OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM THE PROSPERITAN GOVERNMENT TO THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY

"The Republic of Novus Prosperitas welcomes the establishment of foreign embassies on its shores and hereby invites all nations to participate in a new embassy exchange programme. Nations of varying size, shape and influence are encouraged to open diplomatic relations with Novus Prosperitas. We are a small but strong nation with a fledging yet vibrant market economy and a stable, democratic parliamentary system of governance. We are firmly committed to extending our links with the world through trade, science and technology.

For those wishing to establish an embassy the following conditions apply:

Your embassy will be situated at a designated location in the capital Securitas.
The number of personnel stationed at your embassy must not exceed 25. This includes those assigned to security roles.
Embassy staff and vehicles shall be offered protection by the Prosperitan authorities 24 hours a day, each day of the year.
No weapons or vehicles except those explicitly approved by the Prosperitan government may be present on the embassy site.
Modifications to the site shall be subject to approval by the Prosperitan government.
All special requests will be considered.
