To: The Leaders of the Nations of the World.
From: Prime Minister Harry A.B. Robertson.
Subject: United Saxonian Embassy Exchange.

Dear all,

Greetings to you all, regardless of any differences or history. As Prime Minister of the Kingdom of United Saxonia, I declare that the United Saxonian Embassy Exchange has been finally opened; now meaning many nations including the one you lead can request one of the first embassies in the first embassy program and exchange of United Saxonia.

Firstly, I feel I must give a paragraph or two dedicated to a brief introduction of United Saxonia. The KUS, the Kingdom of United Saxonia, is a nation which has been existence since medieval times. Ruled by King John I as Head of State and myself as Head of Government, the KUS is a democratic nation, and has been since 1890, whenever our nation's parliament was created and power transferred to Parliament and voluntary given up by the Monarchy. Our nation spans most of Western Europe and parts of Central Europe, along with several territories in the Pacific, North America, Asia and the Middle-East.

As Prime Minister, I humbly declare that all embassy complexes in United Saxonia have officially been opened, and all nations have been invited to request and possibly be granted an embassy in our nation, while such positions are still open.

In order to request an embassy and experience success in doing such, all nations must fill in all of the below embassy application form, which will then be viewed by His Majesty's Government and either granted or declined, depending only on the application form.

It is demanded that the total number of embassy personal (including ambassador, the ambassador's family and security staff) do not exceed 100, in an effort to avoid overcrowding. It is also demanded that weaponry is limited to a regular submachine gun, and that you acknowledge that vehicles are limited to armoured cars, meaning no APCs or armed vehicles.

With the rules cleared up, I preset to you the embassy application form.
