Denecaep expansion, in need of land

Denecaep

Denecaep's population is growing, and we need more land, especially after several of our colonies either being stolen or "declaring independence" (that means you loompastate!)

We will buy for a little more than average if necessary, for we are in need of this land.

Name your price, however we will also deal in technology, oil, or whatever you need.

Thank you

P.S. We are especially interested in non-island land

We have received your offer to buy land, and we have something to sell. An island, 200 miles from the Gordonopian Mainland, is a place we are willing to sell. It is about 15 Square Kilometers. Up until 2 years ago it was a small military outpost to monitor a hostile nation, but now we have no need of it. It has been abandoned for about one week (since the soldiers on it were withdrawn to defend against a coup). It is perfect for people, as it has very flat land. It could easily be converted to farmland or cities. If you are interested, name an offer.

Is 500 million enough?

Falkasia will gladly sell you a 15 square mile island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean that has long since been used as a testing ground for the military's many conventional missiles, artillery, biological, and chemicals weapons. The price is a modest 150 million.

House de Rossi

House de Rossi, noting the frequent theft that is the alleged price of land many will offer to Denecaep, respectfully offers island property at the sum of $100 per square meter, a modest sum that is most properly fitting of the value of land.

For your reference, 10 kilometers would then cost you the sum of one million USD (USD$1,0000,000).

We caution Denecaep of the price gougers of the world.

Pax tibi.

OOC: I understand that. Other people gouge often and this is well known. For your part, if House de Rossi knew about it (which they don't), they would question why you wouldn't inform him that he is overestimating the value. It's merely IC rich people with an odd sense of ethics, don't worry.

The ASoGM has had several successful projects building artificial islands, and can offer you this service for the relatively low price of $5 million per acre. If you are interested in this service, please be advised that this project will take 3-5 NS years to complete, depending on the size island you are interested in.

Santheres, we would like to buy 1,000 square kilometers for your very reasonable price.

Falkasia, we will gladly accept your island for your price.

Anghele, we are very environmental and do not need an artificial island, thank you.

OOC: That works out to about $58,275 an acre. There's no way you're making a profit at that price. The material costs alone will exceed that. For example, the Palm Jumeirah island in Dubai is 25 square kilometers overall (it's not a solid landmass), and its costs were over $12.3 billion.

IC: The ASoGM Ministry of Foreign Affairs would be interested to know how a company can take on such a massive project with no hope of any profit.

Instead of buying up tiny, contaminated islands all over the globe, you should be looking at land reclamation. We can do a feasibility study on extending your own coasts in a sustainable manner, so that population growth can be matched over the long term, say 50 to 100 years. A retainer of 1 million USD will be sufficient for us to begin.

We are only in possession of 56,000 sq. Km of island property. This property, however, is a small archipelago in the Pacific Ocean that is almost entirely undeveloped. You may find former settlements, but we have since moved our presence out of the area. Are you are free to buy this land at the previously optioned price.

We await your end of the transaction.

Thank you.

OOC: Simply because I wanted to almost offer the island.

Denecaep is a small nation,so I didn´t mind paying for the loss of profit, why, you want me to build you one?Is that it?
