With the establishing of diplomatic relations between the Republic Of Madurastan and The Republic of Isira, a conference had been set to decide trade, economic and military relations.

The conference has been set at Carstan House in our capital, Liberty City. Since President Jack Browning is busy at another conference, the Minister of Economical Affairs Michael Williams will be attending the conference. We expect your delegate shortly.

Well, this'll be interesting, thought Segeb.
Segeb was reading Tzipi Segeb's Facts and Fictions , just turning over to the 16th chapter, where the Ixanians would announce their invasion of Isira, after a new ruler with imperialistic dreams took over the Ixanian Crown. Tzipi also happened to be his wife, and it did feel quite strange reading a book written by your wife which featured you being assassinated. Still, nobody could deny his wife was the Isiran Tom Clancy.
He was alone for this particular meeting, but then again, there was a minor crisis erupting in his nation; some Islamic terrorists had started launching unguided missiles into the west of Isira, which had Kailiah tied up and Foreign Minister Ben-Aharon was subject to some killing in Lundastal by another Islamic terrorist. At least the Intelligence Institute was busy infiltrating the Islamic Brotherhood now, the group which had -or should that be was - committing these acts.
Suddenly, right whenever he was turning the page to discover what ships the Ixanians were sending into battle, the plane - named Trinity - landed, and in about three minutes he was being escorted out of the luxury aircraft which was property of the Office of the Prime Minister and out into the cold, Madurastani night.

At the bottom of the steps stood a ceremonial band who started to play as he exited the aircraft. A limousine was parked nearby which would take him to the conference.
