OOC: I have been inactive for a long time. I figure it was time to start fresh and make a whole new FT type nation. So here she goes. I also want to point out that before you declare god mode for the intro of the story. I have based my nation on the concepts of Andromeda, and Farscape. The weapons and government style are like Andromeda:
For example: government spanning three galaxies, considered a golden age for mankind. Weaponry includes Nova bombs, AP Cannons, Kinetic Ship Killer Missiles, Smart Bullets, Gauss Rifles, Point Defense Laser turrets, and even Point Singularity Cannons. Genetic Engineering is also present but mostly used by the Protectors to create and better soldiers to fight the enemies of the Hegemony…
Farscape Concepts: Instead of a noble High Guard defending the Commonwealth. The Hegemony is guarded by a military organization similar to the Peace Keepers except they are all human and follow strict purity laws. I have named them the Hegemonic Protectors and they follow Peace Keeper tradition by acting as both a ruthless interstellar police organization and paramilitary organization bent on destroying non human life. I have also given my nation wormhole based technology for traveling across various star systems. I have also allowed my ships to have low level energy shields relying more on thick armored hulls than on shielding technology.

Prologue……
The Human Systems Hegemony was massive by anyone’s standards. It was a government that had expanded into at least three galaxies and controlled the lives of trillions of human beings. Its military was considered one of the most lethal and dangerous across the Inter-galactic cluster. They had exterminated several alien civilizations and forcibly or gently in most cases integrated thousands of human worlds into the Hegemony’s ever reaching arms. This dimension was considered suitably stable and safe for the many trillions of humans that had expanded into the stars and it was now considered a golden age for mankind. The Hegemon ruled his ever expanding Hegemony with supreme power and confidence. This was bold considering his Hegemony did not possess a government run standing military…
The Hegemony’s power came from the ruthlessness of a single paramilitary organization that had assumed the role as protectors of all mankind. The Hegemonic Protectors, These Hegemonic Protectors would go down in history as heroic warriors and noble defenders of humanity within the borders of the Hegemony. The alien civilizations that had made contact with the Hegemonic Protectors would sing a very different tune, if eighty five percent of them had not been exterminated with extreme brutally and disregard for sentient life….
The Protectors had originally started as a noble idea from one of the early Hegemons’ for human warriors across the many human systems to come together and protect humankind from being wiped out by the various alien threats that once roamed across the three galaxies. The problem was that this idea formed into the current paramilitary organization we see today. It grew quickly and it didn’t take long before it formed a hierarchy and started to forcibly tax entire planets and star systems for its services in the art of protection from both internal threats and external ones. This tax provided many things from new recruits, (Mass Conscription) to materials, and currency needed to finance this every growing and radically militant organization.
The Hegemony had grown large, powerful, and greatly decadent. It’s greed for expansion and exploitation of new worlds is what drove it to acts of increased aggression against it’s neighbors and now the three galaxies needed to keep expanding and start gaining new worlds for the Hegemony’s greatly overburdening population that was constantly trying to find inhabitable planets for it’s citizens. The Hegemony even mastered the art of Terra-forming worlds to help fight the over population problem. This is what led to the Krellian-Human war that lasted over 50 Cycles.
Despite the fairly large problem new solutions were being checked all the time and one finally stood out, the idea of inter-dimensional expansion. The current Hegemon Draven Zarlov IV had boldly approved this plan and gave his “blessing” to the Hegemonic Protectors and their Leader the Lord Protector Karl Von Hydrich to set up an inter-dimensional gate project….

Lead Techie Alexander Hamilton watched the rift starting to form behind his protective blast barrier. The room was the size of a massive hanger bay that could hold over an entire regiment of Hegemonic Conscripts. It was to be the sight for the initial incursion force that would march into the other side and bring the Hegemony’s might down upon this unsuspecting Dimension.
The Lead Techie watched with glee as his inter-dimensional rift started to tear into Space and Time itself and render a massive distortion into the very fabric of reality. The Rift had been created by using several artificial wormhole generators that pulled space time to allow fast travel across the Galaxies themselves. This concept was used on a wider scale to break the Dimensional barriers that held one dimension in lock and kept the others from seeping in…
Lead Techie Alexander Hamilton sighed and realized that this amount of energy would be easily detectable to every space-faring craft on the other side considering the sheer amount of energy that was radiating out of the rift..
He scowls and sends his report to his superior Admiral Victoria Black via the wrist band on his arm…
“Admiral Black, This is Lead Techie Alexander Hamilton we have successfully opened a rift on the ground and we are requesting permission to scan the dimensional rift for signs of stability. If we feel it’s ready we will send Hegemonic Protectors to the other side…”
In a short time latter a commanding force replies, “Lead Techie proceed with your research and prepare to send in two squads of Sentinel Commandos into the other side…”
The Lead Techie replied promptly, “Aye, Aye, Admiral!”
The Techies begin scanning the rift trying to find any space time flux issues that could be fatal to human life. The wormhole technology use to liquefy biological matter in its early phases and the Techies were not taking any chances….
The Lead Techie smiled and when the reports came back that the rift was stable and the other end lead to a planet that was inhabitable to human life. The Avatar of the base began to run a detailed analyst on the planet and constructed a detailed picture of an earth like world with mountains forests and some strange life that was not human…
This gave the Lead Techie pause for thought and decided to send his information back to his superior…
“Admiral, we have discovered the rift is stable and the other side leads to a planet Alpha class. The only problem is we detected life forms that were sentient and non human. They seem to be feline based and not yet at our level of technology. They seem to still be sending piss poor rockets to their moon!”
The cold commanding force replied solemnly to her subordinate, “Send in the Sentinels to begin covert operations on this enemy. I want you to begin working on our space rift so that we can send in the Fleet for some action in this little Incursion…”
Lead Techie Alexander gulped and replied, “In the name of the Hegemon, and the Human Systems Hegemony! I will allow troop movements into the rift!”
The comms ended and Alexander Hamilton signaled his fellow techies to leave this area. The Hegemonic Protectors were going to take over now. The poor life forms on this planet were going to be in a shock as the Protectors of Humanity marched upon with no sense of mercy in their eyes…

The Sentinels were the covert operations muscle of the Protectors. These men were genetically engineered for stealth fighting and deep infiltration. They were equipped with Protector Stealth Armor (http://i30.photobucket.com/albums/c309/Xharnia/DeathGuard.jpg)and had tactical Gauss Rifles that could switch from submachine gun mode to sniper rifle mode with the use of their smart bullet ammunition.
The Sentinels moved as independent squads and all of them checked their side arms and weapons before going in. They immediately began to activate their stealth armor and a cloaking field enveloped over each member.
They began to run fast away from the rift to avoid being noticed by any nearby locals. They had a mission to perform find this species military installations and presences and gain Intel for the regiments that would soon begin to invasion operations…
