Our Burnaugh news correspondent Dave Esmond has reported that rioting has broken out in the country of Burnaugh within the Astholm region.

Burnaugh is a city-state 29 miles south of Astholm.

One eyewitness said "It started out as a protest about the new Burnaughran government, but descended into utter chaos! Violence had hit the capital city of Burnaugh, Walton-on-the-Ose, and 23 people were left seriously injured."

Burnaugh cannot currently cope with it, and despite attempts from the Army within Astholm, and the police, rioting has started, with attempts to quell it being violently resisted.

The cause of the riots is down to accusations of election-fixing in Burnaugh; voters accuse the Government of forcing them into it, and of "dirty tricks".

International aid is welcomed now, and Astholm's ruler has said he will try to deal with it as best as he can.
