Offical Decleration From Wolf Hold Centeral Command

Thank you for expressing an interest in having your nations embassy constructed in our nation. We have finished the ground work and now only require your application to finish the embassies. There are two locations in which you can have your embassy. The Fang Military Complex our military and political capital, The Fang is large complex located on top of a large pleatu, it streches for roughly 1000 square kilometers and is the safest part of the country. You could also have your embassies constructed in the diplomatic distict of New Harrendeen, what could be called the most civillain of all The Wolf Hold's citys.

By order of Central Command, the Following Restrictions have been placed on any embassy applications

I- NO heavy fighting vehicles are allowed on the embassy grounds unless given strict prior permission by Central Command

II- NO heavy weapons are allowed to be issued to Embassy Guards, A maximum of a one light machine gun is aceptable.

III- A maximum of 30 embassy guards, 50 personel and 20 diplomats

IV- A maximum of one helicopter, 4 military vehicles with no armaments and 10 diplomatic vehicles

V- Central command rerves the right to evict embassy staff without Warning

VI-Embassy possession nuclear or other weapons of Mass Destruction be they chemical, biological or otherwise of that nature, are grounds to belive intent to attack The Wolf Hold with such weapons, if such weapons are found then they are grounds for a decleration of war against the state in question.

I thank you sincerely for accepting our embassy application. On the subject of a possible invasion, we have full confidence in your military's ability to drive off any invader. However, if the situation is truly dire, then I promise you that Volzgradien troops will be sent to reinforce The Wolf Hold in the event of an invasion.

The Federation of Albundania also wishes to aid the Wolf Hold, but can only send 430 billion dollars at the moment.

With Wolf Hold Government approval we are willing to also send a handfall of troops in WolfHold to defend any possible invasions on the Wolf Hold nation. We will be sending our 103 and 108 Corps of the Soviet troops which are heavily armed with assault riffles, sniper riffles, and explosives to be stationed there in the front for any possible invasions. Your suggestion of alliance is welcome, how ever we prefer to remain out with conflicts that we know little of, well officially. In fact the my office's job is to keep us out of unnecessary wars so we are keen to know the nature of your conflict. How ever we are very willing to set up trade links and as a trading nation with somewhat lax laws out with the WA. I think you can see the use of trade link would be, our merchant ships are quite willing to enter traitorous waters to bring in supplies and if a gun or two happens to be on-board. Well we can't have checked it right or they came from a third nation via our bonded system.

Our bonded system means that we only check for items that are radioactive and a direct threat to the ship that is carrying them. We prefer to keep the checks short and the container never 'enters' our nation so it's purpose is none of our concern. Though we can spot an atomic, biological and chemical weapon before the ship carrying enters our waters. We will not allow them in our waters, let alone in our ports.

How ever what happens out at sea out of the shipping lanes is not our concern.

* The commonwealth is only a few years old and they are still arguing about it's full name. Not that most of the people care, it's a practical thing for the peoples. Very few of the commonwealth identify themselves as such sticking to their older terms (Teerie, Drewn, Teuie,Etc).

OOC: The merchant calie navy is willing to gun run if you need it, but at a cost (The Royal Navy will not escort them into the war zone though). Oddly they are very good at it you would think they might have done it before.

Perhaps I picked up the abridged copy of your embassy program's charter by accident. I read the part about you having the right to evict embassy staff without warning, but I'm afraid I missed the part about you being able to shoot foreign diplomats in the head because of bogus espionage charges. Now, since there's obviously some confusion about how this is going to work, perhaps I should spell it out for you in very unabridged terms:

Our entire embassy staff will proceed unmolested to the nearest airport, airbase or aerodrome. They will take with them all weapons, equipment, documents, files, personal effects and computers that they desire.

We will dispatch one (1) civilian jet and one (1) military cargo aircraft. These aircraft will be allowed to land at the nearest airport, airbase or aerodrome to the embassy. They will then be provided with fuel and/or repairs as needed. Once the planes are properly fueled, our vehicles will be loaded into the military aircraft and our citizens will embark the civilian jet. Once this is complete, our planes will take off and fly into the sunset.

At this point, I would hope that we're more or less in agreement about how this is going to work. However, I'm not quite done yet. This process will take as long as it takes. Whether it has been twenty-hours hours and one minute or thirty-six hours, our citizens will remain free, uninjured and, most importantly, alive.

If you feel it is necessary, your security forces may oversee this process and insure that our citizens do not go galavanting around stealing precious military secrets. However, our troops are not to be stripped of their weapons, armor or any other piece of equipment. We can assure you that they will not attempt anything foolish. If they do pull some idiotic heroics, we will throw them to the wolves, so to speak, and you make handle them as you see fit. If any agent of your government puts so much as a scratch on any of the diplomatic mission's staff, I cannot guarantee that I will keep my temper under wraps.

I hope these instructions are clear because I will not repeat them. If there is any confusion, perhaps you should play it safe and send our diplomats off with a red carpet and complimentary chocolates.

Your plan for withdrawing your embassy staff is aceptable to me and the rest of ground operations command. As to the 'Shot to the head' comment, I wish to point out that your embassy staff lost their diplomatic immunity making them suceptible to Wolf Hold law, the punishment for suspected espionage is an imediate execution. Please rember our laws before you make rash comments.

Your aircraft once they enter Wolf Hold airspace will be escorted by four (4) Interceptors. From there your aircraft will be directed to land at Black Crag naval air station just on the outskirts of New Harendeen. Once your planes are on the ground, your embassy staff and soldiers will be escorted by mechanised convoy to the airport, upon reaching the airport your personel will be escorted to your aircraft. Once your personel and their belongings are loaded onboard your aircraft, the same four (4) interceptors will escort your aircraft from our airspace.

Any embassy staff that act in a hostile manner towards our troops or citizens will result in siwft and harsh punishment, also any embassy staff found to be in an attempt to sabotage, damge or commit any other act of espionage will result on the harshest punishemnt applicable to said offence.
