Sector 56

There it was. Sector 56. Dozens of habitable planets with no one living on them. The Acerian colonial ship, being escorted by three naval ships, landed on one of the large planets that had small oceans spread around the planet, mostly in the south. Hundreds of colonists disembarked the ship and began setting up a base. Marines were exploring the planet using scout ships, scientists were working around the rich forests full of animal life. The planet was named, Forma. The colonists thought all their space trouble was over and they would live a quiet life on the new planet.

They were wrong, their troubles were just beginning.

SECTOR 56

The cloaked Observer Marathon hummed into the system and immediatly detected other vessels. Scans were running down them all before a hail was sent without video feed.

" State your intentions: Who are you and what is your purpose in this sector of Space"

Things would get interesting once this Federation answered the call.

On the ground, improvised HQ

"Captain! We're receiving a transmission." said the first mate, "And a large vessel has appeared in system, approaching us. Orders?"

"They get straight to the point, that's for sure." said the captain."Order a full alert around the colony, and order the civilians to prepare for a possible fight. We cannot risk anyone today." said the Captain, "I send a response, written by me personally."

"This is the Acerian Federation colony of Forma. We are currently colonizing this sector. May we ask who is this?"

OCC: Technonaut if you are accepted an Observer is a massive vessel that carries thousands and troops and is basically a everything ship, i only have ten of these ships which make up my entire navy. Be warned if you want to attack me.

" This is the Universal Government Observer Marathon" where the Acerians looked they would see dead space, but "they" were out there, under and advanced cloak. The small Acerian fleet would stand little chance in the fight against her, for she was a fleet killer and moving piece of perfection. This was not to be a fight,unless the "Federation" wanted it to be. Kash believed that diplomacy could come first.....sometimes.

"Universal Government?" said the captain, dismayed.

"Never heard of it."

"Me neither, probably another new civilization that we haven't made contact with."

"They're cloaked, but our radars detected the Observer entering the area."

"We should say something. Civilians are scared." said another Lieutenant

"Universal Government Observer Marathon, we feel its best if we established diplomatic relations to avoid future incidents like this."

Federation HQ

On his wrist was a gold watch that he never checked. This person was non other than the destroyer of worlds, and among many other names, Kash Wilson. He could have chosen to appear in a more official way, but his preferred to act like a normal person with normal clothing and such.

Startled marines in their body armor drew their Fusion rifles, which was enough to blast someone to pieces. The officials looked very surprised, staring at the visitor. The captain, who was a female, was the first to figure it out. "So they beamed you in here or something? Extremely dangerous. Anyway, I am Captain Sarrana. You are....?"

" Captain Sarrana, I am Kash Wilson I am, how should you say..well lets just face it, I am the Universal Government. If you want to talk to someone, your going to have to talk to.." He instantly appeared face to face with Sarrana." me..." He said as his eyes were being hidden behind the small glasses.

"You're in charge of the entire Universal Government?" cut in an extremely annoyed Federal official. The Marines had holstered their weapons and were watching Kash Wilson's movements closely. Meanwhile, civilians outside continued setting up the base.

" Well...There are others that are like me who runs things, I am highest tower to the lowest citizen, I assure you " He looked at the annoyed official " All things will become clear." Kash said smiling as he turned his attention back at the Captain.

The Observer hailed the Federation ships with a visual feed, immediatly six clones face looked up at almost the same time with a pure white background, there blue eyes piercing the screen at the probably bewildered federals.

" Lets get down to business I want at least half of the world under my control, any living inhabitants are also of my responsibility."

"Thats a done deal then. There are plenty of habitable planets in this sector." as she said this, there was a massive explosion outside that drowned out her last words. All the marines immediately placed on their visors and Lieutenants were screaming into their communicators for a status report.

Kash stood up from being knocked down and dusted himself off. " My forces are already investigating, we don't know what that could have been."


The Observer decloaked revealing a massive white hulk its sensors went crazy trying to make out whatever happened. It could possibly be other ships from unknown territory.

A Lieutenant reported that one of the Acerian patrols were being attacked by overwhelming forces. The captain turned to the marine commander. "Send reinforcements now and find out who is attacking, amybe we can come to peaceful terms also."

On the other half of the planet Military bases were being beamed into place, these portable outposts with popping up with white flashes as well as GOU and armored vehicles. Probe squadrons covered the air looking for this unseen enemy. Who they were was a mystery at the moment. The sounds of jackboots were already being heard on the planet as the hand of the Universal Government closed its iron fist around the other side of the world.

They came. Thousands of Black mechanical spiders moving at unrealistic speed. These were the pride of the Zillar Republic. Armed with a blaster powerful enough to destroy a large building. They were swarming the plains and now aiming to over-run the fragile defensive lines. The black spiders were firing at everything, GOU, armored vehicles, and even at the Probe fighters flying over. Black spiders came out of the ground, fired, then disappeared into the ground as quickly as it came. Acerian marines were on the verge of being overwhelmed. Shuttles were dumping marines on the planet while taking back wounded.

The same situation was happening to the Universal Government forces, wounded were being beamed and more troops were being sent. White flashes of phased plasma were being spit our of the war-path assault rifles as GOU engaged there enemy. Killer tanks were also engaging the black spiders that came from the underworld. The Probe fighters cloaked to avoid damage and to take a better look at the situation. The Observer above hailed the Acerians " They are the Zillars we have fought them before, they must have been hiding underground."

"The Zillars eh? See what they can do against the third Legion."

The Third Legion. One of the best units of the Acerian army, was coming on transports. Made up of ten thousand soldiers, armed to the teeth. Most of them carried fusion blaster rifles, which were deadly at any range. They were to be supported by support tanks and mech units that were purchased recently form Traid Corporation. The shuttles began dropping off legionaries at the flank of the black spiders, despite still being outnumbered, the legion struck the flank hard and blasted its way through until black spiders eventually stopped the advance. Acerian bombers began dumping whatever weapons they had on the black spiders. Huge massive explosions were caused.

" Acerian high command do you have a read on any Zillar vessels in the area, it appears our scanners and bugging out."

Unknown to them. Twenty cloaked Zillar vessels appeared in the system and were moving into positions so it can inflict heavy losses on the Acerians and the calaverians.

Among the trees and bushes firefights erupted as Zillar blasters were met with Calaverian phased plasma rifles. Screams erupted from both sides as they duked it out. There were flashes of white-yellow light as the TND's began openging fire with low-yeild tactical nuclear warheads. These warheads vaporized those within the blast radius and left nuclear radiation to kill the weak. The Universal Government's plan was a defensive one. All GOU were ordered to stay where they were and dig in as much as they could. They were positive in the fact that UG troops were better trained and more ruthless than most of there Zillar counter-parts.

Then the Zillar vessels struck. Hundreds of missiles were fired point blank at the Observer and the Acerian ships. On the ground, the Zillars attacked again, the Legionaries were forced on defensive as they were outnumbered heavily.
