"Hello I am Rebecca Colinturn and your watching RNN, today are young republic is in trouble. Earlier this morning President Thomas Washington was killed in a terrible automobile crash. President Washington's limo as you can see was cut in two when the limo driver continued to go even at a yellow light that was when an 18 wheeler freight trunk drove through. President Washington's body was found crushed and broken almost 60 meters away. His head has yet to be found.
The limo driver, Mr. Daniel Walker, has yet to be found and is believed to be alive and on the run. The Freight trucks driver, his name yet to be released, was taken into protective custody but no charges have been made since he was not at fault. It seems that Washington's death while being called tragic and so sudden by many of his supporters, his parents call it ironic.
His parents revealed President Washington had narrowly missed being run over by a freighter truck on this same road almost 26 years ago when President Washington was only 12.
However many of his more radical supporters believe that his death was a conspiracy, by fascist opposition, believing that Mr. Walker, his limo driver, and the freight truck driver planned it out previously. His death would certainly benefit the fascist party which has an almost even amount of congressmen in the senate but have lost most of that power when bills were vetoed and would need a 3/4 majority. With the dissappearance of Mr. Walker this theory might look credible and many small militias have been formed to find this Mr. Walker.
Police though have erged these militias to disband and go home as these militias have already killed almost 30 men who were either known fascist party members or looked like Mr. Walker.
Due to this surge in violence police have stopped showing his picture in an attempt to stop militia from hunting after the innocent. However this has hindered police in getting public awareness and tips. It seems that police are stuck between a rock and a hard place.
Not only are police stuck but government officials have gotten into their own predicament over what the next line of business should be. Vice-President Vokras Hojs away in the colony of yemen trying to convince the people there not to secede over their rights being suppressed is on an immediate flight back to ralkovia to be sworn in as president.

RNN: What are you feeling right now?
Vokras: The tragedy our new republic has gone through is horrendous. No new nation as glorious as ours should have to go through such horrible event. I will take office and hopefully govern as well as he has for the past year.
RNN: What will you do when you get back?
Vokras: I will first attend the funeral of my closest friend and late president Washington. After being sworn in I will deal with the mounting issues at home.
RNN: One of the most pressing issues is the war between GWO and its allies and the nation of Stoklomolvi and its allies. Will Ralkovia's stance still be one of neutrality?
Vokras: Yes, I will maintain all of President Washingtons foreign policies including the neutrality proclamation. Getting involved in such a war as this would only end in destruction for all of us. However I have heard of the conspiracy around President Washingtons death and if the fascist party has commited this attrocity with the help of outside nations I will warn them now that I will order mass arrests of the fascist party and our foreign policy will change.
RNN: Ralkovia's move to join the alliance known as ODECON was one surrounded with deep opposition and was ultimately pushed through by President Washington alone. You yourself expressed deep resentment to the alliance. Will Ralkovia remain in ODECON?
Vokras: Ralkovia will maintain its previous commitment to the alliance which has treated us so cordial. I personally may not like global power alliances like COMINTERN(don't know if I spelled that right) and IFA which combine huge military might of radical nations so they can duke each other out but alliances like ODECON are a mark of stability and civilization. Ralkovia is strong under a humanitarian alliance like ODECON, which prides itself on helping the world and protecting one another, and to leave would only weaken us and our republic. Barring a change in ODECONs policies which would make this alliance one of tyranny, though I don't see this ever happening, we plan to maintain permanent membership.
RNN: And what of the issue of Yemens threat to nullify the neutrality proclamation or simply secede if the proclamation should remain. You had been sent to Yemen to discuss the issue with them?
Vokras: Well men like Governor Tollona only understand when both military force and diplomatic care is applied. Yemen will remain as a colony and over 2 million Colonial Guards are being deployed from their headquarters in Morocco, New Zealand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Korea. The colonial guard's house leader will replace Tollona as governor of Yemen and Tollona will be exiled. Yemen will be given government funding of up to 700 billion dollars to build the planned Yemen to Dijibouti bridges as well as set the toll for the planned bridges. Yemen will also receive a yearly government stipend of $20 billion dollars for the next 10 years to build new hospitals, roads, and jobs.
RNN: So is this a foreshadowing of how you will govern? With military forces and bribes?
Vokras: No, No, No. I am not one for using military force or money. I was left with no other room. If I had solely used military force I would look like a dictator. If I used money I would look like a corrupt business man.

Vokras: *laughs* I guess I do but Yemen has always been a problem colony. Ever since I was a little boy we've liked to cause problems. However this deal will not only give Yemen funding for the bridges which have been theorized to only cost $500 billion for all 3 of the planned bridges but it will give Yemen almost $100 billion to build new infastructures. The 3 planned bridges will also bring in new tourism and jobs. I have time for two more questions.
RNN: You, yourself have said several times before that you are a conservative and on the right. How will this affect your governing during the time of right vs. left?
Vokras: Well as I said before I will keep to President Washington's policies however I will pardon Mrs. Tara Young and allow her to live in Morocco under colonial guard protection. Mrs. Youngs imprisonment was considered unfair as newly uncovered evidence has shown that she never signed off on any of the brutal massacres that the black shirts did. She had no knowledge in many cases of any of the murders and assassinations. In fact the only piece of evidence of her ordering any sort of killing and signing off on it was for the massacre of Lilyhampshire and her signature was found to be forged by General Blackster, who was the leader of the black shirts.
I have talked to her for almost 3 months since she was sentenced to death by ingestion of the Kulotee plant*. And she has continued to proclaim no knowledge of the events. We have done almost every possible test to elicit the truth from her and every test has proven that she has had no knowledge of any of the massacres besides the ones we have told her about.
*Has poison that causes the eaters body to produce the same chemicals that cause pain in the nerve cells. It also raises the heart rate to such a speed where the heart pretty much bursts and have a heart attack.
