I'd like to get involved. Since I had deployed four divisions of paratroopers to your country way back when, and never actually recalled them, do you mind if I use them as my initial deployment and have them lock down some airports/seaports for further Salzland/ODECON reinforcements?

I'm not going to be able to post again until sometime this evening, but it's going to be retro-dated for about 1:00 AM on Day Two. My troops would be moving out under cover of darkness, when people would generally be least-alert and least able to fight back.

would the sentry on guard (the one by the roadblock) be likely to leave if there was say, some sort of distraction...

on that subject what kind of road block is it and what kind of weapons do they (The sentries) have?

Well the sentry on guard is standing by the door all the time, they are quite undisciplined so who knows. The rest of the people hang around in the large trucks that make up the roadblock. There will be about 12 people on the roadblock and about three inside the building. Armament would be SA80s and other 5.56mm rifles, M16s and the like. A collection of western pistols and such as well.

what about the vehicle compound? how many people on guard there?

ah! and how do you get to the vehicle compound? is there a way around to it, without going from the front?

I suppose you could somehow jump the fence or something. It is topped with barbed wire but you could probably avoid that pretty easily.

Ok, I'm back! And yes you will have a reply shortly, both in the form of a TG and a thread reply.

Scratch that last post, I have a ton of work to do at the moment, people are jumping on me and I need a little rest from NS. I'm gonna ret-con this whole thing as I can't see myself finishing it anytime soon, I will be retreating somewhat to smaller less important RPs for a while. Apologies to all, especially Fictions as he was perhaps the most interested and involved in this thread. I am not however ruling this out as a thread to do later on when my schedule frees up a bit.

Feel free to TG / PM me any problems or questions you have, apologies again.
