Message of President Antonio R.A. Bianchi.
Dear sir or madam,
As President Antonio R.A. Bianchi of the Republic of Sudostia, I wish to inform the entire world of the 'Nation of the Four Cultures', Sudostia. From the German word Südost, meaning 'South East', Sudostia is a mixture of German, Italian, Portuguese and French cultures, with all four languages being state languages. This means that the average Sudostian can speak, at a minimum, two languages, and at an established maximum, six (including Russian and English).
Sudostia is a nation going back to medieval times; founded by Queen Ava from Germany, the country was at first a Catholic monarchy which was later taken over by Italy, France and then, at last, Germany. The Portuguese influence came from a large group of immigrants from Portugal who fled to Sudostia in the late 1800s, and settled well in the country and are now the majority of the Peude, a moderately sized province on the Mediterranean, which is the home to the capital of Sudostian shipping, Casia, and several naval bases.
In modern times, Sudostia is a democratic republic famous for its shipping and agriculture. Our people's hospitality knows no bounds, and all are welcome to visit our wonderful nation. The west of the nation is snowy, along with the far west. The north is generally of a farming climate, and the south is of a Mediterranean climate.
Our military, the Sudostian Armed Forces, contains 3% of our population and is currently looking to test new weapons from foreign countries. Sudostia wishes to make clear it has no weapons of mass destruction and will never seek anything as idiotic as WMDs. Our military consists of the Sudostian Army, the Sudostian Air Force, the Sudostian Navy and the Sudostian Special Forces.
Today, after much discussion throughout the government and the nation, I wish to found the second Sudostian embassy program. The old embassy program 'died' - in a way - five years ago and no new embassies have been established since. As POTROS - President of the Republic of Sudostia - I wish to change that.
Our only demand is that you completely fill out the below form.
