The President of Hittoria is our target. From what we've gathered, the nation under his control uses dragons (OOC: They only go, like, 13 mph, and a M82 should mess it up nice), they have a $0 defense budget, and the President likely suffers dangerously high amounts of over-confidence and egomania.
