The vast cobblestone square which lay at the eastern end of the main road passing through the center of the capital city was packed with men and equipment as elements of the Garde Du Korp and Reichsarmee along with thousands of civilians and various news networks assembled awaiting an address from the Kaiser himself.
Delvius stood at a podium atop the grand viewing stand erected on the opposite end of the field as he stood rendering a salute to his commanders below.
Almost immediately after Delvius dropped his salute the entire city began to shake as the thousands of people assembled on the field began to sing the national anthem as it played out over the vast array of public address systems which lined the sides of the field.
As the music subsided the cheers and singing from the crowd ceased and the entire field stood silent only the chirping of birds and the soft whistle of the wind could be heard.
Delvius cleared his throat as he began.
"Great citizens of the Reich, great storms loom on the horizon as those who would seek to stamp out our way of life gather. They claim to be bringers of peace, prosperity, and liberty.
We shall not be fooled by this guise, these men of so called liberty and justice whom side with the wretched and intolerable leaders of communists and socialist states.
No longer shall we sit idly by while our foes gather, Already others like us have assembled and stand ready to fight in the face of the red menace.
We shall march, and we shall continue to march until our enemy lies in piles beneath the feet of our great armies. We shall march until the red menace can threaten us no more. We march to victory!"
As Delvius finished his speech roars came from the crowd as the Guard de Korp marching song now played out over the PA the troops began to parade down main street lined with thousands more citizens waving flags and cheering.
As the units which had assembled for the speech departed Delvius and an entourage of high ranking military officals made their way from the grandstand to an awaiting motorcade which quickly sped off in the direction of the Ministerium des Krieges.
No doubt the Kaiser was anxious to review the coming campaign plans and recieve updated intelligence reports on his new found enemy forces.
Stufenburg, Reichsmeere-Flotte Dockyards
Away from the fanfare and propaganda of the capital millions of men, equipment, and supplies were being loaded onto thousands of ships as the Reich prepared to make war in defense of the fascist side in what was becoming a large scale wide spread conflict.
Only the high command and members in the Ministerium des Krieges knew where the fleets and armies were headed the utmost secrecy was being kept over the coming operations.
The only vessels which were to leave the harbor were three wolf packs of eight Cartagena class attack submarines each pack having two Cadiz class ballistic missile submarines included.
Again the destination for these forces was not disclosed, not even to the crews or even the commanders, they would receive their orders while already at sea.

Greetings brothers in arms, together we stand against the great oppressors of the world and the red devils.
It is our belief that we should in some manner coordinate our efforts in order to achieve victory in this campaign. Military officials are welcome to the Reich to discuss such matters, equally should you request the Reich shall dispatch Military officials to your lands.
We await your reply.
