It has been proven a necessity for the Iloisan government to open it's borders to the likes of diplomats from around the globe. In order to establish more permanent trading partnerships, as well as diplomatic agreements, The Assembly have sat aside three small islands just off the coast of Diego Garcia for embassies.

The first of these islands is West Island, located just 1km off the shore from the capital of Eclipse Point it is the smallest of the three islands roughly 250m wide. The second island also aptly titled Middle Island, is surrounded by the serene Spur Reef. Just barely edging out West Island at 25,000sq m, there are however plans to expand the island due to it's location. Only 4 meters from Eclipse Point, and 2m from the settlement of Easton.

Finally East Island is the largest island 750m across it offers space for larger embassies that will be reserved for the most beneficial allies. Though it is also the longest journey from the capitol, at 4.5m and only 1.5m from Easton.

While construction of the Prosperitan embassy got underway on East Island, preparations were made to ship vehicles and equipment to Diego Garcia. The embassy helicopter, yacht and the three automobiles were placed in containers on a cargo carrier the NPMS Saint Lawrence. Once given the all clear from port officials, the Saint Lawrence set sail on its long journey.
