79th Avenue is mostly just government buildings and museums. 66th Street has more capital buildings and some national parks, the only place in the city with much plant life.
63rd Avenue and 44th street contain a number of restaurants, malls, and stores. There are three sports stadiums, Warner Stadium (home to Warner Draistania), Carfour Dome (home to Draistania City Mountain Lions), and Benson Dome (home to Draistania City Storms), on 63rd Avenue. Draistania National Stadium (home to the Draistania City rugby team) is located on 44th street, but it is not recommended for foreigners to visit this stadium or any part of the City south of this point for their own safety.
Large spaces are clear for the construction of embassies on the northern part of 79th Avenue, but if you do not wish to create your embassy here, it is possible to build it somewhere else in the city.
Draistania will give 230 square yards to any government that desires to build an embassy in Draistania. No limits will be put on what is done in the embassy as it will be considered the sovereign territory of the nation it represents. Draistania looks forward to possible political, economic, and possibly military alliances and agreements that could stem from this, thank-you.

Although no limits will be imposed upon what is done in your embassy, there are things that your nations should be informed of. If any WMD or biological weapon is found to be stored at your embassy, it will be dealt with as amassing them on our borders would be treated, as a threat that should be neutralized. You may decide how many troops you want in your embassy, but if an unreasonable number (above 200) are found on your embassy and you have not been given permission to establish a military base within our borders, it will be viewed as a threat as well. All soldiers should be made either embassy guards or escorts for the ambassador unless you are given permission to bring in extra troops.
In the unfortunate case that war is declared between your nation and Draistania, your ambassador will be given 3 days to evacuate the embassy. If he is not out by then or weapons are moved in, the embassy will be taken by force and the ambassador and all surviving staff and security will be returned if he has not committed any war crimes already.
