We offer 15 million tonnes of bituminous coal from our coal mines in the Song Hong Delta at $16.95/tonne, which is below the market price of $20/tonne. We have a long history of coal mining in the region, and use modern extraction techniques for improved efficiency.

OOC - real market price was ~$34.10/tonne in 2007, but there's more coal in NS than RL, so prices are lower.

OOC: Coal is about 125 USD right now.

OOC:
1) I messed up the costs, using old prices. Apparently, coal prices skyrocketed between 2007 and now. The prices I used have been changed.
2) There's a lower supply of coal in RL v. NS
3) Considering that CoDC doesn't operate like a real nation, it has somewhat skewed demographics. See factbook for details on what the CoDC is.
4) Sultan Oil can afford to take a loss, in order to open the market.
5) I'm editing the amount of coal we're selling cheaply down.
