Declaration of War
The nation of Gerhard Lutzov the VII hereby declares war on the nation of Dectubech.
Off the Coast of Dectubech
The troop transports waded slowly ashore the Dectubechan coast, in the pitch black darkness of the night. The stealth units were already inland, probably taking sentries and guards out silently. The small Gerhard Lutzov army would take out the beach guards, and set up strong defensive positions and establish a beachead reaching out to the nearest Dectubechan city. After that, an air campaign would continue to supply the force. Because Gerhard Lutzov had only 200 or so aircraft, small submarines would have to be used as well. It would only sustain them for a week or so, but it would also draw away the elite forces guarding Karfka and his precious capitol.....
But this was just a diversion. A team of elite terrorists trained from the earlier days of Fozcria was being transported to the Dectubech capitol which was far inland. They were to arrive in the capitol just before dark by a Fozcrian collaborator inside Dectubech (which are rare). The next night, after they rented the hotel nearest the Karfkan palace, they would infiltrate and kill Karfka without the slightest noise. Should anyone awake, the team had cyanide capsules within their teeth. All should go well, all would go well. The might of the people depended on it.
