18c, or 18th Century (http://s1.zetaboards.com/18c/index/), is an off-site, alternate reality RP based on the political world of yesterday; that is, in 1793. The RP has just begun, and with the absence of weapons of mass destruction and the like there is little to fear. The French Revolutionary Wars are beginning, and with a large potential player base 18c from other areas the possibilities are endless.
There is a huge number of countries open, as the world of 18c is far different from the world we know. Take a tour. If you like it, settle down. If you don't, then you can move on. It's open!

Yes, they have. September 20 was the official date. However, not much has happened yet.

I'm thinking the Kingdom of Hawaii, should be interesting. I'm going to do some more background research, maybe I might find some more interesting countries. Or maybe someone goes inactive, who knows. I will register and lurk on the forums if you don't mine.
