Greetings nations of the world. The Grand Duke of Belkaland has ordered the opening of embassies to encourage the expansion of diplomatic ties with other nations. All nations are welcomed to open embassies regardless of previous standings.

All that we ask is that you follow the rules & laws of our nation. Failure to do so will result in the revocation of the embassy and deportation of the personnel.

1. Embassies in Belkaland will be regarded as sovereign territory and will be treated as such in times of war. If an embassy is threatened, all personnel will be evacuated by the local Belkalandian police forces.

2. No more than 100 personnel will be permitted. This does not include any security forces or the family of the ambassador.

3. No more than 50 Security personnel will be allowed unless the leader of the nation who operates the embassy is there.

4. No anti-material rifles, grenades, explosives, rockets, or heavy machine guns will be permitted.

5. Any crimes committed within embassy premises will be handled by the nation in control of the embassy.

6. All embassy personnel are given diplomatic immunity to misdemeanors outside the embassy premises. All felonies outside of embassy premises will be handled by the Belkalandian government.

7. No more than 8 vehicles are allowed. This does not include Helicopters which are limited to 2.

8. No foreign propaganda may leave the embassy premises. If this happens & depending on the severity, this can be considered an act of aggression.

9. No Weapons of Mass Destruction allowed. If any WMD are discovered to be in the possession of the embassy, this will be considered an act of war.

• Capital City of Dinsmark: 48 3 acres plots along Stier Avenue (5 Filled, 43 Empty)

• Port City of Waldreich, 65 2½ acres walled plots overlooking Waldreich Bay(7 Filled, 58 Empty)

• The Royal City of Stier, 10 4 acres walled plots overlooking Lake Edelwasser, just east of the Royal Castle.(Must be a favored nation)(3 Filled, 7 Empty)

In this request for an embassy within the Belkaland, I have included two vehicles that do not adhere to your initial guidelines. These military vehicles are intended to be activated only in times of emergency to defend or evacuate the Arnhem Consulate. These IFVs will be open to inspection at any time by Belkaland Military Personnel to confirm their use as a mere contingency.
