Gordonopia in desperate need of resources
United Gordonopia

Our nations needs have been met.

(OOC: With a free borders policy, you can assume to be one of the many the Confederacy imports iron from)
United Gordonopia
06-02-2009, 05:48
ooc: probobly not, the reason we have an overabundance now is that all of the iron was stored in the north, and was at about 110% requirement, but the North (this part) has been cut off from the south, so they are trying to sell some of the surplus to be able to get more needed resources.

The Democratic Republic of Aglorea would be able to send you food in exchange for a good deal on iron.

Name an offer. If it even close to fair, we will take it.
Fatatatutti
07-02-2009, 22:31
Fatatatutti is happy to send food for humanitarian purposes. However, we would require guarantees that the food would not be used to aid the war effort, either directly to supply the troops or indirectly to put political pressure on the people. Ideally, we would like to see our own international aid agencies in control.

Food recieved from you could go to those civilians in the city and countyside, not soldiers on the front line. We have enough to supply them because of civilian rationing. But it is those civilians that we are worried about.
Fatatatutti
07-02-2009, 22:40
Your situation illustrates the futility of fighting for resources. You starve civilians to feed the soldiers who are "protecting" them.
We can begin aid flights immediately.
United Gordonopia
07-02-2009, 22:45
We understand your frustration with our rations. I assure you that if these soldiers fail to defend these civilians, it would have massive reprocusions. The nation would become just another military dictatorship. It could have a terrible effect on many people as well. Special Forces operatives in the South have reported many farmers being evicted from their farms and being replaced by people from one ethnic group. It is still unsure where they are being taken to.
We will send enough food make up another 12% of your requirement in exchange for 25% of your required iron.
(That's about the best I can do since you only have percentages in your post.)
Fatatatutti

Violence begets violence. We would be more impressed with your stance if you weren't flogging munitions all over the world.
We will be monitoring both sides in your civil war (and we will be feeding both sides as necessary).

We have also felt the wrath of civil war, and have also felt the economic hardships that come with it. We would happily send you food in return for steel. We shall also send aid workers to help rebuild communities affected by the war.

Re: Shipping
As M.A.C. Air Cargo was merged into Universal Air Freight, we request that you do not simply offer its services for free, unless you are willing to pay UAF the $1349437302500 that shipping 1700000 tons of cargo would cost (in lieu of having United Gordonopia pay for it).

RE: Business, Natural Gas
To whom it may concern,
As Fictions' lead exporter of Fossil Fuels, and hearing that your nation is currently suffering from a shortage of Natural Gas we think you may be interested in doing business with our corporation. We would be able to set up a trade route to your nation and transport the gas in liquid form via the sea.
Our current price for your area stands at $10/MMBTU but seeing as you are in a wartime situation we may be willing to negotiate this.
If you are interested in our offer, please reply.

M.A.C Defense will pay the shipping costs.Disregard Defense Corporations post.
Even though DC runs half of M.A.C Air Cargo | Universal Air Freight,M.A.C Heavy Industries and it´s corporate branch M.A.C Heavy Industries | Defense are a completely independent and separated company from DC (even though we have production agreements),we run the other half.
So,M.A.C will pay Universal Air Freight for the shipping.

OOC: Anghele, see TG. You are using them for free, after a slightly convoluted fashion - you pay UAF for the use of the planes, then it immediately pays you for some sort of investment. Voila! Free shipping!
