Shocking news!
Prime Minister Zhinkovich was assasinated when with a sniper shot through the head earlier this morning when he exited the Federational Senate.
Martial law has been introduced and all exits for Cukarica are closed.
The country is now controlled by the Senate and the Presiden.
It is speculated Zhinkovich was a victim of the hard nacionalistic core of the "Blue Berrets".
The Blue Berrets are not responding and have fortified themselves in their "Erdut" base close to Naval base Tikidion.

The Blue Berrets have confirmed the assasination of the Prime Minister,they are officialy rebbeling against the rightfull goverment.
As we speak the 7th Naval infantry division is currently being deployed around the "Erdut" base and encircling the rebbeled Special Ops unit...

The citizens of the Federation were in shock,few weeks ago they watched their brave forces fight for the democracy and justice abroad in the Kingdom of Nordfire,and today the fighting was happening on their soil.
They didnt knew what was happening as Martial law was introduced in the country...They only saw this broadcast and it wa their only source of information...but the whole Federation knew how well are the Berrets equiped and how well are they positioned...their only sign of relief was that the heroes of the Hell of Nordfire the 7th Naval infantry division was on its way to deal with the traitors...

As your troops aproach the area around the "Erdut" base your primary objective should be to take hill Bozov codenamed Cote 481,and position our mobile artillery battalion there,so we have a tactical overview of the Erdut valey.We can only support you from air at the moment as our Navy is powerless to act as "Erdut" is too much inland.Soon you will be joined by 723nd Reconnaissance-Commando Battalion and 631st Special Paratroop Battalion and we urge you to AVOID civilian casualties.They are our blood,do not let it to be spilled.

"Alright, scamble the Gazzels" The colonol ordered "Keep them behind the buildings so the tanks don't see them till it's too late"

As the column advanced they were vary and they didnt like the fact that they are in a 15 meters wide canion(ooc:did i spelled it corect =)?).
The T-90 in front suddenly stopped and halted the entire column...
The BOV-3 unloaded the Naval infantry troops to make a defensive parameter...
They were very vulnerable but at least they were in a little better position then in open field where they could be picked of and bombarded with the rocket artillery...
The Marines knew that they were the first and last line of defense until the 3rd Land Forces Corps arives in full force in 7 hours...

Cukarica's Famed 'Blue Berets' Rebel!

Earlier today reports came in of an succesful assassination of Cukarica's Prime Minister Zhinkovich by sniper fire from a previously unidentified gunman. It was later admitted by the Blue Beret special forces in their fortress "Erdut" close to the Naval Base Tikidion. As a result the fortress complex has been surrounded and supplies to the Blue Berets have been severed. Ursavian military experts say that unless the Blue Berets are capable of breaking through the government lines then it will only be a matter of time before they are forced to surrender and face judgement for their crimes. Despite this obvious conclusion, they have not been able to accurately determine why such a trustable force would go rouge despite the reasons presnted by Cukarican officials as the event progressed.

However, our allies over the seas need not worry for both the Genesis flotilla from the events in the Kingdom of Nordifre and the support they had previously are all being sent to aid in this rebellion.

It has come to our attention that your famed 'Blue Berets' have gone rouge for unclear reasons and, as a close ally, we have mobilized help that is currently on the way to your country at full speed. We simply request that you have clear orders ready for how you wish us to go about the situation and aid you. We have 12,000 Ursavian Naval Marines as ground support and countless aircraft along with Leopard II main battle tanks and CV-90 IFV support vehicles. Along with this we have logistics to support them and have stored extra bunker-buster devices on the carriers should the need for them arise in this crisis of loyalty.

Convoy commander yelled:
"ALERT!TRAITOR ARMOR MOVING FROM ALL SIDES! GET INTO DEFENSIVE FORMAT"-as his BOV-3 was destroyed by a rocket from enemy greyhound...

But the T-90 responded with heavy shelling of the rear assaulting Greyhound,the light armoured APC was a flying pile of junk in just a few seconds...

Convoy radioman yelled for reinforcements:
"This is 7th Naval Infantry Divisions 2nd Brigade we are under heavy fire and are surounded,we are holding of but the traitors have the higher ground and they caught us off guard,we have many casualties,and we are requesting immediate reinforcements and airsupport,i reccomend bombardment of "Erdut" as retaliation!"

"Ground forces detachment this is Skyguard echalon 5 we are on our way to you,ETA 10 mins...we will bombard the canyon's high ground..."

As the jets flew over burned villages the pilots commented.....

"Duke one to Duke two,man i cany believe this is happening in our backyard for fucking sake,i cant believe that we have been sold some of our veteran military troops...."

"Better believe it,because we are going to hit the hard and fast...."

"Fly low to avoid radar detection,Duke one"

"Rodger that,sir."

As the planes lowered their altitude they also increased their speed....

The villagers of the remaining peacefull vilages looked over to the sky to see the planes that sight filled them with joy as their army was going to defend them and their families from harm....

7th Naval Infantry Divisions 2nd Brigade was still involved in a heavy firefight with the "Berrets" and they managed to get one platoon to flank the Greyhound who was blocking the entry point to the canyon......but still the fierce firestorm didnt end....

OOC: There are only two teams of four men, callsigned Greyhound one and Greyhound two, but I can put two more in at the front and rear.

The Genesis flotilla gleamed in the sunlight as it approached the Cukarican coast-line and their fighters were prepped for take-off and combat. The pilots would brace themselves before being promptly flung from the flight deck and in to the open aid where they would circle the ship until their comrades had been deployed. Once they had the fighters began to go across the coast-line and over the Cukarican landscape. As they flew over the towns and country-side, approaching Mach 1, one of the pilots spoke in to his radio to the Cukarican forces in the canyon.

"This Thunder 1, we are going to be deploying pay-loads on left and right-hand sides of the canyon. Button-up and sit tight." The pilot said, telling the infantry to get to cover quickly.

As they flew the flashes of heavier weapons could be seen and as they got even closer they passed over once before circling back. Unfortunately for the traitorous forces, the Starstreak anti-air system was good for low or high-altitude, slow-moving aircraft: meaning that they would have a better chance spitting on the fighters. The F-35s quickly doubled back and suddenly the canyon's top-sides began getting peppered with five-hundred and 2,000-pound bombs, with 1,000-pounder to make a 'middle ground'.

As a young Major Volkov of The Federational Forces assumed command of the 7th Naval Infantry Divisions 2nd Brigade the brigade started to move out of the "triangle of death"...
T-90 tanks started to rain shells on "Berrets" positions as the infantry advanced...
The thing that lifted their shaken morale was a radio message recived from the command of 631st Special Paratroop Battalion stating and when they saw 3 Suhoi-33 bombarding Cote 481;

"Battlegroup Delta push in to a pincer movement and spike thir frontline with your tanks we will come soon to support you"

"Rodger that,gentlemen,we wont fail the Fatherland"

Major Volkov dropped his M21 assault rifle and taking the Anti-tank weapon from dead trooper,he carefully aimed at the Greyhound in the rear of the column hidden behind trees.
He carefully fired the Missile...At that moment an inferno started... Ursavian Airforce pounded the sides of the canyon adding to the Firestorm,huge explosions,trees falling and men screaming in a weird twist of their faith was a ugly scene to see...

OOC: THe Starstreak missile is not confied to slow movint, the max speed of hte starstrak is Mach 3.5 which is more than enough to take out a jet

"Oh shit!" Greyhound 4-1 shouted as the Missile was fired "Get down!"
The entire Greyound four team hit the deck as the missile sped towards them. It detonated on a tree, killing 4-3.

The Two teams on the ridges fired their Starstraks at the attacking Su-33's while explosions detonated around them.

OOC: Wrong, that's the speed the missile goes at. Though I have read it's intended for slow-moving aircraft. No human being can aim at approximatelly the speed of sound (Mach 1) no matter how fast the missile itself can travel.

But unkown to anyone a PzH-2008 battalion was currently attacking the Erdut base with long range artillery shells from the deepths of the forest...

But the airplanes were in trouble....
"Duke one to base,Duke two has been shot down but he managed to eject,hes somewhere northeast of Cote 481 behind enemy lines...

As the Greyhounds received their orders the slipped back into the undergrowth

All 50 PanzerHaubitze made in Daiwiz oppened fire....shells flew towards "Erdut"....

"Colonol!" The lt yelled as more shells exploded "Perhaps we should call in the hawks!"
"They had hoped that they wouldn't be needed, relations between the Battlehawk and Chkarica are fragile enough, they wanted mayhem, not to be called in themselves"
"What about if they pretend to be here on a peacekeepin mission" The lt said.
"Not a bad idea"

"Captain, they've called us, suggesting we adopt a 'peacekeeping role'" XO Tom shepeard reported.

The training level of the operator is critical since, unlike infrared guided missiles, the operator has to track the target exactly with the sighting unit aimpoint (SACLOS).

OOC: Are you saying that your men (Cukarica's) can aim at approximatelly the speed of sound?! HOLY CRAP!!! Anyways, either way 500 to 2,000-pound bombs aren't going to go unnoticed dropping by your troops. Also, if you're right why didn't you just RP taking shots at them? On with the RP.


Soon the Ursavian aircraft pulled back and landed at the two aircraft carriers of the Genesis flotilla. Ursavian Naval Marines, Leopard IIs, and CV-90 IFVs began touching down on the beach where citizens watched in what was most likely awe at the military might that was now making their way in-land. A they got in-land they started to go down the same road-way that the Cukarican government forces had gone down to the canyon. While they drove along the commander in one of the Leopard IIs got on his radio while sticking out of his command hatch and looking at the infantry on either side and vehicles behind and in front of him.

"Attention Cukarican forces, this is Ursavian Naval Marine, 2nd Corp's armored support. What is the current sit-rep, over?" The commander asked for a sit-rep while he occasionaly was jolted from the tank's rumbling movement.

OOC: Did you not read that qoute? The shooter himself needs to aim precisely with the sights, unlike standard infrared-guided projectiles.

"We have suffered many casualties in the ambush but currently we have consolidated our ranks and dug in,3rd battalion is advancing towards strategical Cote 481..Also our Mobile Artillery Battalion is pounding the rebel base with artillery shells,we are waiting for 631st to be releived.
Our Rocket artillery is curently on way to Naval Base Tikidion,also the Republic of Battlehawk has sent navy to "monitor" the situation watch your back,comrades,we are glad to have you with us"

"Rodger that boys, sit tight for the cavalry." The tank commander said.

As he said so he promptly tucked back in to his hatch and combat-locked it like the other vehicles in the column had done. As they approached the canyon however, they could see the flashes of battle had diminished and that aircraft were scarce in the air above. Thus the column slowly began to approach the canyon and as they got even closer the people in the canyon would soon be able to see the low-level cloud of dust caused by the approaching mass of vehicles and infantry. While making their approach the commander got on the radio again.

"Attention forces in the canyon, are you still experiencing enemy fire?" The commander asked.

OOC: If it was unable to be used by a soldier, why would a army use it?

OOC: At the speed of sound? Mach 1 is the speed of those jets, so I'm going to ask Cukarica on this one: Cukarica, are there any people in your military who can aim at the speed of sound?

OOC: THe British army is not ubersoldiers, and they use it,

OOC: Yeah, I used that to make a 'Genetics' group of covert soldiers. Also, Battlehawk I never said you couldn't use it I said it'd be very bad to use it in that situation given the speed of the aircraft compared to how you aim it. Also, I edited my previous post with an IC part. In response to 'ubersoldiers' bit, they don't shoot down aircraft going the speed of sound very often, do they? Find me a paragraph on a Mach 1 aircraft being shot down with a Starstreak on multiple occasions and I'll believe you.

The exausted troops of the encircled 7th Naval Infantry Divisions 2nd Brigade were apealed and lighted up when they saw the Ursavian armoured column behind them...
They felt safe because from that direction earlier came deadly fire and now down the road came friends...

While canyon troops were relieved the Mobile Artillery continiued to pound the rebel "Berrets" base...

OOC: You never even posted about it Battlehawk, also, you might want to make an IC response to being told not to enter Cukarican space.


The armored column and the infantry pulled up the member of the 7th Naval Infantry Division, 2nd Brigade and the commander who had been talking over the radio came out from his hatch to look at the weary men, the bomb-blasted canyon-tops, and the Cukarican vehicles. The commander looked at them all with the occasional small wave and then got on the radio as he couldn't see the commander from his column at the moment.

"Greetings commander, how's the revolution feeling?" The commander asked, having been a veteran of the Ursavian '40 Day War' and thus having suffered through a revolution himself.

Four F 28 Talons flew very, very low, just below Radar level. Their mission was to take out the artilliery that was attacking the Base. The squadron leader radioed his squadron.
"Alright, boys, we're about five minutes out"
"How do we know the targets confirmed?
"Our analystes worked out where it was coming from and have guessed the area, once we et closer we'll pick up their thermal readings and confirm it"

"Greetings commander, how's the revolution feeling?" The commander asked, having been a veteran of the Ursavian '40 Day War' and thus having suffered through a revolution himself."

"It feels like a part of me was choped away with a chainsaw,because the "Blue Berrets"rebel command executed all special ops men who were loyal to the Fatherland,many of my friends....died in terrible pain"

The Air-defense squadron stationed in Naval base Tikidion was on alert....

The 2K12 "Kub" and The Isayev S-125 Neva/Pechora Anti-air systems were getting ready for the "Berrets" Gazzels when the commanding officer noticed few weak radar signatures and was previously warned by the Navy officers of the Battlehawk fleet...
He issiued a warning....
"This is Anti-air Defence Group North,to unidentified aircraft,turn around or you will be shot down if you enter Federational Airspace"

"They've cloacked us" Deluxe two commented
"No responce, If we reply it'll just confirm we're here" Deluxe one replied

"This is your last warning,turn back or we will shoot you down,i repeat WE WILL SHOOT YOU DOWN!"

After attacking the Erdut base the Mobile artillery pulled back to the canyon area as it was highly forested and they suspected that the "Berrets" will launch a counteratack on the Cote 481...

OOC: These are the best pilots in my navy, the Vailiant is the flagship of the Advanced strike force, they could fly through the channel tunnel if it was wide enough. Also they haven't been identified as Battlehawk Jets, the Talons self destruct sequence is enough to completely destroy the talon.

"It's not god-modding, it's getting into enemy territory without being shot down, of course their going to go higher when they engage, once they've done their mission they are ordered to denotnate the self-destruct the talon and bail out, it's eaiser to stay safe on the ground then with half a carriers wing of fighters on your tail.

OOC:its actualy impossible to fly a F-35 on mach faster then 250 km/h 5 meters above the ground....because human nerve response cannot respond fast enough to alter altitude so low above ground...also the 250-300 km/h is the maximum limit of human skill to do the thinkgs you mentioned....and if your planes are indeed going 250 km/h (as i dount) they can be tracked very easily on modern radar systems...and they cant fly Mach1+ 5 meters above ground because there are many variables like ground elevation,dirt,smoke,trees and many more...

When The Federational Joint army staff heard of the failure of 7th Naval Infantry Divisions 2nd Brigade as their advance was halted by around 1000 men of the rebeled "blue Berrets" they decided its this situation was taking too long,and it must be solved as soon as possible....
As their response the professional 3rd and 4th Land Forces Corps were sent to ensure stability,both Corps having around 100 000 men in total together with the Naval Infantry 7th Corps,the army who was in Northern Cukarica area totaled around 230,000 men(only for the Land Forces).

The "Berrets were now surrounded from all sides....and hopelesly outnumbered...
