With it's entry onto the international stage the Royal Commonwealth of Cal, Emass and Isles of Sae has initiated new relations with the international community. As part of this an embassy program has been started, all embassies will be viewed as the sovereign territory of the owner nation how ever the buildings provided must be maintained and externally unaltered due to the Tel council's preservation orders. Though the Calie government will not interfere but the city authorities still have some degree of control over modifications.

All the mansions have ten foot walls round all sides the town houses only have them at the rear with iron fences at the front (and a drop of two stories other than the stone 'bridge'”). All the houses have been 'de-bugged' and are clean of listening equipment. At the end of the town houses is the old bore tavern*, Soul Hotel and in the middle of the square is the communally owned gardens with a small coffee shop/cafe*.

Consulate space offices are available in the city's financial centre as are consulate facilities in other centres of economic activity.

Note: Consulate offices are just that offices with no living accommodation, consulates out with Tel are effectively small embassies. How ever having consulate offices means the mundane paperwork of visas, import licenses, etc can be dealt with by local staff.

Note: Please only place the number of staff in an embassy that it is likely to be able to accommodate and the bigger the embassy the more the upkeep. Also there is a special tram service from the square to the parliamentary complex driving in the almost permanently city of tel is a bad idea.

Note: Even though the government of Cal will not stop tanks or other military items, the city authorities might cause problems if you actually want to fly/drive them (You can have a helicopter gunship, but they won't let you fly the thing. Like wise with a tank or two (tracked vehicles are banded as they wreck the roads, you can have them just you will not be allowed on the road) .).

Your previous message has perplexed us, we, perhaps wrongly assumed you wished a small presence of foreigners. If you meant otherwise we meant no offence, how ever the current use of rooms can be changed. A ballroom can be come a typing pool and rooms can be used for other purposes. We, well in truth the Telen city authorities, just ask that no major structural change is carried out without their say so.

It is not like any of them have artefacts of cultural significance with in them.

How ever rather than refusing to normalise relations, there is no reason what you can not set up a small diplomatic mission in one of the town houses? Diplomacy is largely a black art and quiet. I believe you do not need to prove your power, so a small mission would make sense.

Just don't annoy the telen authorities, they do get petty about things like cut off your leccy it you don't mow your lawn, stop picking up your trash if you don't recycle right, that kinda thing. We would rather not have to deal with them. They cause us enough problems at the parliamentary complex and we are almost entirely self contained. They caused all the mail tucks to be diverted so as to hit the rush hour, no matter what..sorry personal annoyance.

As to your request, we have no problem, though there will be some cost involved, consulates have to be bought by someone, do they not? So to this end perhaps a meeting with our industrial leaders might be helpful so as you do not waste finances that could better both our nations?

Well I would suggest 5 as it is close to the pub and not to far from the 24 hr corner shop, should you run short of supplies.

As for your kids/young/you get the idea there is a very well though of state primary (5-11) school within a five minute walk. The telen authorise are not known for there willingness to do social engineering so all of the pupils come from wealthy or at-least middle class back grounds.

There is Duian Prep, but that is a religious school though, state funded for the most, perhaps not the best choice. that is about half a mile way

Finally there is Sualime Prep the most expensive and pointless school.

As for your older children there you have salc street comprehensive, very good at the sciences and engineering, but that to is a state school.

If you want them to have make links solom academy, but pay and expect your kids to be useless snobs that are only good for dinner parties.

Duian academy that even the leefen sister hood have now started distancing them selves from but religious nut still send there kids there.

There is is lupinan institute, state school but selective, your kids will have to learn a new language and be bright enough to get in. No offence but that would a lot to ask of them.

well those are the schools within a sensible range.

Oh yeah don't try and drive them to school if you value your sanity the traffic in this place is insane.

As for your life stock I have looked into local by-laws and you have the right to let them graze in the park in the centre of the square. There is no place in duke square, or tel for that matter that meets your requirements how ever I have a proposal that might fit your requirements. Rather than a single location I suggest a consulate of sort in the drewn desert were we have plenty of space and a smaller embassy in duke square, say a town house.

A test track in Tel would be prohibitively expensive due to the land cost, the city and national* ordnances. Land in the drewn desert is far cheaper and they have far fewer ordnances. Additionally if you partner with some of the local vehicles manufactures the cost could be further reduced. It would also allow for cross-fertilisation of our automotive industries in research, ours is specialised and yours seems to be more general.

Your interest in our nation is timely as our nation as traditionally our nation as been energy poor so personal transit is rare. How ever we have now the ability to produce more energy than we need, via the drewn wind farm system, the grand dams project, various tidal and wave power systems. Though we are researching fusion but still can't quite got it working yet how ever we have given up on fission as a bad idea.

We have experience of mass production, that is not a problem, but the production of cars and other road vehicles is not a skill we have.

It is very annoying that as a nation that that can produce train sets that can travel at 300 mph and others that can pull megatons can't make a car that can start reliably and travel at over 70 mph. So we are very open to your trade. Though you may wish to take to the CMT that run the CAT, MAT and many other rail systems. Transit in the commonwealth is heavyly rail based and we are good at it, but we do see the need for road transit.

We have only now opened our first motorway and are upgrading a number of out A roads to be duel carriageways. We are relent on one neighbour for the bulk of cars now on our roads, but they are large and not very well suited to our requirements.

As for your other requests we are, as always is open to trade as free and open market..
