The Eternal Swarm

For a limited time, The Inter-Galactic Science Consortium is taking applications from all interested nations to join it's Swarmling Research Division. All accepted parties will be working directly under Dr. Yamato Nasagori, Director of Swarmling Research.
As all results will be shared with the nations of the universe, it is also asked that an Ambassador from each respective nation be present at all times to officially receive all data on The Swarm. Ambassadors will also be responsible for updating the Consortium on Swarmling Activities.
All Laboratories will be located within the secret recesses of Galaxia Prime, as will all Embassy Suites.
The Consortium establishes the following rules:
1) Family members do not count towards staff, unless employed by the Embassy, or the Scientist. This rule does not count if families of either the Ambassador or Scientist rise above ten. This rule may be doubled to twenty if the Ambassador and Scientist are either one in the same, or married to each other.
2)A staff limit of 50 is established, any further staffing needs will be fulfilled by The Consortium, pending approval by Director Nasagori.
3) This is a laboratory, not a battlefield. Up to twenty armed personnel may be kept on premises. This rule counts towards the staff limit of fifty. This rule is voided if form 99A is requested, filled out, and approved. Form 99A will NOT be provided unless otherwise requested.
4) No single Entity employed or associated with The Consortium shall at any time carry any weapon greater than the equivalent of a hand weapon.
5) Power Armor is not permitted.
6) You may not reveal at any time to any one the location of Galaxia Prime. You may keep one starship of Capital class or lower in orbit for quick escape if neccessary.
7) No vehicles of War of any kind, with the exception of the aforementioned ship.
8) Rules four through seven may be at any time countermanded, either by personal order of Director Nasagori, or the fulfillment and approval of form 50C.
You will never, however, ever gain permission to reveal the location of Galaxia Prime.
9) All Scientific Discoveries related to The Swarm are owned by The Consortium, and distributed inter-Galactically by The Consortium. Full Credit is given to the scientist and associated nation responsible for discovery. A copyright Notice may be requested and filled out to patent any keep the rights to any Swarm Related Discovery, but only if said notice is filled out and approved within seven Galactic Standard Business days of Discovery.
10) Any other Discovery is the sole property of the Discoverer, but may be sold and traded to or through the Consortium for a price to be established during negotiations held at that time.
All labs are furnished standard equipment.

Lab locations: Each suite comes with 2 labs, two storage facilities, and a droid assistant. The computers are blank and must be equipped with your own AI. All computers networked to the central Consortium Data banks.
Each Lab has a private apartment for the associated Scientist and family.
The Labs are located well outside the city to keep from the distractions it has to offer, but a Translocator is available for getting to the city and back again.

Embassy Lots: Embassy Lots are available in Solaria City, capital of Galaxia Prime. Solaria boasts no less than fifty different Nightclubs, fifteen theme restaurants, three major Casinos, and more shops than an addict could ever possibly hope to visit in three lifetimes.
Quantum Lane: Quantum Lane is in the heart of the nightlife, and runs along the famed Solaria strip on which the Gypsy Carnival works it's magic each night! The Eldritch Casino lies at one end of Quantum Lane, whilst the Eldar Casino lies at the other. Most Nightclubs operate here.
