As a part of the Heirosoloan Revitalization Project, more commonly known as the simply acronym HRP, a group of islands just off the coast of the North Island, a mile away from the capital of Heirosoloa, Tideport, has been designated for use by foreign nations as a place to place embassies. Because of the nature of the embassy, each building will be a beachfront property, and will be under the protection of the Heirosoloan National Coastal Defense Guard [HNCDG]. The new embassies are expected to be finished and filled with foreign ambassadors by early spring, however, that is with a slight tinge of optimism, considering Heirosoloa's small effect on the national stage. The HRP is one of the many efforts to bring Heirosoloa up on a national level, to the point where we can hopefully become one of the stronger nations, and therefore able to accomplish much more, in terms of stopping terrorism and other threats to the sovereignty of a nation.

[--The Embassies--]

Each embassy will be placed on an island with anywhere from zero to two other embassies. Each embassy comes with complimentary government resources (i.e. heating, water, gas, electric, phone, internet etc.) as well as a dock that will come outfitted with a small yacht that will allow your ambassador to swiftly come and go to the bustling capital of Tideport. The embassies will either be guarded by the HMIA's private guard, equipped for the sole purpose of defending the multiple embassies with minimal damage to the building, or by a guard chosen by your country. The limitations on weapons can be checked below. The waters are also frequently patrolled by the HNCDG, and we specifically chose waters that are free of man eating sharks or any other dangerous aquatic animals.

[--Ambassador Privileges--]

Your ambassador and their immediate family will be granted political immunity, and therefore all minor offenses of below approximately one thousand Heiros will be waived. However, committing murder of a Heirosoloan civilian, committing an act of terrorism and/or harboring or supporting terrorists, or bribing any government official will get your ambassador quickly removed. Depending on the severity, we will either simply ask for another ambassador to be sent, remove your ambassador and all personnel and forfeit your embassy, or in extreme cases, have all political dealing completely shut off with your country, including the swift removal of both your and our ambassador and personnel, and begin heightened security on any ships with suspicious cargo entering our country.
However, civilian personnel, guards, and visitors to the embassy will not be granted political immunity, and will be quickly removed if they commit a criminal offense of over one thousand Heiros, or commit any of the offenses listed above, and are deemed guilty by a Heirosoloan court of law. Furthermore, we will ask for the perpetrator to receive proper punishment, and in the case of extreme violations of Heirosoloan law, they will no longer be allowed into Heirosoloa or any of it's territories (Of course, this only matters if they have not been killed). Failure to comply with any of the previous procedures so may result in the forfeit of your embassy.

[--Regulations and Requirements--]

First off, your guards may not carry any of the following weapons for safety concerns to both Heirosoloan citizens, and your ambassador:

-Explosive weapons such as mortars, Rocket Propelled Grenades, hand grenades, surface to air missiles/rockets, guns with grenade launching capabilities, or rocket launchers
-Heavy machine guns
-Swords and/or battle axes
-Sniper rifles
-Poisonous or biological weaponry

The following vehicles may not be used during your stay:

-Armed vehicles and/or warships
-Armored Personal Carriers [Armored Vehicles are allowed, such as limousines or SUVs]
-Racing cars

Also, the following are required of your nations, for unspecified reasons:

-You cannot be at war with Heirosoloa, nor can their be an embargo on Heirosoloa
-Your country cannot support terrorism
-You must pay a small initial fee of five thousand Heiros, or the equivalent
-You must fill out the required forms and paperwork, see at bottom

The United Duchies finds your missive disturbing in that our communication was not actually an application but an inquiry into the flexibility of your government to our social structure. We would have no problem if you simply stated that you did not wish to change the rules, as you perhaps did, we would have accepted such action as your prerogative.
