So, after WWXII(Stok-GWO) ends, I've been thinking. I am going to leave soon, and I want to go with a bang. Who would be the best target to start a pretty evenly matched world war, say 20 or so NSYears after the current one?

Are you a nazi/fascist/stalinist/capitalist police State? Do you know how to go beyond "I launch 100 missiles, post losses"?
