OOC: I started this thread about a year ago and I got too busy to maintain it. So I figured I'd throw it back out there and see where it went. Totally open right now... it's basically a domestic terrorist act, but I'm not opposed to outside support for the terrorists.

IC:
The swim meets between the University of New Boston Angry Badgers and the Hyperion State Bulldogs have always been epic in proportion. This meet was no exception. The competition was tight, and 2 points separated the teams as the swimmers took the starting blocks for the final race.

Students from both sides stood and cheered as the teams got ready. The college rivals taunted each other with an assorted mix of jeers, all in good fun, but still all very serious.

Then it happened.

A flash of light and a deafening roar was all those fortunate enough not to be in the blast direct path saw and heard. Bodies flew in different directions as the concussive force sprang out from the epicenter. People began to scatter, panicked. The epic confrontation had just become something entirely different.

15 Minutes Later

The president bounded into the situation room, so fast the marines barely had time to register who it was and react.

“What do we know?”

Nancy McNully responded first “Mr President 15 minutes ago an explosion occurred at the University of New Boston during a sporting event there…”

“What do we know that I didn’t just watch on TV?” The president said as he sat at the head of the table.

“Early reports indicate that a man entered the pool area just before the blast, however they are not confirmed.”

“Suicide attack?” The President said, his voice wavering.

“No one has taken responsibility yet.” Nancy McNully corrected. “There’s no indication that this wasn’t a mechanical malfunction in the building and the man wasn’t a fan coming in the back door of the area.”

“Have we heard chatter?” The President asked.

“Some, but nothing that ranked specific enough to act on it.” The PIEA director said.

“… and now?” The President asked.

“Nothing at all sir.” Percy Fitzwallace answered.

“Ok, what’s happening there now?”

“Emergency Personnel are on location. There were several fires touched off and a chlorine gas leak caused by damage to the holding tanks for the pool. Initial death toll is 25 though it will probably change. Injury count is a ballpark of 100.” McNully started.

“I have two platoons from Hyperon Ground Combat Base en route to help with the rescue efforts as well as provide security, and two planes from the 1st Air Wing are patrolling the skys above the college. “ FitzWallace added. “Your security detail is on high alert and as are all the boarder security forces.”

“Ok,. “ the president paused to gather his thoughts. “Take us to Security Awareness Level 2. Keep monitoring the chatter for when it returns and checking to see if anyone claims responsibility for this, Fitz let’s get some more troops down there. If anyone steps up and claims responsibility for this I want to know in seconds what they ate for breakfast. Update me every 15 minutes I don’t care what I’m doing.

A Leutinont was chatting with a General Officer, when his computer started beeping softly.
"So as I was sayin--Wait, whoa! One of our recon satilites detected a large explosion in Philimbesi."
"It is nuclear?" The Officer asked.
"Dont know" The Leutinont replied. "Give me a minute"
"Ill get Commander Greef" The Officer remarked over his shoulder, already walking away.

President Tamthy was filling out paper work when a offical walked into the room, wearing the uniform of the Anti Terrorism Unit.
"Sir, theres been a terrorist attack in a nation known as...He checks his clipboard...Philimbesi. As you already know their nation is relatively close to ours, and air traffic is heavy between our nations.
After the full briefing, the President looks stonefaced. Leaning back in his chair he said
"Cancel all flights to and from Philimbesi. Ground any flights in the air at any available airport, have Civil Air Command dispatch airport security to escort all the passengers off. And get the Cabnit, Situation Room, 20 minutes."

"Yes sir"

The intel operator squinted slightly as she confirmed what she read. She reached over and pressed the button on her phone that summoned her administrator. He was at her desk in seconds, Situational Awareness Level 1 tended to make the admins jumpy. He scanned her screen solemnly. Confirming what she has seen he thanked her tersely and walked up to his office. Hitting the switch which activated the LED panels and afforded him instant privacy, he picked up his phone and pressed the button marked. “PRES COMPOUND”


WHPP TV

Video of people running from the building, of bodies covered with bloodstained sheets. The same video that had been running for over 45 minutes now ran soundlessly in the background as the anchor discussed the same set of details.

Suddenly he anchor stopped speaking and pressed his monitor into his ear. After a second he looked up to the camera.

“We are receiving reports that a group that is calling themselves the “Sons of Truth” have claimed responsibility for the blast. In a statement posted on their website the group states “Today the Philimbesians have seen a taste of the truth, in the months to come there will be more!”

The doors thundered open as the president entered the room

"The Sons of Who?"

"Truth sir" PIEA director James Hutchenson said. "They are a new group, not on anyone's radar, we're in the process of tracing the website now but it's well hidden. Going to take a few hours to get a fix on it. "

"We need it faster than that. Ok what more do we know about the bombing?"

The NSA spoke up. "44 dead about 105 injured. The situation is stable, we've reviewed the security tape and several home videos being shot at the time of th blast the bombers took up strategic points..."

"Bombers?" The president asked

"Yes sir, three of them. The bombers took strategic points at the doors and one in the middle of the room. When the last one entered they detonated simultaneously."

"Ladies and Gentlemen, I want to find these Son of Truth and when we do we will show them the real truth."

"Yes sir" they responded in unison.

OOC: Your people have absolutly no comment on all air traffic being canceled in my nation, which is close to yours?

OOC: They're still trying to deal with the domestic crisis. I'm getting to you patience there grasshopper :D

Bartlet hung up the phone as there was a soft knock at the door. "Just a second" he said as he wiped the tear from his eye. "Come in". His friend and chief of staff entered the room.

"Mr President" Leo said.

"Yea"

"Transportation Secretary is on the phone... he's going to recommend we place the ports at SITLEVEL 1. Intel is pretty sure it's an isolated incident but the international community is getting jumpy. Transport is telling us that North Defese canceled all in coming flights and grounded those in the air."

"My god overreact much... "Bartlet picked up the phone. "Yea Murray what's up. Yea, fine SITLEVEL 1 for all flights, issue a statement to the North Defese that we are currently reviewing and heightening security on all foreign and domestic flights. That once we are certain that we are secure we will inform them. "

In the light of today's attacks. Please be advised that all domestic travel and trade ports in Philimbesi are currently in a Situational Awareness Level 1

This heightened level of security was ordered by our president and it means eaning that extra security on the ground as well as in the air and at sea are in place. All on board security personnel have been ordered to conduct a complete and immediate search of their vessel and we are satisfied that any and all domestic and international flights and cruises are safe and secure.



OOC: Transport security is no joke in Philimbesi. The airports are patrolled by the military and there are armed Military personnel on all flights and transport and passenger sea vessels.

Word of the explosion made it to the desk of Ms. Flynn within the hour, there was some confusion amongst The Assembly as to how they should react. They barely had any contact with this nation, and were barely a few weeks old as a nation themselves.

"We've got to say something." Ms Flynn stated, the other members of The Assembly agreed. A few moments later Ms Flynn drafted a response herself.


It is with great regret that I learned the news of what happened in your nation this afternoon. It is a sad day not only for the lives that were lost today but for the academic institution that was damaged. We will reserve our judgment on this event until the facts are known, but we send our condolences. As you may be aware we are a nation that does not actively engage in war. However, if asked we will gladly contribute to finding out what is at play here by using all of our resources in the intelligence and diplomatic communities.

20 feet away from the President as the podium where he would in just minutes give his speech... the speech that hadn't made it to his hands yet. Toby and Sam were still bickering over language.

"Guys!" the President said. "I'm going to solve your problem." He walked up to the podium with no speech in his hand...

Announcer: "and now The President of the United States of Philimbesi"

Bartlet paused behind the podium.

My friends, today in the heart of our Capitol, we were attacked, by cowardess, and fear. While the youths that represent our shinning light, our hope for a better tomorrow, met as sportsmen do, while they did battle in the light, a darkness full of hate, full of anger fell upon them, and us all.

Today 49 people were killed, 150 injured at the University of New Boston. Most of them by this act of cowardice, some though through acts of bravery. Four members of the New Boston swim team were killed when, after they survived the blast and left the building, they returned inside to help. They ran back into the building, back into the fire.

The line to enter heaven is a long one tonight. The streets of heaven are overcrowded with angels. They are our friends, our families our teachers, our students, our angels. The streets of heaven are all too crowded with our souls tonight.

Yet every time we are challenged, every time this great nation of ours falters in it’s march toward freedom, every time this great people of ours is pushed down by something, we rise to the challenge, we find our stride and pick up the pace, and we push back with the force of all our voices, all of our hearts, and all of our strength as we proclaim “You will not hold us back, you will not keep us down, you will never ever win!”

We did not seek nor did we provoke this attack on our freedoms yet we will respond. This is the time for heroes, this is the time to run into the fire and help, this is the time to rise and show the world our light!

"Already on it sir. " Hutchenson piped in.

"Fine. He really took a shot at our security?" Bartlett asked.

"Yes sir... a true diplomat, and the ports remain closed to our traffic." Nancy McNally said

"He's trying to goad us... today of all days... can you believe it? " Leo said.

"Well I guess our people will have to find a different place to vacation, I'm in no mood to have to beg to open ports on a day like today." The president said.

"50 dead 100 plus injured and he wants to get into a pissing match about who captured who."

"Would seem that way sir, I would also remind you that we haven't heard what measures they took to get the confession, or for that matter the confession. As far as we know they got on board said who here is a member of the sons of truth and this guy raised his hand thinking he won the lottery or something." Leo said

"Options?" Bartlet asked.

"Well, short of launching a covert extraction, unwarranted, unsubstantiated, and illegal claim of a single nation who isn't really willing to help in the first place, you could ask real nice again. WA doesn't require it, and honestly it opens a loophole so big a fool could see it. I would also remind you that they've given us no evidence so a high court warrant would be near impossible to get in the first place." Leo said.

His Chief of Staff's tone told Bartlet there was little he could do. "Ok where are we with people who you know want to help us?"

"We've been able to get a fix on the site it's on a hosting company in Garin. We raided the building and found nothing but a server. "

"Ever feel like your in a Marx brothers movie."

"The PIEA was able to identify three individuals who have ties back to the Fathers of Liberty, which we have reason to believe are associated with the Sons. We've got men stationed, only a matter of time before we get them."

"I am in a Marx Brothers movie, let's move on the Fathers, Sons, and I'm sure the Mothers and Daughters and figure out who the hell did this." Bartlet ordered.

Please consider a temporary stay in whatever sentence your courts see fit until a time when our military can speak with him. After that he is yours to do with as you see fit.

The press conference was winding down and of course the topic of the New Boston explosion was the order of the day. Press Secretary CJ Craig called on Brenda McFaden

"CJ, The nation of North Defese continues to hold flights to and from Philimbesi saying they don't feel safe, any reaction to this?"

"Yes, 20 mintues after the blast our air and sea ports were officially placed at SITLEVEL 1 which nearly tripled the level of security in them there have been over 76,000 domestic and international flights, about 10000 cargo and cruise ship embarkations and debarkations since then and short of a few very unhappy passengers waiting in long security lines we've had no problems. Our transportation remains safe and the North Defese are over-reacting. "

"They claim they apprehended 4 individuals one of which claims to be a member of The Sons Of Truth, will he be extradited to the USoP for questioning and charges?"

"The State Department is attempting to work with the North Defese to either arrange extradition or allow or military to speak to him."

Danny Concannon jumped on door CJ left open, probably on purpose he thought. "And if they refuse?"

"The President is sure the North Defese will understand his commitment to protect the citizens of Philimbesi."

"I'm sure that was an answer but not to the question I asked." Danny pushed... yea it was on purpose.

"The President would take it as a severe blow to international relations should we not be allowed to speak to this person of interest." CJ said.

The President was watching the conference and the implied threats CJ made.
"The bastard thinks he can threaten us."
He picked up a red phone on his desk marked "Logistical Command"
He got an answer on the first ring.
"Yes sir?" The voice asked.
"Put us to Defcon 4, and move a satillite to moniter Philimbesi troop movements." The President ordered.
"Yes sir."

If your setting up an enemy status between our countries for other RP's that's fine, but while I have IMHO a pretty formitable military I don't throw them around like play-things and certainly not over something as petty as an extradition refusal.

OOC: Sure, though technically the only official thing we'd be able to see is the satellite. ... and no... President nor his Press Secretary haven't done anything wrong...

Leo entered the presidents office. Bartlet was mixing himself a drink.

"Good Afternoon Mr President, Fitz just informed me that the CTTF captured three men who identify themselves as members of the Fathers of Liberty... They've got them at the Wasilia Ground Warfare Center and they are currently... speaking... to them."

"That's good news, I had an interesting visit by Kate Harper a minute or two ago, apparently SATCOM reports that a North Defese satellite was repositioned over our airspace, best guess is it's to monitor troop movements. " Bartlett said, even toned.

Leo added, "PIEA reports the Nemo intercepted wire communications , after CJ's press conference the North Defese placed their security forces at Defcon 4."

The grandfather clock on the wall ticked a few seconds. The men looked at each other. Then Leo's normal frown began to furl up at the corners into a smirk, and then a smile, Bartlet followed suit, and by the 10th tick both men were laughing. Bartlet took a swig from his tumbler and swallowed hard, then started to pour his friend a ginger ale.

"Fitz told me about the SATCOM report too, said his first instinct was to line up two divisions of troops to spell out F-U" Leo said through laughte, then after a second. "Just the latest in over-reactions by the North Defese, they're still blocking our ports and flights. Most of our manufactures have found other ports in other regions who are very willing to buy what was supposed to go to North Defese, so the only ones loosing real money are the ND companies now waiting for goods their government shut down."

"100,000 dollars in commerce a day out the window because someone set off a bomb in a port city that doesn't even service their region.." Bartlet mused, "CJ must have scared him, pretty good." Bartlet brought the drink to Leo.

"All she said was a severe blow to relations, nothing like severe consequences, or dire emergency. I don't think I even looked up from my desk.

Bartlet smiled which slowly became a frown. "They're going to execute the guy they have aren't they?"

Leo realized the time for joking had passed, "Yea, looks that way, and there's really nothing we can do about it. We don't have an extradition treaty and after this it's not like we're going to pursue one. The WA can't help us there, and quite frankly though I serve at the pleasure of the President and would, I can't see committing our troops against the whims of someone who can't see political nuance when it's directly in front of him"

"Yea, ok. Keep me posted about the CTTF findings, I'm sure they're using the utmost in care in defense of the subjects rights correct."

"We'll be fine" Leo said.

Breifing Room

The President was having a meeting with his advisers..

"Sir, can we at least open our shipping lanes? We are losing millions in lost revenue."
The Transportation Adviser begged.

"I need total confremation that it will be safe. Weve already caught one terrorist sneaking in here, whats to stop more from getting in?" The President retorted.

"Sir we will take the strongest measures of secerity. If we dont open our ports we will lose far to much money."

"Fine. Ill open the International Airport in Port Royall, and the Sea Ports there. All cargo is to be scanned and all cargo ships are to be searched."

"Yes sir?"

Tomaok International Airport

The first plane was just getting its passengers on board, it was a large jumbo jet, designed for international travel. Its passengers were mostly Philimbesi tourists trying to get back home.
Its load:
312 tourists
56 Defese Officials
70 Philimbesi officials
73 children.

But one passenger was a little late to get on board, while he was passing the metal detector, it beeped loudly. The Airport Officials halted him, but he flashed the badge of the Anti-Terrorism Unit. And was sent on his way.

The metal detector didnt detect the legal gun of an armed official, it detected a stolen badge and gun that was about to hijack a plane full of Philimbesi's...

He boarded flight, walking to his seat. Which was the closest one to the cockpit. He requested this seat of purpose. It would make his job muchg easier.

The plane began its taxi down the runway, and the terrorist watched the view from his window seat. Admiring what will be his last sight of North Defese.

One the plane got into the air, and the Seatbelt button was turned off, he got out of his seat, and walked to the cockpit door.

He didnt expect to break it down, it was reinforced and airtight. And regulations had the captain armed with a tazer.

No, what he had in mind was much simpler. He flashed the stolen badge at the small camera over the door, and stated "I need in the cockpit. National secerity matters."

The door was opened by the co-pilot, who greeted him with caution.

He acted fast, he closed the door behind him, the pilots, thinking he was trying to protect them, started asking questions.

"Whats going..?"
"What are you..?"

He pulled out his silenced 10mil pistol, and shot the co-pilot twice in the chest. The Captain was busy trying to take off his harness, and was knocked uncounsious with a single blow to the neck.

Now in control, he looked at the radar, it was only a few hours from Philimbesi.
He took his radio, tuned it to a Philimbesi air traffic control station, and stated simply:
"I am Jim Young. I have taken control of a North Defese plane. There are 511 people on this flight. If you dont listen to my demands, I will blow up the plane."

He put the radio back, pushed the Captain out of his seat, and slid into his seat, and took the controls.

OOC: I'll play for a bit but, a new station... let's just assume it was an air traffic control station...

The threat from the Tomaok Flight was still echoing through the ATCC, Sargent Brian Harkin was beginning to regret coming to work today... he was thinking of calling out too... He took a swig of coffee and allowed his training to kick in confirm the threat and activate the assets as the other operators watched he leaned over and clicked his mic staring at the spot that represented Tomaok Flight 149. "Tomaok Flight 149. Say again?"

Meanwhile all the other operators started contacting the Philimbesi flights in the area diverting them from 149's path. Harkin's supervisors were on the phone with the Department of Homeland Security.

"ALERT ALERT ALERT Air Defense wing one, this is not a drill, inbound bogey heading 207 156 minutes to intercept, passenger jet with unconfirmed hijack in progress." The pilots of AD1 started to hurry toward the briefing room, it was Phantom and Blackjack's day to lead, but all would be working the scramble."

Defense Team 6 report to the briefing room, defense team 6 report to the briefing room. The pilots who make up the DT6 started to job to their briefing room, today was supposed to be a drill, but they were still two hours away from that.

On Board Flight 149

Jack Lauer didn't like what he had just seen. He watched someone present credientials and enter the cockpit of the flight, but he hadn't seen anyone leave the cockpit. He had a nasty feeling about, and he looked back four rows at Tony DeMata the look in Tony's eyes confirmed that he felt the same way. Looks like they might have to earn their pay on this flight.

"I can't believe it though, who would try and hijack a flight to Philimbesi? Our on board security is well known..." Jack reached slowly into his jacket and layed a hand on the Smith and Wesson Tactical .40 in his shoulder holster. He was on cockpit, Tony and the others had cabin and cargo.

Training had taken over, the agreement from Jack was all Tony needed he got up and made his way down the asile, he was bound for the rest room, at least that's how it appeared, a trained eye would have noticed the slight glance at Brenda Garick alerting her that Jack and he had noticed something wrong. He got to the bulkhead at the rear of the plane, showed the flight attendant his badge and opened the hatch to the cargo area.

"Tomaok Flight 149. Say again?" The voice on the radio asked.
Jim grinned and stated into the mike; "Ive hijacked Defese flight 149. If you dont follow my demands your going to have 600 dead people. Is that clear?"
He paused for a moment, to let it sink in. Then continuted,
"You currently have some of my brothers in your custudy. I want them freed or I will crash this plane into the Philimbesi capital building."

He suddenly remembered something, he forgot to lock the cabin door. He put the plane on his new course, on auto pilot.
He removed the mic, got up, and reached for the door in order to bolt it shut..."

"Sir. I must insist, that you take a look at this, as a colleage and a friend!" Foreign Affairs Minister Robert Ochiv shook a folder at Prime Minister Ashton Butler.

"Is it more important than this case the Court is facing over Devereux and his antitrust lawsuit?" Ashton questioned closely. "This case could make major concessions for corporations, you know." He took a sip from his steaming tea.

"Sir, it's a potential terrorism situation in that new nation that just emerged from isolation, Philimbesi, and that country that needs some new grammar people. For heaven's sake, the country's name is misspelled!" Robert thrust the folder at Ashton.

"Ahh... North whatsit... Defese. OK." The Minister quickly flipped through the folder. "Bombing at a university, terrorist caught by Offese or whatever... and a possible terrorist hijacking?" Butler frowned. "I'll send a small satellite to monitor the area. Cindy?" He said on the intercom to his secretary. "Get the Defense Minister, will ya?"

"Certainly."

Three long minutes passed. Then the Defense Minister, James Fredrick, walked in. "Sir, you wanted to see me?" He cast an uneasy glance over at Robert. "And him." He rather snarled it out.

"The PS Invincible, sir, and company, are near those two countries."

"Sir! I must interfere," said Robert, who had been watching. "This is hardly an appropriate response!"

"We must monitor the situation, that is all." Ashton turned back to face James. "Please notify the Invincible of the situation and advise it to go to Defcon 3, and take neccessary precautions. You are dismissed."

"Of course." James left the room.

"Sir-" Robert tried to get in a word with him but Ashton cut him off.

Hijack situation, unknown number of subjects, cockpit is hostile, explosives warned, president has been warned. “ Jack got up and went to the flight attendant in first class, he whispered a word to her, her eye widened and she nodded a quick nod. The president entered hurriedly. “What’s happening” he said.

“Mr President Flight 149 from North Defese was hijacked on it’s way to New Miami. Preliminary reports are sketchy but there were reports a single man identified himself as security personnel and was allowed access to the plane. After that we received a message from a man identifying himself as Jim Young and claimed he would fly the plane into the capitol unless we release his “brothers in custody” we assume he means the Fathers of Liberty. “ Nancy McNally said.

“Ok well we’re not going to do that so what are we doing.” Bartlet asked.

“Counter Terrorism as assets on board and they were immediately activated. We’ve also mobilized the air defense wings at Miami Air Warfare base and are ready to scramble assets off the Atlas. We can intercept the flight before it reaches Philimbesi airspace. ” Fitzwallace said.

“What are we talking about in the defense wings?” Bartlet asked.

“From New Miami we’d scramble 6 F22 Raptors and a K10 Extender, from the Atlas we’d get 6 more F22’s and an Awacs to track the plane in case the transponder is shut down. The F22’s will make it clear that they will not enter Philimbesi mainland airspace and attempt to redirect the plane to a safe landing at the Naval Air Warfare Center at Emerald Island. "

"If they don’t persuade him?" Bartlet asked afraid he knew the answer.

Leo knew he would be the one to mention it. “If the pilots fail, and the on board assets fail, Mr President you need to get yourself into a frame of mind where you’re ready to shoot down an airplane full of civilians and foreign dignitaries.”

The president swallowed hard, but he knew his chief of staff was right. “Fitz, launch the planes, it’s time to get the North Defese on the phone.”

Jack checked his blackberry and glanced around, all the passengers were seated, except a slender asian woman who just entered the first class area, Sallie Wong made eye contact with Jack and nodded briefly. She had his back when he went for the cockpit, good a martial artist would help.

Jack moved into the galley area and opened the last oven marked do not use, he started to punch buttons on a keyboard hidden in there, he entered his codes and activated the cockpit defense systems.

The vents, including a set of hidden began to push EA-3167. In 5 minutes anyone alive in the cockpit would be unconscious.

"Ladies and Gentleman, we are currently confirming the hi-jacking of a Philimbesian aircraft from the nation of North Defese. We are confirming the launch of 6 aircraft from the New Miami Air Warfare Center who's job it will be to escort the flight to a secured landing facility."

"Have their been any demands made".

CJ lied "Not at this time, and let me remind you all that the USoP does not negotiate with terrorists, nor will the USoP Military allow the plane to enter mainland airspace."

Bartlet was watching the press conference, "What about them, how many are there"

"That's classified sir, only about 4 people know the details for the flight, not even Fitz or Nancy know, but best guess would be 4 to 7. Get the team out of your mind sir, we'll only know if they succeed if we hear from them. Best to assume they won't and be ready for the next step."

"Yes sir, especially if there are explosives on board, which for safety purposes we should assume are nuclear. Would you like me to get you the populations of the major cities between New Miami and us right now? The F-35B Lightning II pilot's voice came with static as the admiral of the PS Invincible listened in. This was probably the pilot's shining moment.

"Sir... I've sighted... the possible... target... co-ordinates sending now..."

Within ten minutes, the plane was being tailed by three F-35Bs as the Invincible and company were about a hundred kilometers off and following behind, having upgraded to Defcon 4.

"Sir, we'd better talk to the pilot of the jet," the captain reminded the admiral.

"Of course." The admiral slouched in his chair. What a lazy guy, the captain thought, while turning around and sending orders to his communications officer to get the F-35Bs to hail the jet.

"Unidentified civilian plane: You are now considered to be in the custody of the Commonwealth of Kenavt. Please state your situation."

Also be advised this plane has a confirmed explosive device on board left by the hijacker. We are setting course for USoP Naval Combat Station at Emerald Island. I have transmitted my security clearance to USoP High Command."

The pilot, with authority from the captain of the Invincible, responded over the same frequency as Jack had.

"Lieutenant Lauer of the United States of Philimbesi, you are advised that three Kenavtan aircraft will be following this civilian airliner until it lands, and that the Commonwealth will continue to monitor the situation. We recommend you stay on course if you wish to survive." The threat at the end wasn't that serious, but had some power behind it. Meanwhile, on the carrier group, the co-ordinates for the Philimbesi-owned Emerald Island were set in, and hopefully the pilot would stay on that course if he wished to survive.

OOC:The auto-pilot is locked with a code, and its heading will take it right to your capital. You have 45 minutes untill the bomb explodes.
