Many people feel wronged by the government of Albundania, amoung them the black market dealers who were pushed to doing what they do because of the bad economy in Albundania. So a group of people numbering about 5 million out of Albundania's 10 million have come up in protest, and thus a revolutionary war was started. The first battle was to be in Egaigus, the capital city. Troops on our side mobolized and prepared to fight for their freedom.

OOC: Can you please offer a brief synopsis of the demographics and politics of your country?

Our forces are poised to strike against you rebels, and we have positioned about 10,000 marines to defend against your assault.

OOC: Wow, very astute, GWO. Albundania is mentioned three times in the OP, so it's reasonable to infer that Albundun is the breakaway faction. There's no rule about puppets fighting each other.

OOC they have 5 million and we have 5 million. In total thats 10 million.

our country is also a "civil rights love fest" with excellent civil rights, a good economy, and superb political freedoms.

IC The first wave of our troops slam into your defenses and are repelled easily, resulting in about 2 thousand casualties on our end and about a hundred on yours. Our second wave almost made it through but faltered at the end. Also we have engaged your fighters in a battle for air superiority.

IC: the battle in the sky was going badly for us, due to your abundant handheld SAMs. So we give up in the battle for the sky and continue to bolster our defense on the ground.

This is a message to the leaders of Albundun and Albundania. We ask that you choose to settle your differences peacefully. We are willing to host a summit to discuss the issue of Albundun separatism.

As much as I would like that, we probably could not do that, owing to the fact that the Liberators (see black market violence in Albundon) are a major military force in their army and they are being supplied by that one black market dealer.

Alright, so, you guys need to better show your troop movements. We had no idea what was going on. Apparently a wave of 'troops' [Marines? Standard Infantry? Mechanized Infantry? Paratroopers? Spartans? Were there any tanks? Helicopters? Naval support?] with a large amount of hand held SAMs [There was no mention of any other troops, so I guess the attackers were using SAMs as well] that had the time to spare to knock out military jets [What a minute, aren't they being shot at?]

We have no idea what kind of climate this is, if it's next to an ocean, anything. we also have no idea what tactics and formations you're using, or what defensive measures are being taken. Read the stickies, look at other threads as examples.

Actually we have already come to terms.

My country is to become independent but we must hand over the black market dealer which this war was started over to Comorostani authorities, as they will want to speak with him as well. We can just let this RP die now...
