OOC: This is an attempt to hold TCU responsible for their actions and negotiate a treaty with which we can live with.

The Grand Sachem sat down. His aide rushed in and told him that the invitations to Corrosian officials and TCU officials had been sent. Very good he thought to himself, maybe we can get this all worked out. The Confederation was young and was being plagued by the TCU for their bad history together. Corrosia had been part of it, and had helped put the Cotton Republic to shame. But it was time to negotiate, and time for change. He had the proposed treaty in his hands, which he would introduce when the delegates arrived. He had snipers everywhere, and guards at every corner. He hoped to god the talks wouldn't turn into anything more than talks....
