Battlehawk News
The Pegasis project arrived at their destination earlier today. The large colinzation effort to colonzie a uninhabitated Island, has appeared to get past the first barrier in the expansion of our frontier. The Island will soon be a bustling centre of commerce in the area as well as an important militry outpost, in other news...
<Pegasus Island, Landing Point A>
The Pre-elected head of Pegasus Island, having been elected before the colinastion set out, was the first to set foot on the Island. The small flotila of frighters that had carried the colonists and all the equipment and resources were ancored and smaller craft brought the people ashore. Futher out were five Argonaugh class cruiers of the Battlehawk Navy. They would be responasble for security and their extra compliamt of Transport helicoptors would aid in the construction efforts.
For now everyone was in tents. The first thousand colonists were responable for wether the colonization failed or succeded. They had build houses and shops and other facilities. The Island already had a police, fire and Ambulance service, all members of the emergency services back on the mainland and wanted a change of lifestyle. Their vehicles, and all other vehicles were aboard one of the freighters and would not be able to be off-loaded until roads had been constructed.
Prime Minister Jason Bauer smiled as he watched the people come ashore and neat ordly rows, overseen by Navy personole, of tents were soon erected. Almost everyone was smiling and eager to get working. The quiet air was broken by the whur of the Transport helicoptors as they broghgt ashore containsers full of food and water. More helicoptors brought bricks and everythinh else that was needed for building works.
The Target was to get Six, five stroy apartment blocks up within two weeks. With a thousand colonists and the Help of the Navy, the mood was hopefull. The orignal survay mission, once told that a colonoy would be estalbisthed had dug foundations. The project had been worked on for nearly two years and they were more than ready for the challange...
<Two weeks later>
Jason stood proudly as the last brick was put in place. They'd been blessed with good weather and warm nights as well as an entusiatic work force. The acheivement was amazing. A construction project back in the Battlehawk would have taken months, but with almost the entire population working on them, day and night, they had been able to acheive what had seemed impossible.
"Ok everyone" Jason said "Remember, theres no running water yet and teh rooms are bare, but at least a good half of our people will have a roof over their heads. The Blackhawk Helicoptor that had served as their crane. Lowered itself down towards teh ground a small way from the main group. The Pilots stepped out and walked towarsd teh group to be met with cheers.
Life on Pegasus Island had gotten of to a brillient start

Île de Pégase
A small group of Ponentean ships, both military and non-military alike arrived at the island under cloak of darkness. This new expansionist policy of the King was a wonder to more than a few of the people on the expedition.
Tomorrow they would explore the new claim they had made on the island. The part of the island they were looking at from the ships was very still, very quiet.
Satellites taking pictures and helping survey showed another settlement on the island, although their identity wasn't verified yet. There were signs of military presence and buildings at the settlement.
The Ponentean ships remained in a large protected bay with a river flowing into the sea. Tomorrow they would see first hand what was in their claim.
Insula Pégasa
The Kiravian Colonial Authority had authorised a small settlement to be planted in the Kiravian-claimed section of the island. The settlers, mostly Tebnev and Syrev Coscivian immigrants, had been brought to the island by the INS Linderium, a colony transport. The frigate Protector had been stationed off the coast to keep an offshore vigil over the small colony.
So far, the settlers had put up most of their modular housing units, and were busy erecting a fence around their new city.

Pégasar, Insula Pégasa Territory, Kiravian Empire
Two days after the first settlers had built Pégasar in the Insula Pégasa Sovereign Area, word was recieved from Great Kirav that Emperor Seawind had chartered the area as the Territory of Pégasa. The Territorial Charter contained clauses with the intention of making Pégasa a Colony in the future.
With this news, the Territorial Governor, Sólosir Larten, called for the pace of construction to increase. Colonists began work on a small harbour while the urbanographers laid out their plans for streets and utilities.

Little more than a day after the Ark Ivira Trade Vessel, AITV Commerce, had routed off course to avoid a major storm, and come across an island in the process, The Ark Iviran Government had officially prepared two of its scientific research vessels for the prospect of learning more about this strange island.
"The island offers the unique possibility of discovery and research in the field of science," The President of The Republic of Ark Ivira, Alexander Smith, released in a press conference. After being questioned whether the expedition would have any military forces involved, he stated "The Ark Ivira Research Vessels, AIRV Discovery and AIRV Adventure will each have aboard fifteen armed marines, solely for protection of Ark Iviran Scientists and Personel on the island. This Expedition is solely for reseach and not for any economic or territorial gain otherwise."
The AIRV Discovery and Adventure are each outfitted with a transport helicopter and two landing boats, along with various all terrain vehicles and research equiptment.
The President also released that the head of this operation would be Doctor Sarah Gerllington.

Sarah Gerllington looked out at the horizon, with the morning sun slowly beginning to peak above the horizon, casting a soft orange glow onto the waves.
It had been a long week since The AIRV Discovery and Adventure had set out from Sebriston Docks, bound for this strange and mysterious island.
"Doctor Gerllington, we're about four hours from plotted coordinates of The Island," A crewman reported, after exiting the bridge and approaching her on deck.
"Excellent, send up a helicopter to check that they're correct, then make sure everything's prepared for our landing," She replied enthusiastically.
The crewman agreed then dissappeard back into the ship. Sarah heard the unmistakeable drone of rotors and spotted the helicopter lift off, then fly toward the horizon. She Knew it wouldn't be long until they spotted land.

Island Landing Point, 1100 Hours
The sun had opened up the sky slightly, but clouds still hung in the air. Sarah Gerllington watched as various vehicles and equipment of all sorts were air-lifted from the AIRV Discovery and Adventure.
The shore was too shallow for the ships to come in any further, but their floodlights and bustling on deck could easily be seen from a half-mile away.
Sarah and fifteen of the marines were the first to inspect the new island, but soon more crew and resesrchers were coming to the island via the landing boats, which were also able to carry a few small vehicles and supplies with them.
About twenty of the reseachers were beggining to set up large tents in the area, in a huge semi-circle. Multiple tables with monitors and research journals were being set up under canvas shelters, powered by small solar panels on the roof.
The island's landscape looked amazing from the landing point, but Sarah knew they had to set up everything before they could explore. They still had know idea how much the climate could change during the night, and what could even pose a threat on the island.

FRS Northman, 1200 Hours
Admiral Olaf squinted desperately into the mist in the distance, looking for any sign of the land he had been sent to colonize. So far, he had found none, not a trace. He was begining to grow worried. His Excellency the President had made it very clear that establishing a colony here was very important indeed; and, if the stories told had any merit, it would be extremely unwise to dissapoint him. His anxiety quickly turned to anger as he wheeled around to face his young Captain. "Are you quite sure you haven't found anything? Not a trace, nothing?"
The other shook his head vigorously, "no sir, nothing at all. It should be around here somewhere sir, satellites can't exactly lie."
It was then, as if cued by a hack playwright, that the navigator ran up. "Sir!" he cried beaming, "we've found her sir, she's less than an hour away, due North!"
Olaf beemed, returning the man's excitement. "Well done lad! Send word to the settler ships, tell them to stick close to us, we're nearly there now, let's not cock this up."
About an hour and a half later, the settlers, all one thousand five-hundred of them, had unloaded and were setting up the prefab structures according to plan.
Olaf and his Captain assesed the situation from on the beach. "So this isn't the main island?" he said sourly.
The other shook his head, "No sir, it's a smaller island a little to the Northeast, but it's a good one nonetheless, and it seems to be going off without a hitch. We should head back for more supplies and colonists, if we want this place to last."
Olaf noded, "quite right, leave the troops here and we'll be going."
As Olaf walked off barking something about the rum supply, a batallion of infantry unloaded onto the beach and began to set up a base.
A few hours later, the following message was sent to National Governments.

RE: Greenlandic Colony in Pegasus Island
Let it be known that The Federal Republic of Greenland, in accordance with International Law regarding colonization of unclaimed territory, has put forth a claim on the entirety of the small island to the Northeast of Pegasus Island. Henceforth, it is a Greenlandic possession and should be treated as such. Attempts to interfere in said colonial ventures will not be tolerated.

(OCC: The research area is relativley small and located on the very northern tip of the island, the top of the nothwestern peninsula. If anyone would mark it on the map, it's greatly appreciated.)
Sarah Gerllington strode through the now huge temporary camp. It being two weeks since arriving, There were now at least twenty large, industrial size tents and a countless number of covered research centers. The team was even working on constructing a few small concrete buildings to replace the tents. A makeshift pier was also being built for easier transportation to and from the ships.
In the distance, The AIRV Discovery and Adventure lay anchored about a mile off shore, accompanyed by a large supply vessel with the twice weekly shipment of oil, food, and all new equiptment requested by the Research group.
Three new subspecies of insect had already been accounted for and documented, as well as four new types of foliage. Things were going very well on the island.
Liskira Countyship, Pégasa, Kiravian Empire
In the unsettled countyships of Pégasa outside Pégasar, the agronomers sent by the Empire had found that the island had excellent soil and an equally excellent climate for agriculture.
The first towns outside Pégasar; New Linderium and Uxmål, had been founded in the previous week.
All in all, the colony was progressing nicely.

As Ambassador Terje Rød-Larsen waited on the deck of the Northman, Govenor Ibsen and a Republic Intelligence Officer gave him a rundown on his job.
"I'm hoping you've already read the briefing, Terje, but if you haven't, then listen up. The Kiravian Empire has expressed a desire to open up trade between our two colonies here. This is good, for Greenland. We want that. President Jager might think Greenland is ready to explode out of Lavinium and onto the world stage, but we can't do it without allies. So, be polite, make a good show of yourself, and come back with an agreement. Oh, and if you don't? Well...let's just say that is not a good option for you, Terje."
Shortly thereafter, the Northman pulled into the harbour and deposited Terje on the dock. As it began to sail away again, Terje walked up to the only official looking man standing on the dock and extended his hand.
"How do you do? You must be Govenor Larten! A pleasure. I'm Greenlandic Ambassador Terje Rød-Larsen."
"I am indeed, Sèr Larsen. Welcome to Pégasa. There is a car waiting to take us to the Colonial Building, where we may discuss matters further."
--
The very same day, three new settlements: Âcur, Cedarsar, and Béra, were founded on the Pégasan coast. The population was now 6,430, not far from the 10,000 that would prompt the Emperor to grant Pégasa its colonial charter.

As the Govenor and Ambassador exchanged pleasentries, a second Greenlandic Settlement was established on the island, with a population of about a thousand. Word was sent to Greenland that Pegasus Island was well suited for colonization, and that it was recomended to send even more settlers to bolster the size of the colony.
As they walked to the car, the Governor began to speak.
"So, Sèr Larsen, tell me about Greenland. We have never met your people before, and have much to learn."
Greenlandic People
10-01-2009, 18:59
Larsen smiled. "Well, I suppose it all goes back to Old Greenland. You see, originally, the people of the Greenland I represent were Norwegian citizens, sent to colonize an landmass called Greenland off the coast of a continent called North America. For five-hundred years, we inhabited the island as Norse citizens, subservant to God and country."
"But there were problems. Old Greenland did not have enough supplies to sustain our colony, especially since we were competing for resources with the Native people as well. By the late 15th Century, our colony was on the verge of extinction. So, what did we do? We left. What else could we do, what else would we do? Stay and die in loyalty to our country? That was not an acceptable course of action."
"Going North, we eventually wound up on Yanka Isle, in the Lavinium region. From then on, Greenland's history is complicated. We split into seven kingdoms at first, all fighting for control of Yanka Island. That came to an end in the 16th centuty, when the Kingdom of Wodan united all the others, creating the Kingdom of Greenland. The Kingdom of Greenland collapsed at the begining of the 19th Century, replaced by a Federal Republic. That too was crushed in the mid 1950's by a Communist uprising, and now, in 2008, we just had a revolution back to a Federal Republic."
"As for our culture, it is wholly Scandanavian. When times became tough back on Old Greenland, we eventually abandoned the new Christian religion back to Norse Paganism, which is now the dominant religion of Greenland. We're a patriarchal society, with a great emphasis on rituals and customs."
"Which about sums it up, Mr. Larten. I hope you have garnered the information you wanted."
"I have indeed. Your nation does sound extremely interesting. I suppose you could say that much of the Kiravian Empire is also made up of those fleeing from a failed homeland. Great Kirav was originally colonised by the Coscivian Empire, but when the Empire's homeland collapsed from invasion and governmental corruption, the nobility, and, indeed, everyone else fled to Kirav. The Coscivian home countries still have not recovered fully, and still they come to the Kiravian Empire."

"The colony goes well, no major problems, though we had a spot of trouble finding it in the fog. Olaf was a little ornery about that. We're just very glad it's developing on key, it was very important to President Jager that we establish this colony, colonization was part of his campaign platform. A Nationalist through and through that one. We have probably around seven thousand five-hundred colonists or so, our main concern is making sure they can get the place up and running. The word is that the island is to be turned into a Republic trading Colony and Naval Base. A jumping off point for further international involvement, is suppose."
While the Pégasan and Greenlandic officials spoke in the capital, some Syrev children were playing tag in the fields outside the town of Uxmål.
"Sé er![You're it!]" yelled one of them happily as she tagged her neighbour. Instead of attempting a tag-back, the olive-skinned boy pointed to the ridge that overlooked the settlement.
All of the children took notice. Upon the ridge were parked several jeeps [I hope you don't mind if I determine a few of your vehicles] that appeared military in nature. They were certainly not Kiravian, for there was no Imperial Star upon their sides, or on any flags mounted on the vehicles. Imperial military units were a common sight in this new colony. In fact, there was an infantry company stationed just outside the town. These were out of place.
The children instantly ran for the rows of prefabricated houses tha made up most of Uxmål. Before long, a few Imperial soldiers were on the way to the ridge to investigate.

The Chazakains had heard of this island that the Battlehawk(s) had found, and after much debate between the king and his advisers it was decided that a small colonization effort would be sent. A small mapping team was first sent to secure the area. Headed by Tom O'Neil. They quickly charted a boat to take them and he set out with his 6 man team not knowing what they would find once they landed.
The land had proven easy navigational for the most part and the team had made excellent progress, finding mountains to the north of the claim that had cut off any further exploration that way while to the east they found a large bog and a large river mouth that drained into it, after much discussion it was decided to name the bog Domina and the river the Greater Domine. After there first reports made it back to Chazakain Control many a transport was drawn up and filled with supplies, the government promised cheap land for the first colonizers so tickets on the transports were quickly grabbed up. The USS Yugo, Aleta and Rego were the first ones with the Rego filled to the brim with construction supplies and other necessitates, the Yugo and Aleta were filled with colonizers to a tune of 525 per ship...

Terre de la Reine-Celeste
The new land had finally been given a name by the King, he had named after his mother, the dowager Queen Mother. Queen Celeste Land, located on the King Louis XII Peninsula, was of a stable climate good for agriculture. There were many immigrants enticed by the offer of cheap housing, land, and jobs. Mostly from now over crowded Nuevo Italia. The bay where the ships had first landed was the sight of the colony's largest and only city, Rosetti. The large volcano located to the east was named Mont du Feu and appeared to be active. Volcanologists were sent to determine if the mountain would prove to be a threat to the new colony. A recent map made by the Royal Cartographical Institute showed the colony was slowly filling.
---
The territory was very good for agriculture, the soil and climate were perfect for growing coffee plants. The volcanic soil was very rich. Barinoko and Queen Celeste Land were quickly becoming breadbaskets for the growing Ponentean Empire. Rossetti had swollen and now was filled with newly build houses and other town buildings. It was beginning to look just like a normal Ponentean town.

As Coscivians outside the Coscivian home countries, these groups were minorities in their own homelands, and retained only small communities in the "New Coscivia", or Great Kirav. They saw Pégasa as an opportunity to rule themselves and preserve their culture.
And they had come in large numbers. The population of 8,250 was deemed large enough to merit the title "Cólonia" (Colony), and all of the political privileges that came with it. Territorial Governor Larten, as per the Colonial Charter, assumed the title of Governor-General over the Colony of Pégasa. A Colonial Assembly was created, and a Senator was elected to represent the Colony in the Imperial Senate.

"Excellent. The Imperial diplomats that deal with the Scandinavian Empire can translate for us then. It is, if I'm not mistaken, an official language of that nation. I shall call Kartika [The Empire's capital] as soon as we are finished. In the meantime, should we sign the English version?"

Present Time(2nd month of settlement)
The exploration of the island had continued as New Chazakain was built up. Scouting parties where sent out to search for natives and to establish relations with the nearby foreign settlements. A few including the Battlehawk were easy to find their settlers not taking any great pains in stealth while also being rather close to New Chazakain others proved harder to track down...
Population of settlement
2500(50 have died or returned to Chazakain)
Houses built: 56% have a house built, 99% have at least some form of shelter.
Supplies: 10 days worth
Military: Air/Naval base is still being built(1 month until estimated start of useage)
Roads: Larger settlements(greater than 500 settlers) have roads between them.
Settlements: New Preguas(capital of settlements, estimated 1,000 pop), New Pschyo(estimated 454), and the rest are scattered around.
Larsen smiled excitedly. "Yes, I believe we shall. Good things came from this meeting today, Govenor. I do hope that Greenland and Kiravia will remain just as close in the future."
Larten was handed a portfolio copy of the treaty, which he opened to reveal an ivory white paper with the Greenlandic and Imperial flags emblazoned at the head of it.
"As do I," answered Larten. He handed Larsen a pen, inviting him to sign first.

Cristosa, Pégasa, Kiravian Empire
Now that a Colonial government was in power, land grants began. Farmers and companies began applying for properties in the inland portions of the country. Governor Larten would soon find himself signing more grants than laws. In Pégasar and Cristosa, the two largest settlements, shops and shipping offices had begun to open. The West Pacifica Company set up its usual contratatory facilities to sell colonists subscriptions to goods from across the Empire and the World.
Religious life was also taking root in Pégasa. The ethnic groups that had arrived each devotedly adhered to their own Kiravic Christian denomination. Churches were planned in the smaller villages, and a small multifaith chapel had been built in Pégasar. The Church of Kirav had announced its plans to establish a Diocese of Pégasar to serve the colony.
The Colonial Assembly had already conducted a few sessions, mostly with concern given to ordering the legislature. Nonetheless, some minor tax policies and agricultural regulations had been implemented.

Larsen carefully too the pen out of the Govenor's hands. After offering a private ceremonial accolade to the gods, he bent over and signed.
For the Federal Republic of Greenland, in the name of His Excellency President Rurik Jager, I, Terje Rød-Larsen, hearby sign and authorize this document.

Larten, smiling, took another pen and signed his own name:
For the Colony of Pégasa, under the Kiravian Empire, by leave of Emperor Irasur VSL Seawind, I Governor-General Sólosir Larten hereby sign and authorise this document.

Settlers all across the country were working hard. Farms and fields were being plowed, houses, other buildings, walls, and roads were being built, and utilities were being wired in.
Two thousand more colonists had arrived, mostly Tebnev and Helskev. With the increase in population, the Colonial Authority had given Pégasa a grant with which to build power plants, substations, and water systems.
Meanwhile, the Pégasan Senator, Hābir Teruv, had just arrived in Kartika to represent his colony in the Imperial Senate.

Vinland Colony, Republic of Greenland
Vinland was rapidly developing into the stereotypical Greenlandic town, the soil had been found prime not only for basic crops, but wine grapes as well. It was not long before Vinland was, in fact, covered with vinyards.
And it was an especially big day for the man and women of that fair colony, for that day, President Rurik Jager chose to make a visit.
"Atten-tion!"
At the lieutenant's command, two lines of highly adorned troops snapped into form. Striding nochalantly down the middle was the proud President Jager.
"At ease," he said with a wave as he strode onto the brand new runway. There to greet him was Govenor Ivar and Admiral Olaf.
Rurik took the govenor's hand first. "Good to see you again Ivar. And Olaf, glad you could make it. I am so glad to see Vinland taking off so quickly."
Ivar smiled back. "It hasn't be easy, Mr. President. Shall we go, we have a car waiting for you."
The three made their way along with a small group of guards across the runway to an armoured limo. Once they were in and the car was on it's way, Ivar got down to business.
"As you know, sir, we recently closed a deal with the Kiravian Empire regarding trade, I have a copy of the English version right here," he said as he pulled out a newly faxed peice of paper.
Rurik noded, taking the document. "Good. I'm glad to see it worked out. So now..."
"So now we can move onto other matters, yes," Ivar said. "We managed to get a second colony on the mainland, to the north-west. It's been named Newfoundland. That area of the island is a little more rugged, however, and we're in direct threat from our nieghbors there."
Rurik scratched his chin. "We should probably deploy a force their, to protect our interests. It will put us in a position to attack if we desire also."
Ivar took a sip of his water. "Very well. If you send the men for the job, I'll have them fortify the colony and dig in for defense. I'm assuming it will be enough, but I have no idea exactly what ammount of force our neighbors brought with them."
Rurik raised his eyebrows and smiled wryly. "Well then. I suppose we'll just have to wait and see for ourselves."
Site of Pégasa Military Base, Pégasa, Kiravian Empire
With thousands of people flowing into the colony, the Empire needed the proper infrastructure to defend it. It planned on both lightly fortifying Pégasar and Cristosa, and constructing a military base to house Imperial troops and planes.
Pégasa Military Base was to be located further into the country's interior. So far, the erection of fences and the clearing of an airstrip had been completed.
In addition to Imperial troops stationed in the colony, Emperor Seawind had asked the Colonial Assembly to create a Colonial Defence Force to augment its defences.

Newfoundland, Republic of Greenland
What started as an ordinary day for the colonists of Newfoundland quickly became extra-ordinary as one thousand soldiers of the 39th Brigade disembarked onto the beach of the colony and began trudging inward into the sparsely colonised interior. As they made their way to the rally point, the men behind sang a marching song to keep up their spirits.
Their song quickly came to a sudden close, however, when a series of gunshots occured a hundred dozen meters away out of sight in the woods.
Lietuenant Wolfgang snapped to the alert, leveling his pistol in the direction of the noise. He waited a second, refusing to lower his guard. Finally, he yelled. "Who the hell are you? Show yourself, immediately!"
No answer came to his demand, aside from a small flock of disgruntled birds taking flight into the air.
Wolfgang cursed loudly. He turned to a young private next to him. "Holmstad. Go up there and check it out. Thats an order."
The terrified young man named Holmstad trembled a little. "But, sir...we don't...it could be anyone."
Exactly snapped Wolfgang impatiently, "which is why you're going to go up there and find out who it is. Now...move."
Slowly, reluctantly, the private made his way towards the origin of the noise.

The private moved at a crawling pace, crouched low, rapidly whispering a prayer as he trundled his way over the hill. He silently cursed every branch and shrub he crushed on his way over. Slowly, he took out his HK416 and held it level to the ground as he advanced. By this point, he was close enough and had made enough of a racket that whomever had fired the shots was bound to have hear him by now. This thought, although accurate, did little comfort him.

Walter had been sent by the New Chazakain colony to line up some recording equipment close to the Greenlandic People's colony, having completed his job early in the day he had grabbed his hunting equipment and his white and brown spotted hound, Bessy. Walter had been hunting ducks when he had heard the "crashing" through of something behind him a few minutes before, he had ducked behind a nearby tree and awaited fearing that a native bear or someone wild life may have heard his shot and for some reason came to investigate.
"Bessy! no damn it!"
shouted Walter as he saw his prized hound run towards another crash in the underbrush, picking up his rifle he ran after his dog...

Outpost Epsilon, Pégasa
Pégasar and Cristosa were the largest towns in the colony, with ports, shops, and hundreds of inhabitants.
Outpost Epsilon was the smallest settlement in the colony. It consisted wholly of a few converted portable garden sheds to house the soldiers that were occasionally stationed there, a portable latrine, and a small modular house that was used to record and monitor the feeds of data from the surveillance equipment along its strip of the border. The Kiravian border watch systems were less extensive than those in New Chazakain, and left far more gaps in the fronteir.

Cristosa, Pégasa
In Cristosa, the first proper church had been built. It was a Syryev Christian institution, which performed liturgy in Syryex Coscivian, a language that was currently under consideration in Pégasar to become one of the colony's official languages.
Cristosa was a planned city, with many elevated gardens and terraces being shaped from earthwork. It featured the confusing, many-levelled design of other Kiravian cities, featuring sunken alleys and high retaining walls.

The soldier, standing behind the bushes, jumped at the sound of a scream from somewhere just beyond them. He aimed his gun into the bushes for a second before, finally, he worked up the courage and charged through.
He emerged into a small clearing consisting of a dead dog and a highly distraught man. He pointed the rifle at the man, trembling, "Put your hands up! You are hearby detained on charges of tresspassing in Newfoundland!" he said, souding as if he had barely even convinced himself.

Rosetti, Queen Celeste Land
Rossetti was growing quickly, the town was experiencing some trouble with water and power but other than that was fairly well to do. The new church Notre-Dame-des-Outres-Mers had been constructed and was serving as the spiritual home of all the towns faithful as well as one of the tallest building in town. A port was being constructed to bring the exotic crops back to West Ponente. The port of Rosetti were serve as the home port of the Ponentean Navy in the area.
The colony had expanded its claim across the bay, to another peninsula. It would be shortly given a name. So far the new expansion region was mostly unexplored. A small force was sent across the bay to investigate.
