Weapons Procurement


Federational Naval command has been given a strict order to form another fleet which is going to be stationed in the Souther Cukarica's St.Archangel island.
Domestic suppliers cannot comply with our needs,so we are currently looking to emply foreign industries.Future fleet will be comprised of:
5 Aircraft Carriers,
7 Battleships,
7 Battlecruisers,
10 Light Cruisers,
8 Frigates,
4 Corvetes,
20 Destroyers
and 10 Nuclear Submarines.
Most of the ships must be Nuclear powered.Battlefleet sugestions can be sent with a bill,so we can finish this deal as soon as possible.All Battleships must be modern equiped with latest weaponry.

We cannot fulfill your complete order: we have yet to finalize our frigate and corvette designs, and our cruiser design is anything but 'light.' However, we can fill in the rest of the order, and can at least give you our own proposed battlegroup structure. Please consult our catalog (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=14335975&postcount=7); you know your procurement needs best.

Personally, we recommend the following structure for your battlegroup -

First Fleet Division (offensive (the forces you send in to cover a landing-in-force or mount a blockade); mostly nuclear-powered)
3 AC-67 RFK nuclear-powered supercarriers, filled out with an airgroup of your choice
2 B-13 Bohemia nuclear-powered battleships (gunnery support)
4 BC-1 Naseby nuclear-powered battlecruisers (gunnery support; escorts for the battleships due to their missile batteries, as they can provide longer-range AD support for them)
6 MC-16 Fort Shaw nuclear-powered large cruisers (main AD assets; the 'shield' for your carriers)
8 DDH-30 Requin helicopter destroyers (ASW assets)
6 AS-709 Omega nuclear-powered attack submarines (attached to this division, but serving as a distant cover force (so as not to interfere with the ASW efforts of the Requins)).
8 Frigates of your choice (light escorts; we suggest 6 units weighted towards ASW, 2 towards AD)

Second Fleet Division (defensive (the forces you send in against the enemy's navy); reserve force)
2 AC-12 Cyprus medium carriers (for air support; these will not be the capital-ship assets of the Second Division, but will instead support them (in keeping with the role of the Second Division, as a secondary force that surges out to support the First Division))
5 B-13 battleships (support for landings; anti-battleship assets)
3 BC-1 battlecruisers (escorts for B-13s)
4 MC-16 large cruisers (AD escorts)
12 DDH-30 destroyers (ASW escorts)
4 corvettes of your choice (light escorts; ideally missile boats, so as to provide some extra striking power)
4 AS-709 subs (attached as a distant cover force)

Total: 3 AC-67, 2 AC-12, 7 B-13, 7 BC-1, 10 MC-16, 20 DDH-30, 10 AS-509
Price: $47.5 billion (savings of $1.74 billion)

We have reviewed your offer and we have reanalized it,and decided that it is the best offer currently brought to us.Defence Corps. have offered us a different ship design,and the UEMS have provided us with designs we currently have and can build on our own.

As Defense Corp. offer was analized we have decided to take your offer with only few changes.

Also Naval command is satisfied with the offered designs and want to sign a suplying contract with Defense Corporations on a long term supplies for the Federational Navy and to offer privatization three of twenty Federational shipyards to Def.Corp.

Thank you, and congratulations on your new navy! We have already begun production at the various shipyards of our subsidiaries and subcontractors, and expect the full order to be completed, with the help of your privatized Federational shipyards, in three years - 1 year for the First Fleet Division (which has more light ships) and 2 years for the Second Fleet Division (which has more heavy ships).
We also accept the offer of long-term supplier for the Federational navy, and will have our main munitions subsidiary, Jason Munitions, work with you to design next-generation missiles for the fleet.
Finally, we accept your offer to transfer ownership of 3 Federational shipyards to Michael Shipyards. We will attempt to maintain similar labor contracts as the existing contracts there, and will not alter the employment contracts until three years have passed. We will provide appropriate compensation, in time.
