Article I. The Rights of the Embassy.
Any nation that requests an embassy in Howesia agrees to all the rules set out be these articles.
The Republic of Howesia wishes to state that it recognises diplomatic immunity to the point of harm being caused to one of the citizens of Howesia, whether that by in physical or psychological terms. Any harm caused by a diplomat or a guard of any embassy will result in that diplomat or guard being trialled in a court inside Howesia, where the punishment bestowed upon the diplomat/guard will be decided by one of Howesia's most senior judges.
However, all embassy personal are encouraged to follow the laws of Howesia for their entire stay in Howesia.
Article II. The Limits on Weaponry and Vehicles.
Weaponry from foreign nations inside Howesia is strictly limited to handguns and non-lethal weapons. No exceptions are ever to made under this article. If any embassy is found to be in possession of any weaponry other than handguns or non-lethal weapons, all embassy personal will be deported back to their home nation and the embassy closed.
Vehicles are limited to 4x4s or SUVs, though our country wishes to make it clear armoured vehicles are acceptable, but armed vehicles are strictly forbidden for security reasons. No exceptions are ever to be made.

Embassies are to be allowed in two cities of Howesia; Victoria Avenue in the capital city of Chelsea and Independence Row in Port Alexander,
Victoria Avenue is suited in the city centre of Chelsea, the capital city of Howesia, and caught directly in the hustle-and-bustle of city life. Many corporations and businesses call the Avenue home, along with the Queens Mall, one of the biggest shopping malls in Howesia.
Independence Row is set in the beautiful port city of Port Alexander. Port Alexander was the first place the explorer Victoria Howe - whom the nation is named after - set foot on, along with the crew of her ship, the Discovery. The Row itself is very close to the Great Beach, an enormous sandy beach, and then into the stunning Gulf of Howesia. Shipping in Port Alexander is infamous across the world, with it providing the main headquarters for Howesian shipping.
