HMS Xavier S. McCartney Seabase Launched!

HMS Xavier S. McCartney, Pictured Here At Grace Island Naval Dockyard, Is The First Mobile Seabase To Be Built For The Royal Navy
After 5 years in the works and even longer in development, engineers at Grace Island Naval Dockyard today handed the honour of christening the giant mobile Seabase to it's namesake, the former labour Prime Minister Xavier McCartney. McCartney, a strong believer in the need for a continued naval presence in the modern world, was one of many politicians and former politicians to back Prime Minister McArthur's move to join the Alliance Of Maritime Nations.
The Seabase, which dwarfs anything currently in sevice in the Ustian Navy, will begin it's maiden voyage into the Atlantic Ocean in 48 hours. Designed as a mobile staging post for Ustian ground forces and aircraft, the base will move into the Atlantic Ocean where it will remain to keep an eye on maritime trade.
The First Sea Lord, Sir David McTavish, also said that the Seabase would welcome forces from other AMNAT nations with open arms.
