ASoGM. In Ulanpataar the tracking devices cut off over a point in the ocean. The crew shrugged and crossed off checklists on what to do next, and to decide what prisoner was next in line for the next test, the testing of a Manned sub launched rocket.

In Iyaroak harbor Pataari Trade Master 86 stood over the bow of his ship looking at his crew loading supplies for his task to locate the rocket, it was apparently supposed to be buoyant. Within a few minutes the crew was ready and the ship disembarked to find the point where the missile stopped was supposed to be.

Investigators instantly determined that this was not an amusement park accident. They found debris from the rocket, and called federal investigators. Also called was the Navy, and a carrier battlegroup was dispatched as well as a hospital ship. The Navy was there to assist in scene security, and provide medical assistance to the wounded at the scene. A terror alert was issued around the ASoGM, while reconnaissance satellites were retasked to look for more rockets.

An independent reporter happened to be near the park, covering another story when the explosion happened. He and his cameraman rushed to the scene, and began reporting live. His story was picked up by several news networks around the ASoGM, and soon hit international networks.

"Nothing, sir." Said a first mate looking into the horizon, but the second the man said that Pataari Trade Master 86 could only think of being sent to Borod Ketul to be worked until he 'reformed' for failing the wishes of Pataari Trade Master 1. He quickly barked to the first mate in an anger he had never seen in himself to try harder to find the damned rocket. And the crew scrambled to stations, and one extended a headset of the ships radio. All Trade Mater 86 heard was a panicked foreign garble that he just disregarded and threw down the headset.
Another crewman ran up to him "Sir, we spot land ahead, it may have been where hte rocket hit."
Pataari Trade Master 86 replied "Find a harbor and dock there immediately."

A Navy E-2 Hawkeye had picked up the ship on radar, and noted it heading towards the island. It was rapidly approaching ASoGM territorial waters, so the Hawkeye radioed the carrier with its position, bearing, and speed. The Admiral, a man by the name of James Racine, got on the radio and called the other ship saying, "This is Admiral Racine of the ASoGM Navy, calling the unidentified vessel approaching ASoGM waters. Remain in international waters, and away from the island. We are conducting an investigation of an attack, and do not need civilian vessels getting in our way. I repeat, do not breach ASoGM territorial waters, and do not approach the island". Meanwhile, the captain ordered 4 F-35 Lightning IIs readied, in case the ship ignored the Admiral's warning.

The reporter continued with his broadcast, showing how the fires caused by the failed rocket were being worked on, and that the dead and injured were being taken care of. So far, the reporter commented, there were 138 fatalities, and more than 200 injuries. Stopping a Navy corpsman, he asked if authorities had any idea as to the cause of the explosion. The corpsman, his uniform covered in blood, soot, and dirt, responded that he had no idea. Moments later, a police officer had the reporter removed from the scene, so rescue workers wouldn't be hindered by him and his cameraman.

"Does any one understand that confounded garble?"
Pataari Trade Master 86 stood in confusion at the bow of his ship the moment he heard the foreign garble. The fear of Borod Ketul weighed heavily upon his mind, so he ordered the ship to continue forward to the harbor. As a safe measure he made a crewmen send up a series of flags to signal that there were no hostile intentions.
"Ready a report back to Ulanpataar that we have planes in the area, and that if we come up missing that this nation is the blame."
A crewman nodded and went back to under deck.

The Admiral ordered the F35s to launch, and to have the cruiser Redeemer to put a shot across the unknown ship's bow. The Redeemer's captain had the gunners fire 3 shots from the Mark 45 gun, and they splashed harmlessly about 1/4 mile in front of the unidentified ship. The F35s flew near to the ship, but did not arm their weapons or lock onto it. Their orders were to be ready to sink the ship if it turned hostile. The Admiral got on the radio again and said, "Unidentified ship, you have breached ASoGM territorial waters. Heave to and prepare to be boarded. If you do not comply, you will be fired upon". A pair of Seahawk helicopters prepared to take off, and was loaded with Navy Seals. A pair of MH-60S Block III Knighthawk helicopters were loaded with 8 Hellfire missiles each, as well as M-134 miniguns on either side of the helicopter. The Knighthawks were there to provide cover for the Seals. Once the helicopters were ready, they took off, and headed to the unidentified ship.

ASoGM News Network:

An explosion occured today at Dynamic Adventure Water Park, killing 167 people, and injuring 218 more. There are also 45 people unaccounted for, and it is feared that these people are also dead. All the dead, wounded, and missing are employees of the water park or United Manufacturing, who was enjoying their company picnic when the attack happened. Investigators are on scene, and are speculating that the explosion was caused by a rocket, missile, or bomb. Trace fragments from the crater are being sent to forensic labs in the area, satellite imagery is being checked, and the island around the water park is being declared a disaster zone. ASoGM navy ships and personnel are being utilized to protect the security and integrity of the scene, as well as provide assistance to any wounded at the scene.

Pataari Trade Master 86 held a open hand into the air, signalling the crew to stop. Quickly enough the boat halted in the sea.
"By god I think those ships speak very well compared to their garble. Try to see if you can get decent reception to Iyaroak on the radio. You, yes you two, we have some spare fabric underdeck. We might be able to try to make a message to them. They can read correct, right?"
"I pray for it to be so." Said a crewman shrugging.
"You better, I need to get the core of the rocket's computer or Trade Master 1 will have all of you splitting rocks until you die or worse in Ketul, you know."
Within mineutes a flag was raised that looked like this.

The 4 helicopters approached the now stopped ship, with the 2 Knighthawks taking up a covering position. The 2 Seahawks took up position above the ship, and crew members opened the door and kicked out ropes. The Seal team fast roped down to the ship, spreading out as they landed on the ship, to cover those that were still descending. The 4 F-35s were still circling the ship at a range of approximately 5 miles, and had orders to sink the ship if it began hostilities. The other ships in the battlegroup also targeted the unknown ship with their guns and missiles. One of the Seahawk pilots radioed that the unknown ship was displaying some sort of design on a flag. The Seahawk pilot didn't recognize the design, and couldn't accurately describe it over the radio.

"I still hear Planes in the distance. The buggers must be illiterate or somesort of that. What can we do now? I think the only solution left is to surrender. Say nothing, what they can do is a day in heaven compared to Borod Ketul." Said the trade master in such a grim way that a few crewmen were instantly filled with desperation and dived off the portside into the ship into deep dark blue waters. Four men almost instantly disappeared under the waves.
"Damnit," Said the Trade Master pulling out a AK-113 and aiming to his crew that was all rounded up in a room belowdeck "I pray for the life of you all that you do not move. "Well, you alluded to us all dying, didn't you why no--"
A small burst of the rifle interrupted a crewman's babbling by reducing it to a panicked and stuttering breaths that started to sound as if more and more liquid was collecting in his chest. After the execution the crew kept deadly silent as the Trade Master awaited the Foreigners to come aboard.

The Seals tensed up when they heard the gunfire. One of the team radioed to the helicopter pilots that they heard gunfire, and the message was relayed to the carrier. The Seals navigated the ship, and quickly approached the room that the crew was in. The team leader pounded on the closed door with his fist, and yelled out, "Lay down your weapons, put your hands on your head, and surrender". They waited for the sounds of firearms hitting the floor. Once they heard that, they would open the door and enter the room. If the crew didn't surrender, the team had flashbangs which would be used to subdue the crew.

Meanwhile, one of the Knighthawks radioed the carrier that there were crew overboard. A pair of rescue helicopters took off, with 2 marines as security for the potential hostiles in the water.

Pataari Trade Master kept his eye on the crew that now were cowed, but he was now at his desk.
"What are you doing" asked a crewman who clearly had not learned a lesson from the crewman who was still moaning at the throws of imminent death in the corner.
"Why do you wish to know?" Said the Trade Master gauntly, who was fumbling with some needle and vial.
"I...I..Uh..just want to know." the Trade Master was seemingly finished with the shady acts and took the rifle into his arms and reloaded the rifle. Fire started to stream from the AK-133, but the Trade Master's aim was not held steady and five crewmen were hit. The four untouched men started to panic as the putrescent scent of bile started to roll across the room.
"These foreigners better hurry getting here" Said Trade Master 86.

Upon hearing more gunfire, 2 team members prepared to throw flashbangs. A third team member opened the door, and the flashbangs went in. After the team member slammed the door shut, the flashbangs went off. A second later, the team opened the door and rushed in. Everyone in the room should have been disoriented from the flashbang, but the team members had their M4s at the ready in case. They yelled for the crew to drop their weapons and surrender.

But he halted firing the very moment he slipped on a slurry of bile and other gore and fell onto a gaping wound of one of the crewmen. As the gunman sprayed bullets around the room, the team dove for cover behind anything they could find. Just as quickly as the firing started, it stopped as the gunman slipped and fell. One of the team members saw the gunman get up, and start running towards the door. The team member got up, and lunged at the gunman, wrapping his arms around the gunman's torso and upper arms. Another team member also lunged at the gunman, who he hit on the left side. Three team members saw the 4 crewmen in the corner, pointed their M4s at them, and shouted at them to get their hands up.

The Seals didn't find any weapons other than the AK-113 the gunman had. All the paperwork that was found was gathered up for processing, then the order was given for the Seals to take command of the boat, and bring it back to the dock for a more thorough search.

Meanwhile, the second ship was spotted on radar. The F35s were still in the air, and were diverted towards the second ship. Their orders were to be prepared to sink the ship if it began hostilities. Over the radio, the admiral said, "This is the ASoGM Navy. You are approaching ASoGM territorial waters, and the scene of an attack. Do not breach our territorial waters, as you will only be in the way". The Knighthawk helicopters were sent to the edge of international waters, directly in the path of the approaching ship. The admiral responded with, "Hold your position in international waters until I transmit your request to the Minister of Foreign Affairs". The admiral then grabbed his encrypted satellite phone, and called the Minister's office. Minister Laurence said he wouldn't meet with the people on the ship, unless they contacted him through official diplomatic channels. The admiral then got back on the radio, and informed the people on the second ship of the Minister's decision.

The first ship arrived at the dock, and federal agents took the prisoners into custody, and started the forensics on board the ship. The paperwork that was gathered up was handed over, and the Seals radioed that the ship was secure, and that they needed a ride back to the battlegroup.

At the crash site, evidence collection was in full swing. One of the pieces recovered was at the point of impact, and looked to be a flight data recorder. Also recovered were parts to the rocket's main computer, some small bone fragments, and soils samples to determine what explosive compounds or accelerants were used.
