OOC: This alliance has been present for several months, so I decided to make a page for it.

ANAN
(Alliance of Neutrally Armed Nations)

Introduction: This alliance goes in and out of common causes, but the one constant idea is the protection of allies. This alliance will defend you if you join, and is very accepting. Another strong commitment we have made is the vow for anti-terrorism. Find out more with the sections below.

1. You may not commit terrorism
2. You must defend your fellow alliance members in the event of a war
3. You cannot offer hostility towards a fellow member
4. You cannot have extreme human rights violations in your country, to the point where it is very obviously inhumane and "evil."

Other info: This nation is ran under supervision in a Democratic Principality, but has been classified as a Corrupt Dictatorship, we wish that you do not believe it for it is incorrect.

Also, we only have one extreme law, election is only held every time a Governor dies or retires, but I see no reason why the game pleads us as a Corrupt Dictatorship Nation.

If this works, they may be the closest thing to eliminating all war-RPs on NS.

As the general idea is that members try not to anger others into invading, and take no hostile actions towards themselves (though there is no mention about favoritism), and the massive communal-army keeps everyone in-line and acts as a deterant against despots.

However, this limits them to non-war type international shindigs... like, uh...

o'Course, none of them have become powerful enough to achieve world-peace, but then again, neither has the UN, USSR, NATO, SARIF, EU, or GWO.

There has been an issue with the name. This is a very old alliance, I did not start it, and it has been, in a way, revived. Things have changed, and to be honest, some of our opinions have changed from the ones this alliance is founded upon. We kept the name for preservation reasons.
