Original thread: Here, (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=542839&page=3) conflict presumed resolved diplomatically for the sake of this new thread.

Nearly a year after the last Royal Troopers and Londim forces left the torn nation of Exurbea, the rival factions were once again at each others throats. Political upheaval on both side of the boarder had pressured their respective leaders to once again, take action.

War was likely to be revisited. The brief 'First Unification War' left both sides territorially intact through the Treaty of Marseilles, but did not resolve any of the major political and economic conflict between the two states.

For the second time in two years, both nations called out to the world for help; the leftist Southern Exurbea appealing to the more liberal nations, and the rightist Northern Exurbea calling to the conservative ones. Both nations knew that allies would be necessary for complete domination of the rival state, and that such a war could devastate potentially both countries.

With the Colonial Empire of the Royal Code to the west, and the open ocean and the rest of the world to their east, north and south, they knew that an international response would be rapid, and that war would soon again sweep across Exurbea.

In the present moment, the Northern Exurbean military has a standing force of 500,000 men, all accounted for, with 1 million in reserve. The Southern Exurbean force stands 350,000 strong, with 800,000 in reserve. The CERC has 120,000 army personnel stationed at Fort Trek. Current season is early spring.

ooc: Map is this. (http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a53/GodOfWar102/Map.gif) If you support the North, RP their army. If you support the south, RP theirs. So basically, proxy war time. And.... go!

ooc: bump for interest, surely there must still be some folks who are tired of elves, magic, fantasy, and other various non-sense. It's time for a good ol' fashioned proxy war.
