The hundred twenty-eight submarines quietly moved to the right flank of the fleet whilst forty-six MBH-01 (Mi-8 equipped with torpedoes and a 30mm cannon) took off from the deck of several Wasp carriers, these flew nearly at sea level, and opened fire with two hundred torpedoes aimed at the Imaginarium-Class Carriers, following this they continued flying underneath the hull-level and fired their cannon as they quickly approached the carriers.

The cruisers and frigates fired off about eighty Exocet AShM missiles along with twenty P-15 Termit AShM missiles. The assault ships fell back behind the main line of iron. The carriers began lifting off four hundred aircraft, F-14 Tomcats equipped with a myriad of anti-shipping missiles and torpedoes, the opening salvo of four hundred Exocet missiles launched with equal number at the following: eight Flyer-class cruisers, another salvo was launched of equal number at forty-two Hatchet-class frigates.

The 22 miniature submarines sped foward towards the enemy's fleet, launching a total of forty-four torpedos (equal distribution) at the hulls of 11 of the Oliver Hazard Class Frigates.
Meanwhile, there was panic aboard the decks of the Imaginarium-Class Carriers, one, The SSS Freedom, was taking on water and sinking at an alarming rate, while another's, the SSS Starlight, was already half-submerged in the sea water. Aboard the Freedom, operators attempted to get as many of its jets in the air as possible, but could only manage to get 12 F-15 Eagles in the air, each firing four torpedos at the wall of MBH-01s. The other two, although intact, could obviously not stand many more of the enemy's torpedos.
From four of the six Everton-class Carriers flew forty F-16 Fighting Falcons, twenty of which fired at the rest of the MBH-01s, with the rest flying at the hulls of the Tarawas, firing a total of 120 torpedos (equal distribution).
Twenty-five of the forty-two Frigates survived, and half of the cruisers were sunk. Those that remained fired back with about sixty-five Exocet AShM Missiles and fifteen P-15 termits at the enemy's cruisers and frigates.
The assault ships fell back as about three hundred F-14 Tomcats rose from several of the remaining carriers. They opened fire on the Kittyhawk and Enterprise class carriers, launching two salvos of 350 missiles each.

The Tarawa Assault Ships lined up closer to each other, as the first few lines of them got hit and began to sank they formed a shield. As though the ships past the initial line were not getting hit, the ships that were in the initial line were being ripped apart by a constant barrage of torpedoes, four Tarawa-class ships were sinking, with most of their crew dead or in the water.

Counter measures and maneuvers were made by the Oliver Hazard class frigates, but seven were hit severely and taken on water while two others were badly damaged but still suitable for combat. The C.N.S. Polka (Oliver Hazard-Class) relayed the information on where the enemy submarines were and twenty-two Ohio-Class submarines went on a chase for their smaller counter-parts. However the remaining submarines, now close in on the right flank, opened fire with a devastating salvo of over two hundred torpedoes, all equally distributed threw out the fleet. (except none at the transport ships.)

The torpedoes that had been fired at the helicopters simply missed and went into the ocean below them, while the enemy cannon ripped apart twenty-six of the forty-six helicopters. The remaining of which hovered over one of the Imaginarium-class carriers where it lowered a grapple and began to unload its group of over a hundred Marines. Back at the Wasp carriers another batch of some twenty-two MBH-01 was launched at the other Imaginarium ship.

The first batch of F-14 fired off another collective of two hundred twenty-one missiles Everton-class carriers, and then landed back on their carriers. Another wing of about two hundred Su-47 Superiority fighters flew out that immediately began engaging the entirety of the enemy's aeronautical assets. The next batch of another hundred F-14s had been interrupted by the incoming missiles, while most had been shot down by CIWS and other counter-measures about five got threw on each ship, damaging the control tower, exploding a small weapons layout, which damaged about six ships and stopped use of several runways. The fleets could only get out sixty F-14s which began opening fire on the Everton-class carriers with about a hundred twenty exocets.

Nine Ticonderoga-class ships had been hit badly, three were sinking slowly. The Oliver Hazard class had only twelve full mobile ships left, and they returned fire with the forty-six Kh-35 AShM missiles, which left only a total of fifty-four Kh-35 Missiles in their stockpile. Two Kitty-Hawk aircraft-carriers had begun to sink very slowly.

The C.N.S. Polka (Oliver Hazard-Class) relayed the information on where the enemy submarines were and twenty-two Ohio-Class submarines went on a chase for their smaller counter-parts.

The SS-UC Hamlet (Mini-Sub) sent a desparate distress call back to the Port Nairn Naval Base.
"General, the enemy is stronger than we expected. We need reinforcements - quickly."
Afterwards, eight of the mini-subs attempted to take out three of the Ohio Class Submarines chasing them, firing 32 more torpedos (11, 11, 10). The remaining four continued the assault that the jets had started on the barrier of Tarawa Assault Ships, firing 16 torpedos into the shield.
The Superiority Fighters blew all F-15s and all except 3 F-16s out of the sky. Those that remained fired back.
Panicking, the Everton-class Carriers sent all of their aircraft flying, sending 250 more F-16s into flight as three of them sunk, with a fire on the deck of the fourth. Two hundred of these addressed the Su47s, while the remainder hunted for the recently launched MBH-01s.
From three of the Toto class carriers came another 40 F-15s, surrounded by a group of 35 F/A-18 hornets, headed for the Enterprise Carriers. The F-15s fired a total of 120 torpedos at the carriers, while the 35 F/A-18s fired one each.
Aboard the Imaginarium-Class Carrier that had been boarded was a scene of chaos. The fifty or so marines that were armed for combat aboard the carrier attempted to fight off the enemy, but many perished. In a desperate attempt, two pilots got into their planes and attempted to run over or knock some of the opposing marines, but in the process also took the lives of some of their own (OOC: unusual war tactics ftw!).

"This is Timothy DeSolom. We, too, wish to end this conflict and the sacrifice of human lives. Perhaps, if you would agree to a temporary ceasefire, we could work something out."

The Marines on board the deck of the ship were also receiving minor support from the over head helicopters, however this was limited to them dropping their torpedoes off like dumb-bombs and have it impact the base of the control tower and several aircraft. About twenty-one men had been hit by some form of metal, one of which was killed by the raging enemy planes. The troops began to spread out and take cover behind enemy planes or climb on to them to get a better elevation. The first wave of MBH-01s fell back, now with only about thirteen of their number they would be returning to bring more troops into combat.

Meanwhile the second batch of MBH-01 fared much better against the first enemy wave as they were close enough to the main fleet that a horde of anti-missile systems shot down almost all of the missiles, but once they reached relative closeness to the ship enemy missiles and cannons destroyed all but seven of the MBH-01s. These continued to attempt to land their precious convoy onto the enemy ship.

The remaining Oliver Hazard-Class ships opened fired on the known position of the submarines, along with the Ticonderoga-Class ships, firing thousands of Hedgehog anti-submarine missiles all over the water. The remainder of the Oliver Hazard-Class perished after their first volley of Hedgehog missiles. The Ticonderoga-Class ships fired off the remainder of their Kh-35 missiles, a total of twenty-six along with three dozen exocet missiles. [Still waiting for loses from last volley of Kh-35 missiles] The Tarawa ships had been destroyed completely, but the Wasp-class ships scuttled together around the shield that was made by their fallen comrades.

Another hundred Su-47 along with fifty of the YA-42E superiority fighters, a top-notch craft made by the Yanitarians for export to nations like Buddha C. This was also followed by another hundred F-14 fighter/bombers that quickly opened up on the Everton-class ships. Aboard the Enterprise-Class carriers many of the counter measures shot down a majority of the fighters, however enough got threw that one of the Enterprise-Class carriers began to take on water, though whether it would sink or not was still to be found out. The sinking Kitty Hawk-Class carriers launched the remainder of its eighty-one aircraft, forty YA-42E ASF (Air Superiority Fighter) and forty-one F-14 F/B (Fighter/Bomb), the YA-42E opened fire on all the planes attacking the helicopters and the F-14 opened fire on the Toto-class ships with exocet missiles.

The Su-47s lost thirty-six of their craft, along with about fifty-nine F-14s downed by anti-air measures on some of the ships. Meanwhile the missiles downed two of the subs [Still waiting for casualties from my barrage, unless you have already?], while the ones of the right fired another volley of the same size, this time targets at all the carriers except the Imaginarium-Class fighters. However, six Ohio-class submarines flanked the attacking 8 Mini-Subs and opened fired with proximity-torpedoes, these has a higher rate of success because it fired within proximity of a target not with a skin-skin hit.

"If you retract your declaration of war and pay for the damage done to the fleet then you can expect no more bloodshed from us. This price seems fair."

The Miniature-Submarines were annihilated by the Ohio-Class Submarines, and after the massive barrage of torpedos, all that remained of them were shards of metal sinking to the bottom of the sea. Meanwhile, the big formation of F/A-18s had been hit by anti-aircraft missiles and the enemy's jets, and eighty-six were shot down. Half of those that still remained went after the Enemy's cruisers, while the other continued attacking the Enterprise-class Carriers.
The 3 remaining Frigates took dodging measures against the torpedos, however, one was ripped apart, too slow to avoid the torpedos. Two of the cruisers were also sunk. The remaining cruisers and frigates fired back with their remaining 64 missiles.
The fire aboard one of the Everton class carriers erupted into an explosion, destroying the control tower and rendering the ship unusable. A fifth began taking on water, slowly. Aboard the first Imaginarium-class Carrier, 36 of the marines had perished, the others kept fighting, while another makeshift 30 marines appeared in loose bulletproof clothing. The control tower had been obliterated.
Aboard the second, was a repeat of the first. Sixty marines defended against the oncoming raid.

Denecaep sends a jet with supplies to Sans Semmes.
As they fly, somthing scraps the edge of the wing.

The bill sent was worth about 1.3 trillion dollars in war damages to the ships and to the money given to the lost crewman's families.

We are currently able to pay 1.1 trillion dollars, would it be acceptable if we could pay the rest on 1/1/09?

That is acceptable. We request clearance to land our excess planes on Sans Semmes soil and have them wait, under guard of course, for another group of carriers to transfer them out-of-country.

The aircraft would stay in port for about a week and then they would be transferred to Grand World Order Naval Command and be re-fitted by that nation using the money from the Sans Semmes Accord.

From: Foreign Affairs Ministry, under authority of Kaiser Harlin Delvius III

To the leadership of the nation of Sans Semmes, your support for the communist dogs, and coalition of nations which seek to destroy fascism under the name of liberty can not and shall not be tolerated.

Therefore by the grace and mercy of the Kaiser you shall be given forty eight hours in which to stand down all military assets and cease all economic dealings with nations currently involved in the global conflict.

Further you will allow the use of your ports for Imperial Naval vessels.

Should you choose to reject this ultimatum great suffering and destruction await your people as they shall receive no mercy at the hands of the Reich's armed forces.

The Kaiser would strongly urge you to not fall into a false sense of security due to the voices of support which have come from other states which have no business here.

The Reich has friends as well and will not hesitate to call upon them. The choice is yours, you have forty eight hours.

1100km from Port Nairn

The KNV Leiden lurked deep beneath the depths, waiting anxiously for the order to strike against the small nation of Sans Semmes. After nearly three days on station the order finally came.

The commander of the Leiden a captain Fredrick Zulwen had been sitting quietly in his private chambers enjoying his breakfast of scrambled eggs and bacon with black coffee when a soft knock came from his door.

"Captain, orders from the Admiralty."
A young ensign saluted as Zulwen opened his door taking the closed folder from the junior officer he opened it somewhat hesitantly reading over the contents of the encrypted message.

"Has the code been verified?"
Zulwen asked as he slid the document back into the folder and resealed it placing it inside the left breast pocket of his jacket.

"Yes captain, it has been verified. We await your orders."

Zulwen nodded leaving his quarters his breakfast still steaming as he and the young officer made their way down the long corridor which led to the control station of the submarine.

Zulwen reached above his chair situated at the center of the room grabbing what looked like a CB radio and keyed a button labeled missile launch control.

A voice from the other end picked up as Zulwen and the unknown crew member had a cryptic conversation in pure Undestard, the original language of the homeland.

Upon finishing the conversation Zulwen turned to the crewmen seated below him

"Raise our depth 300 meters."

"Yes captain."
The crewman quickly complied with Zulwen's orders.

The ship slowly tilted backwards as it began its ascent, the outer hull rumbled as the change in water pressure allowed it to expand. After a few moments the vessel leveled off and after a brief pause the entire vessel shook as three encapsulated cruise missiles released from her VLS tubes.

The encapsulated missiles would float up to the surface then fire off on their own allowing the Leiden to disappear and move to another location where she could lie in wait to launch another attack if called upon. The only trace left for the Sans Semmes military to find would be the area where the missiles themselves launched.

The cruise missiles broke through the surface of the water and streaked towards the city of Port Nairn just above sea level so as to avoid further detection. Screaming towards their preset targets the missiles used satellite and built in GPS guidance systems had been aimed for a government building, a supply depot and the last missile, which was the most sinister was laden with combined effect munitions aimed at a heavily traveled square in the center of the city.


ooc: Combined effect munitions are basically carried in a larger platform in this case the cruise missile which then deploys hundreds to thousands of smaller explosives which scatter shrapnel everywhere. Basically I'm going to be launching ball bearings all over the place in a densely populated and well traveled area of town, turning anyone and everything in the kill radius into swiss cheese.

As the current situation around the Sans Semmes was heating up,Federational high ranking military leaders have discussed about possible intervention and aid to Sans Semmes.Currently neutral Federation was never an admirer or suporter of Facism and similar ideologies,but the GWO-s unprovoked atack and several imperialistic and neo-colonialistic actions against smaller coutries have been badly accepted withinh the Federation's citizenry.Currenly neutral Federation is still out of the terrors of war,but as the leaders of it analized Global situation it was obvious that if the Facsists win the war they will destroy and opress all democratic,liberal,and socialist goverments of the world.
They couldn't be neutral at this point,but they decided not to declare war...

In Sans Semmes, there was a feeling of tension. All the time, the residents of Port Nairn knew that at any moment, they could be attacked; yet they lived, well, at least, tried to live, normally. There was always a subconscious knowledge, though, that they were in danger.

Should Denecaep send its supplies now, or during the attack? We have several Cesium bombs, extra fuel, and some other useful things such as parachutes. We were told to give the supplies to Sam Semmes, but we are not sure when. To clarify, we are on Stoklo's side.

It would be advisable of Denecaep to send its supplies before fighting begins, so that if its ships encounter danger they can dock temporarily in one of our Ports. Not only this, but it is also safer, and we can also distribute them as needed as part of preparation.

The missiles dodged past the fleet and headed towards their target. The Captain of the SSS Tiger made an urgent radio call back to anti-missile machinery operators back on land to get ready for an attack. It was mostly in vain, however, one missile, the one headed for the Weapons Stockpile, was shot down, though the explosion killed 36 of the 44 soldiers on the beach, the rest being badly injured. At the Imahi Square, just outside the CBD, the hundreds of people there watching the Stock Prices scroll across a screen were quickly obliterated into pulp as the bomblets exploded one by one. This caused a fire in the main building of Gregory & Sons. CO, the second largest investment bank in Sans Semmes. Fire crews were sent out to put out the flames, whether they would be successful or not had yet to be seen.
The other missile was headed to the Ministry of Health, ironically enough. The building, not built to withstand cruise missiles, was blown to pieces, and another 229 civilians died.

Warning alarms flashed across one of the large world displays which lined the sides of the pentagonal room.

"What the hell is that!"

Grand Marshall Alstein nearly swallowed his pipe as the computer systems began tracking the detected missile launch.

"ICBM launch, coming from somewhere in Stoklomolvi, can't trace it to where calculating re-entry path now."

Moments later another alarm sounded and again the technician announced an ICBM launch from Stoklomolvi

Alstein had a look of disbelief upon his face, surely they wouldn't be so foolish as to deploy such weaponry.

The phone rang seconds later bringing Alstein back to his senses.

"Marshall Alstein. Yes we've detected two ICBM type launches from Stoklomolvi, re-entry paths are being calculated as we speak and missile defense systems are active."

pausing briefly Alstein nodded as he received orders over the phone.

"Yes sir, right away. I will keep you informed."

Alstein hung the phone up and turned back to the room which was now frantic with people placing calls and setting off alerts.

After mere seconds the entire complex shook as four Kingfisher ABM missiles rocketed off in an attempt to intercept the incoming missiles.

At nearly the same time three Messiah-E variant ICBM's launched from various silos hidden across the nation.

The Messiah-E were modified ICBM where each one of the ten re entry warheads had been designed to carry electromagnetic pulse warheads instead of massive 400 kiloton nuclear warheads.

With each re entry vehicle self guided and able to adjust in flight Stoklomolvian ABM systems would be hard pressed to defeat the incoming retaliation strikes aimed at the cities of Haishenwai, Qingshang, and Tianjin.

With one Messiah-E targeting the Sans Semmes cities of Port Nairn and Port Higgensquiggles, making good on the Reich's threat that the people of Sans Semmes would suffer at the actions of their communist allies.

The communists had struck first, but their attacks would not go unanswered.

The United States of Allanea had been a long-term ally of Unkerlantum. It would not stand by and allow its allies in the Reich to be subject to a thermonuclear holocaust at the hands of the Communist enemy.

Previously, Allanea had been neutral in the conflict, unwilling to help either the Communist or the Fascist alliances. But now that the Communists had struck against a freedom-loving nation, an ally of Allanea itself, with weapons of mass destruction, there could be no mercy.

Even now, Skyguard batteries and MDLS systems were put on alert, to stop and destroy incoming Stoklomolvi missiles in flight – and the Allanean and Confederate Army were both being prepared to fight.

Stoklomolvi had brought this unto themselves. Now, they would suffer for their sins.

But before they would, the United States had one last warning for Stoklomovi. From the office of Alexander Kazansky, a short, polite message was sent to the leader Stoklomolvi.

Dear Comrade!

As you know, the United States is committed to the values of individual liberty, free markets, and peace. This is why we have so far not intervened in your conflict with the fascists – that, and the fact we would rather gleefully watch you exterminate each other. Should all members of the Stoklomolvi Communist Party commit mass ritual suicide, the pleasure we would derive from watching that happen would still not be worth the life of a single Allanean.

In short, had you not used weapons of mass destruction against our allies, we would have mercifully allowed you to continue rotting in your own shit. ooc: Didn't use nukes, my EMP warheads would use high powered microwaves. I'm not going to sit idle and get electronically killed without retailiating in some way. Realistically if I detected an ICBM launch one would deploy nuclear devices since I wouldn't know they weren't convential nuclear warheads. For the sake of not wanting it to turn into a glass fest I shot my own EMP warheads which will have little collateral damage against human life compared to my 400 kiloton nuclear warheads.
