Introduction:
Carnogy Armaments was created by Jackson Carnogy in coperation with the Ministry of defence of The Republic of Areona. Its' perpose to to provide effective, reliable and light weapons for The Republic of Areona. It belives in the polacy of Price and quality over easy of production.

Our Policy on DPRs:
DPRs are not something to be taken lightly. As such, no DPRs will be sold unless you have very good relations with the designer of that product. Even then, DPRs will still cost a large sum of money. Anyone who has drawn a picture for an item in the storefront recieves the DPRs for that item.

History

The TAMs Modified is based upon the TAMs tank of Argentina.

This tank design was adopted to act as The Republic or Areonas MBT forces. The main reason for this was weight, wieghing in at just under 32,000 kg it come just 2000 kg under fall out point. Fall out point is 35,000 kg and that is the weight where vehicels
vehicels and personel become trapped or sink into the mud that makes up 80% of The Republic of Areona.

What was added on:
The Tank has a Rate of Fire of 12 rounds per minute It is basicly the same vehicel except that the 105mm turret has been replace by the Rheinmetall
120mm gun. Also It has been given an automatic loader to reduce the crew needed to 3.

We have heard about M.A.C.'s buyout offer, and have a counteroffer - we would purchase Carnogy's factories, either from Carnogy itself, or from M.A.C., and would operate them like our shipyards in Cukarica. In other words, for a period of not less than three years, we would maintain existing labor contracts; after that, we would still generally attempt to maintain similar labor standards to other companies in Areona. Our bid is $1 billion, financed by Smith Armory, Jacques Tanks, and Boris Rotorcraft from recent licenses and purchases.

OOC: I'm only bidding for the factories, not for the designs or for ownership of the company, or for any testing grounds, prototypes, or corporate offices, or even for the physical assembly lines themselves (as I'd refit the factories to fit my own assembly lines). In other words, I'm bidding to acquire land and the shells of factories; you're bidding to acquire everything.
I know CoDC can't financially compete with M.A.C., so I don't directly bid for the company; instead, I bid for the assets I'm most interested in - factory floor space. More factory floor space means faster operations means capability to process more orders more quickly means more income.
In other words, read the bid. Notice why I forwarded it to you - I'd be buying the factory floors from either you or Carnogy.

The People's Republic of Falkasia, along with the Universal Defense Corporation, would like to counter Anghele's offer, and instead putforth a total of 120 Billion USD, plus benefits and retirement packages customary of all Falkasian and UDC employees, as well as required by law. CAR-97

History
The history of the CAR-97 is one born of war; it was created in the mists of Arenas’ civil war. This was the first weapon ever produced in country and it has more the proved its self in combat. During the war there were multiple problems found with the rifle, however these were eventually worked out and have left Areona with a safe reliable and dependable weapon that can be used in even the harshest of conditions.

Operation
It uses the 7.62 NATO round because of the increased damage of the round; however it can be modified to shoot any other cartridge. Just like the AKM the gas operated action has a massive bolt carrier with a permanently attached long stroke gas piston. The bolt carrier rides on the two rails, machined in the receiver, with the significant clearances between the moving and stationary parts, which allows the gun to operate even when its interior is severely fouled with sand or mud. The receiver is stamped from sheet steel. The buttplate is made from plastic except the carbines that have a retractable metallic buttstock with rubber buttplate. It is often fitted with a 3x-magnification telescopic sight.
There are at current 3 versions of the rifle. All rifles also have a top, left and right rail system. The LMG version also has a built in bi-pod that can be removed.

CSMG- 21


History
After the War of Unification it became painfully clear that vehicle crew and police forces did not have an effective sub-machine gun. After testing out many imported guns such as the MP-5, P90, and MP-7 the Republic of Areona decided to create it own. It took the design of the MP-7 and the bullpup configuration of the P90 to produce the CSMG-21
( Carnogy Sub-Machine Gun 21st Century).

Operation
It operates with a delayed blowback system and can fire in single shots and in full automatic mode. It is made out of impact-resistant polymer with steel reinforcements, with an aluminum alloy receiver. It also has a telescoped buttstock and a Picatinny rail both on the top of and underneath the receiver as well as on either side of the front part of the gun for multiple attachments. The gun also features ambidextrous controls, for the safety, fire mode selector, bolt catch release and magazine release. The magazine is a rowed box of 4x10 or 5x10 and is inserted directly behind the pistol grip of the weapon.

IC: Yes, all Areonian workers will remain employed as if the company had never been bought out, will be compensated 200% of what their normal wages or salaries would be, and will get all the same benefits attributed to both their own unions and the labor laws of Falkasia. Furthermore, we increase our counter-offer to 500 Billion, and will beat any offers made by Anghele or another party by 50 Billion, no matter what they offer or put up. As with usual, all preexisting offers and benefits remain on the table.
