Hotel Gopher, Chaziton, Chazaka, 13:02 Local Time
Abel Hugo paced the hotel lobby, he greatly disliked being in Chazaka, to many bad memories, to many lost. But he had been personally sent by the king and would not fail in this mission when so much was at stake. Yet the Anagonia diplomat was late and it even further agitated the poor man, they had much to discuss and time was already running down. How and even if Anagonia dead would be transported back home and if they were going to stay were they fell what the proper burial rights were, how to handle the 100 POWs captured/rescued from the fringed waters and bloody beaches, how this war would effect further Anagonia and Chazakain relations and more issues. He nodded at a nearby guard and continued his restless pacing...

occ: invited countries: Chazaka(neutral representative), Ralovkia as death guards, fighter4u, Sans Semmes, and anyone else that sent troops and posted anything more than an oribt and withdrawal, rithian is excluded from this meeting :) . If you feel you have a valid reason to join these talks pm/telegram/notify me and you may be allowed in.

Note: no nukes or wmds attacks, no attacks on diplomats(without prior approval,etc this is a peaceful meeting to hammer out a peace treaty between myself and Anagonia and other nations.

Premier Dimitri Vladinchi was in a Generals uniform. He was only fifty-four, showing aged silver hair with black lining. The uniform fit perfectly, matching his dark green eyes. He had a mustache, trimmed and lining above his lips. Clean-shaven, and looking quite the diplomatic type as he strolled into the hotel lobby. He had no escort to speak of, or any apparent. He wore no weaponry per the meeting arrangements. Dimitri gazed around for the person he was supposed to meet, seeing a guard and kindly asking for directions.

Ahleam Mauin sat in his car as his looked out of the window of the four door black sedan at the hotel which would soon contain so many important people. He nodded to his driver to wait for him on the next corner and then he got out and walked quickly into the lobby while at all time being quite aware that he had no bodyguards. The only protection he had was a device implanted within he skin he could use to signal for help or considering how things turn out. To find his body for fishing out of the nearest waterfront. Neverless such thoughts had to be pushed out of his mind as he entered the lobby and waited to be showed to where had to be. He was impatient and anybody who noticed the grey suited man toped with aging brownish grey hair would noticed that.

Abel noticed the greying general first, have a quick greeting he directed the man to the waiting conference room to the interior and 2nd floor of the hotel and informed him that the Chazaka rep was already in the room and if he needed anything he would just need to ask.

After the general was gone, Abel noticed the grey suited man, again directing him to the inner conference room and indicated that the Anagonia rep and Chazaka rep were already there and they would began shortly once the death guard and Sans Semmes reps arrived if they were indeed sending anyone.

Abel continued to pace the room after the Fighter4u rep had left, more nervous than before after meeting the reps, now were are those two I hate to start without them...

Ahleam Mauin nodded his thanks to Abel." I think",thought Ahleam as he walked up the stairs to the second floor as part of his daily exersice program of walking whenever he could. Which often made him the bud of jokes amoung his workplace. But he never cared, for a man in his profession he HAD to be fit, but with all the damn smog in this place those maybe he should lay off the exersice for a while. Neverless here he was. Conference Room. Their didn't seen to be a guard those, prehaps they were inside of the room? Of maybe their was a deathsquad waiting for him? Naw.., he had to keep those thoughts especially out of his mind. With one moment Ahleam put on his seriouse blank face,turn the door knob and walked into the room.

Lelex O'Beal nodded to the man in the grey suit as he entered the conference indicting a seat for him to take on the circle table. "Representative, I hope your trip here was pleasant enough. We are now waiting for two more of reps to make their appearance or state that they are not coming and this conference can begin. I believe this older gentleman hails from Anag?"
"Anagonia"
"Ah Anagonia my mistake, his language is quite interesting an odd mixture of (whatever Anagonia language is) and (Anagonia language) but he can make himself clear as needed."

Lelex got up and advanced to the grey suited man and whispered, "Our scanners have detected a low level signal coming from you, we have ruled out any recording device and since we did not detect any weapons as per the invalidation, you are free to keep it active for the moment. but no tricks, ok?"

Lelex went back to her chair. "Now refreshment? maybe some fresh Chazaka spring water or maybe something with a bit more kick. I believe we have a bottle of the 1945 crop of wine from Chazada."

OOC: The device is actually something that emits no radiation or energy unless it turned on by the stopping of the user heart or by touch of a finger nail in a certain way and even then you need a highly sensitives scanner to closely scan all parts of his body to pick it up as it barely made of metal and more of plastic and is fueled by the human "host". But for argument sakes I say you picked it up.

occ: lets just say for argumentative sake that Chazaka is highly suspicious of Chazakain and is quite heavily scanning any and all(mostly for concealed weaponry).

Abel Hugo continued to pace the floor of the Gopher Hotel, he had radioed early to make sure his guests had arrived safely. They indeed had but he was still nervous, hoping that he wouldn't mess up and knowing the punishments if he did...

Abel Hugo started to head up the stairs towards the conference room, the death guards had wired that they were sending a rep but still no world on the Sans Semmes rep he thought o well I have the major players already here might as well start...

"I greet the Chazaka Rep, Mrs. Lelex, the Anagonia rep this fine general looking gentlemen and the grey coated man from fighter4u.
Today we are here to discuss the following:
How and even if Anagonia dead should be transported back home and if they were going to stay were they fell what the proper burial rights are, how to handle the 100 POWs captured/rescued from the fringed waters and bloody beaches, how this war would effect further Anagonia and Chazakain relations, is Anagonia going to pay for damaged inflected upon Chazakain and vice versa, what Anagonia neutrality really means, to sign/draft a formal peace treaty between these parties and other issues that may crop up. Now where to start..."

Premier Dimitri Vladinchi sat casually and listened to the general topics of questioning. It was surprising to note that the majority surrounded Anagonian/Chazakain Relations. He was expecting that Chazakain would take interest in other nations as well, however considering the previous war he did not blame them. He looked down, holding his hands together, then coughed as an excuse to gain a few more moments of silence. Afterward, he cleared his throat, looking at Abel. He spoke, his voice a heavily influenced Russian/English accent.

"Greetings to you," he said warmly. "I am Dimitri Vladinchi, as if you knew not already, and I believe I can answer all your concerns." He smiled, "Concerning the Fallen Comrades of Anagonia, that would depend on the families in general and their decisions. I suppose we could airlift the bodies home, and that would take care of that." He cleared his throat again, obviously having a hard time speaking english. "I believe that since the war is over, any Prisoner's of War should be released back to their Mother Country. We could exchange POW's for even trades."

He found a glass of water, drinking of it to soothe his throat. He clasped his hands back together on the table as he replied to the third concern, "The Relations between Anagonia and Chazakain would not be affected. Since we returned to normal peacetime due to the Peace Accord, we are neutral to Chazakain and therefore more willing to partake in due diplomatic course." He smiled, going to the fourth issue. "The United Republic will pay for all damages done to Chazakain, whether physical or emotional, especially to the families of the Warriors we so bravely fought." At the fifth issue which was given in the form of a question, Dimirti shrugged. "Neutrality is Neutrality. According to the Peace Accord, Anagonia cannot partake in any event of this Global War. Therefore, we are neutral and in compliance of the Accord so long as we do not actively take action in the war."

Finally, he took a deep breath, having finished and sat back. He smiled to Abel, nodding briefly in respect. "I believe I've answered every concern that was directed to Anagonia, and therefore until you ask again I will remain quiet."

Death guard commander Descartes Guada stepped into the room and took a look around it. He had been disarmed of all things except the dirk that was planted in his wrist computer. It was cleverly hidden and if he should wriggle his hands it would easily slip out for use, he wouldn't need it of course, he could easily kill anyone who tried to attack him with his bare hands.

He bowed to the representatives before taking a seat. His face hidden behind a plate of one way glass.

Ahleam listened to the conservation and then spoke up "Chazakain as you know has fought on our side in support of the Rightful Fascists against the imperialism left. Yet your government is not a fascism government. Even those when the invaders came to annex your lands, Fighter4u gracefully came to help defend Chazakain against Anagonia and her allies. Now we ask what course does your county wish to take? We can offer you a treaty of protection to defend you from future attacks and in return you assure us your country will never fight another fascist country or support a fascist enemy. If not, our countries may rapidly comes to odds and we need not remind you of the Kornitar invasion fleet."

"We have little reason to keep your people prisoners so even trades may not even be necessary we just wish to get them off our land and reassign their guards as soon as possible. Now the bodies of your fallen, the majority have already been recovered so airlifting them should be reality quick and painless.

"Indeed you are correct we are not Fascists and have taken great pains to distance ourselves from our past behaviors over the years. infact there have been talks about if we really even need the monarchy anymore and if it is holding us back. Even those when the invaders came to annex your lands, Fighter4u gracefully came to help defend Chazakain against Anagonia and her allies.

Only Chazakain(and Death Guard) blood has been split these days infact even inviting you to this meeting barely squeezed by with one vote. Not for your land, as wretched and unimportant as it is. But for the chance of having another ally within the world. For allies are far more important then mere land. Those if you wish us to leave then we very well will and you can fight the imperialism pigs by yourself. I am not a diplomat after all, but a soldier and my masters have lay the terms down for you. Protection in return for the promise you never attack a fascist nation. That is worth far more then any amount of oil,gold or land in all of the world. For what used is it if you have no friends and only enemies who wish to laid waste to all they see?

You will find Abel that Fighter4u is a very friendly and protecting nation. That is the end goal of all war,all missions, all actions spoken by our leader. We don't need allies or "friends" that we have to baby. We won't promise you lies, just so we can stab you in the back. Instead you have the truth and you can make your nation a very safe and powerful one indeed or you can crumble to pride and vainly. But I repeat again, never ever dare suggest we here for land or for more servants. Their plenty of ODECON or commies nations that can gladly offer Fighter4u that. You on the hand can give us what few other nations can. A strong and loyal ally who until they can get on our feet is under our protection and all that comes with it(free weapons and influence) and in return you simply don't attack any of my fascist brothers. We still feel that some government need to be replaced for the good of the larger world but we agree that fascist has gained a negative image in the previous years and we do wish to show the world that not all that ally with them are "evil"."

However you must understand that what we think needs to be replace and you think needs to be replace is probably two different things. What if we set up a agreement that we will protect your nation from invasion and assist you in invasions if requested,along with supplying or helping fund any military upgrades you think your forces need in return for a promise that your armed forces won't attack any fascist nation without our approval? The main reason for this is for one we wouldn't want to upgrade your forces just for them to be used on a brother nation and second because if a fascist is under attack. Fighter4u will probably defend them(not always now,but usually like in the case of Stok aggression against GWO) to further our own interests. Because eventually you learn that their are Commie,pigs and fascists who hate each other and will do all kind of horrible things to hurt each other regardless of their so-called "morals". The trick is make sure their always stuck fighting each other and no one side can upset any balances. Such ensuring no nation comes after you. And a part of our strategy is to attract as future allies nations like yourself so when your bigger we have allies not tainted by the wars and feelings of old. So would this offer work for you?"

"indeed?" Abel said then nearly to himself "Either the southern mountains or the northern lava plains would work best for that type of work. The mountains already have caves and for the most part easly dig able soil while they are mountains so aircraft would have a harder time while the north is fairly flat expect for the volcanoes which would offer extra protection and are deserted for the most part of my people erh sorry about the monologue. I guess the choice is yours."

With that Ahlem lefted the building and got into his waiting car and eventally his driver drove him to a airport,where they lefted the country onborad a private plane.
