(ooc: Since the thread with the starship/planet superweapon died let's just say we won the battle.)

The Admiral sat down at a conference table that was set up hastily on the bridge of the Planetship. Next to him sat Commander Raktak. They waited for the Greywatch to arrive and look over the treaty.

The Treaty of Trontor Station

The Empire of Charzak and the Empire of Greywatch shall not stand against each other and shall ally themselves in time of war when called upon. The dicovery of Trontor Station (the newly named Planetship) may bring our races closer together and provide a new partnership of the stars. Following contains the terms of use of this station and the extent of the partnership of our nations.

I The Empires shall keep 100 troops on the station. All troops will be equal in strength and will answer only to the commanding officers of their unit or the ruling bodies of their nation.

II The station will only be used in time of war if agreed upon by both Charzak and Greywatch. If not all partnerships are void and a state of war is declared. Trontor Station may be used as a base of operations in a time of war by both nations.

III The Empires shall agree to not enter a state of war with each other. If one is in a state of war the other shall provide support in the areas of supplies, ships, and troops if called upon. To not makes all terms void.

IV The Empires have a right to put a member of another nation on trial if it is an international crime that has taken place within their boundries.

The Treaty shall be active as long as both Empires agree to the terms.

A PSR opened above the ship that so many had sacrificed themselves for. Amazing... an entire planet that had been converted into a weapon. A 2Km ship came from the rift and pushed its way forward, through the wreckage of several other ships, some of them Greywatch ships that had been called in as reinforcements. As soon as the ship was in position, a shuttle was deployed to the surface. The shuttle touched down near the coordinates given and the diplomat stepped forward. It was a old-looking gentleman dressed in gray pants, a plaid shirt, gray shoes, and a flowing gray overcoat. He stroked his white beard as he stepped forward, followed closely by a Leanorian guard. The Leanorian wore a standard set of Greywatch armor and had his rifle on his back while his sword rested on his hip. The diplomat waited for a moment before being approached by another figure, the Elder Drone that had been on the planet and had helped defend it. "Sirs," said the Drone in its deep monotone, "If you would both follow me." The Drone led them to the conference room that had been set up and looked to Charzakians, "I've brought them." With that, the Drone left the group to their business. The diplomat gave a slight bow, "Ah, greetings. I am William Poole, representative of Greywatch."

The Admiral stood up along with the Commander.
"Welcome Represetative Poole. I am Admiral Thi Gor, and this is Commander Raktak."
They once again sat down.
"Now to buisness. We have here the Treaty of Trontor Sation which is the superweapon we are currently on. If you agree to these terms we can create a new peace between our nations and provide security for each other."

Poole sat and looked over the charter, "Issues two through four seem reasonable. My only question is if you believe 100 soldiers will be enough for a weapon of this size. I also have questions about the regarding what will be done about maintainance staff. I don't know the specs of this station but I imagine it will require more than a few technicians and engineers to keep everything in order."

"We could bump that number up to say 500? We will also outline the technicians and engineers allowed. That number for this weapon would be say 5,000 for each? That would be 10,000 techs and engineers in all and 1,000 soldiers. I must also state that we planned on having the soldiers be commandoes and would like your troops to be elite as well."

"I see." Poole thought for a moment; five hundred elite soldiers and five thousand technicians and engineers... it shouldn't be too much of a problem. The soldiers were an easy enough task, the techies might be a bit of a challenge but nothing too difficult. "I assume you'd have no argument if we used a few Drones and possibly battle droids? Nothing too extreme, of course. Technicians will most likely be droids as well. Also, what deadline do you have in mind? I'll have to talk it over with my superiors, but I believe we can have our people here in a under a week."

"Droids and Drones would be fine with us. One week for the deadline would be great as most of our people are already on their way."

"Very well, if that's all we needed to discuss, then I will go send the request for personel now. Before I leave, because I have been granted the authority to do so by the Council, allow me to sign the treaty and thusly solidify this agreement."

The Admiral pushed the treaty to the Representative. "I hope our nations may come to an everlasting peace and a glorious alliance that spreads throughout the stars."

"Amen," Said Poole with a smile, signing the treaty. "May the Fallen smile upon us on this day." With a slight bow Poole left, his guard following. He looked back one last time before leaving, "I bid you both farewell." With that, Poole returned to his transport which promptly took off, returning to the ship in orbit. Five days later, the first transport would arrive; aboard it were the 500 elites that had been requested, many of them were heavily modified droids and Drones, though their were plenty of Dragon-kin and Leanorians to be found as well. The transport also carried 1500 technicians, many of whom were droids and humans, however, a few Xarniosi had opted to be present on the weapon as well.

Six days after the treaty was signed six transports carrying 2,500 techs and engineers along with 500 commandoes arrived on station and began their work of restoring it to its former glory.

The Charzakians would be met by the sight of the large troop transport on the surface of the planetship. it was essentially a very large, modified cargo ship. Everyone had been placed in blink storage for the ride along with most of the supplies they were going to need. As soon as the ship had landed, men were materialized into the loading bay alongside crates of equipment and supplies. Slowly but surely, everything was offloaded and by the time the Charzakians landed, the last supplies were being taken off the ship. Now the only job was to sort through them... Shortly after the Charzakian transports arrived, two more ships arrived, they were the same class as the one that had arrived a day earlier, and carried the rest of the men and supplies that would be needed. With the sheer number of munitions, vehicles, spare parts, supplies and other equipment that had been sent, the Greywatchers on this world wouldn't need much from home for a good while. It would probably take a day or two to actually unpack and organize everything, but at least the soldiers, technicians, and engineers wouldn't lack food, clothing, tools, and entertainment.

On the last day the final men arrived from Charzak. The technicians and engineers went into the bowels of the ship. They began working on the internal structure ensuring that it wouldn't fail. The ships shields were restored to working order and so were the exterior lasers and defences. The main weapon however was burned out after firing at the enemy fleet and would take some time to repair.

OOC: Before I make my next post, is this pretty much done or is this serving as the intro to another story?

OOC: Okay
IC:

It took a few days, but finally everything was in its place. All the men finally had their posts worked out and the technicians and engineers had their assignments. Now the only thing to do was hope that such a weapon wouldn't have to be used... again.
