ooc: Yes, this is me, gordonopia. I made this nation solely for the purpose of this rp. This rp contains referances to several old rps. If you were in any of Gordonopias anti communits rp's, this will make total sense.

After the purges in their homeland of Gordonopia, several million of Gordonopia's communist party decided to flee to the long deserted land that was once the nation of Kjeldor. They set up a government and began preparing for their revenge. Their finances came from both several wealthy leaders in enemies of gordonopia, and from attacking small tribes on the other side of their new country.
They had purchased weapons from gordonopias own Gordonopian arms (many of the communists were ex-soldiers and were familiar with the weapons) using fake information. They already had started a coup in Gordonopia (ooc: ashes to ashes) but it was beginning to fail. So, they were preparing their forces. They would begin with border raids and disguise it as native attacks. In addition, they would also disrupt industry under the same disguise. Finally, they would begin another coup that would likely be successful because of the devestation from the last one.

The had been following Ludendorf for nearly an hour, when he saw something odd. In what should have been a ruined city, he saw new houses and buildings. He could even spot small specks that he thought could be people.
"Sir, Ludendorf's come to what appears to be a city!"
"A city, in the wastelands???"
"Yes, a city!"
"Give me more details."
"Well, it's obvious that there are many ruins, but I also see new houses. And even some specks that could be people. And... wait, oh my god."
"What?"
"Theres a flag flying over a building, mabye three stories high."
"What does it look like."
"It's the flag of the Gordonopian Communist Party."
"Oh my god."
"It's true, and guess what else I see."
"What?"
"A..."
An explosion was heard, then nothing.

"Ludendorf cannot escape!!! It's his fault we got into this mess, he has to pay."
"Yes sir, but how are we going to get to him. He's in some sort of city, and the pilot sent after him was shot down."
"Well then we have two options. One, send in a SPARTAN company. They probably wouldn't have to much trouble finding and eliminating him. The second is a little more peaceful. Try to contact the city and make them give us Ludendorf."
"I think we should try the second one first."
"Fine."

A transmission was sent over all signals attempting to make contact with the unknown city.

Sure, we'll give up Ludendorf, if you surrender your nation. 10 years ago, you forced us out, and now we're back. Millions of us fled to the 'Wastelands' and turned them into our new home. Under the new leadership of Chairman Richard Savato, we have our own country, but soon we will have two.

"My god, it is the communists. There's no way they're going to reason with us. Plus, they sent an obivous threat in their message. We need to send them something more... convincing."
"Like..."
"Like an ultimatum."
"Are you sure that will do something."
"We can only hope. Send it immediately."

In response to your refusal to give us a man who has caused massive amounts of death and destruction on our soil, and your obvious threat to us, we, the people of the Republic of United Gordonopia issue an ultimatum to your country.
Our terms are listed below.
1. The handover of Gordonopian General Michael von Ludendorf.
2. A signed agreement that you shall not engage in hostile activities against us or any of our allies.
3. A full report detailing your armed forces in full.

If you fail to comply with any of these demands, a state of war shall be considered to exist between our two nations.
You have two days.

"This is outragous! We shall never give in to these demands!"
"What do we do now then?"
"We make it look like they're an oppressive power picking on little nations. We don't tell anyone that the coup was our fault."
"I like it. I'll send out a message immediately."

To: Our Communist Comrades
From: The Peoples Republic of New Kjeldor

Our new nation has been forged from refugees forced out of the oppressive regime of the Republic of United Gordonopia. We were kicked out of our homes ten years ago, and now they are pursuing us to our refuge. We plead you to aid us in our plight and help us destroy these oppressive capitalists.

"Damn, they're asking for help."
"So, what are we going to do? They didn't comply with our demands, but if we do invade, we risk invasion ourselves."
"But we can't seem week. We can't give an ultimatum and not act on it. We have no choice. Inform military hq. Begin transferring divisions to the border. Send the desert divisions first. Also, prepare the airborne for airdrops."
"Yes sir."

With the crisis created by Ludendorf winding down, Gordonopia could finally begin concentrating on this new one. They began by transferring 20 divisions to the border. 5 of them were desert, with the rest being regular infantry. They also prepared 3 airborne divisions nearest to the border. If war did come, then they would be able to quickly overwhelm the enemy.

Bridge of the Nest

Admiral James Alexander of the Aglorean Navy stood on the bridge of his flagship, the Nest, a massive aircraft carrier. The Aglorean fleet was still in Gordonopian waters, and would be gone if it hadn't been for the fact that Ludendorf had escaped. The Aglorean diplomats that had been rescued from the embassy had been sent back to do their diplomatic duties, with the exception of Richard Glass, the main ambassador. Glass was on his way up to the bridge to meet the Admiral, and put in a direct call to the President.

Already, upon picking up word the Ludendorf had escaped, President Chris Rescudo had ordered (from the campaign trail, as it was election season and the extra publicity wouldn't hurt) an additional 40 infantry divisions and another 10 airborne to be sent into the region to find Ludendorf and bring him to justice. Afterall, he had held Aglorean civilians hostage and his war had led to deaths of thousands of soldiers.

"Well, they're stationing troops on the border. Unfortunately, it's a lot more men then we have. And now the Agloreans are getting even more involved."
"We need to conduct a guerilla war. If we can hold out long enough, other nations are sure to join our cause."

As your nation has failed to meet the deadline of our ultimatum, we are now considering our nation to be in a state of war with yours. Our forces are now beginning their attack on yours.

The first divisions of the invasion force stormed across the river. The first ten divisions, two armored, five desert, and three regular, rushed across the river into "New Kjeldor". Two airborne divisions were overhead, heading towards their target, five miles behind the city.

The remaining Aglorean forces were moving towards the region at high speed. Once all forces were in the area, they could join in the attack.
