After a long absence from the world stage, Reichskamphen and the Greater Prussian Empire wish to establish friendly diplomatic relations with any and all compatible nations.

Having recently endured and exited from a period of great turmoil in which the very foundations of the civilization were shaken and the Empire indeed collapsed, there now exists in Reichskamphen a liberal, representative, and democratically elected government formed in the name of His Imperial Highness Andreus the First, Emperor of Greater Prussia, King of Reichskamphen, King of France and Navarre, and Emperor of Pantocratoria et. al.

Along with renewed political stability and thanks to the generosity and support of many, Reichskamphen’s economy is currently operating at a level equivalent to 80% of its one time high during the height of the last Greater Prussian Empire. Its military is also on a path to recovery and will be used only in protection of our new, tolerant, and humanistic order.

We seek to exchange embassies and ambassadors to work for the greater peace and good of the world. Further, let it be known that our willingness to exchange an embassy or ambassador with a nation is not contingent upon our support of its policies nor does it necessarily indicate that we support them in any way, only that we wish to establish a line of communication.

Allanea's embassy is currently the palace which was the winter residence of Napoleon IV in the city of Reichsburg, the new Royal Capitol. These grounds, nearly 200 acres are to be the sovereign soil of Allanea for the space of 99 years.

The Battlehawk and Laudren Empires will be given sprawling Apartments in the Place Vendome Hotel. Should these not meet your requirements, please notify Foreign Minister Marcus Levinson.

Given your continued use of "Kingdom", "Empire", etc., we wonder about your commitment to democracy. If you are indeed sincere, we would be interested in opening diplomatic relations.

Another concern is the perceived elitism of other nations' embassies. If we establish an embassy in your nation, we would prefer modest quarters in a working-class district.

Chazakain shall be granted sizable apartments in the Place Vendome Hotel, which is currently undergoing renovation as to meet its new calling as an Embassy House. Should these not meet your requirements, please notify Foreign Minister Marcus Levinson.

Reichskamphen will recognize the Confederacy of Laudren States and its embassy if it rose to power with the consent of the people.
