After years of intense warfare amongst themselves, the nations of Eukrownia, Zaalland, and The Gorn Islands have united to form The Federation of Warlord Republics. We know wish to enter the international community.
Though we are small, we offer much. We are a proud people with a strong warrior spirit. We can guarantee total loyalty to our allies. When our help is needed, we will provide whatever we can. Our military may be weak in comparison to many larger nations, but we are constantly building up as our economy strengthens. Those nations who wish to aid us in our development can expect great rewards for their investment.

"Chen, I'd like you to meet Mr. Lau. He is going to be working as a paralegal with our firm, and it will be your job to teach him what he needs to know," David Law said. Hopefully, this would help Chen shape up. He looked to be a promising attorney, but always seemed distracted. Maybe having a paralegal to guide him would help.

Brief Bio of Ambassador: Joao was born in Macao in 1973. He graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 1995 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and became a Member of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects in 1999. Since the beginning of his employment with Jason Munitions in 2000, he has risen to the position of Chief of Engineering at the firm, directly overseeing the operations of 80 engineering, design and research sections. He has been named as the director of operations for the proposed WR SEZ, and would represent the interests of the Confederacy in Warlord Republics if the proposal is granted.

What do you wish to gain from relations with the Federation? We want permission to set up a Special Economic Zone, in which our laws would apply. This would involve the construction of a tank tread factory, a missile factory, a rocket engine factory, a rifle factory, and a small shipyard, along with sufficient housing, shops, credit unions, and clinics for employees of these facilities, and the construction of an office for the WR SEZ's Director of Operations in the Warlord Republics. In addition, we would like to open civilian air freight service to your nation, and request permission for Cathay Cargo (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=580152) to purchase a helipad and hanger at each of your major airports, along with a helipad at any regional airports.
What can the Federation gain from relations with you? The SEZ would permit the following: first, significant economic growth; second, cheaper acquisition of unlimited domestic production licenses for the products exported by the Confederacy; and third, housing, technical training, and health care for employees. In addition, we would pay the appropriate fees to purchase the land, and would hire local construction firms to build the required facilities.
